I called and was able to get an appointment for the same day. When I walked in, I was greeted right away with friendliness. I filled out the forms and was seen shortly after. Background: I had been having migraines for about three weeks and was in constant pain. The chiropractor explained everything to me and while I was there, I was in the peak of a migraine. At first, he was hesitant to do anything but I was persistent and told him that I just wanted to be out of pain. After some adjustments, I started feeling better almost immediately. I had almost forgotten what it felt like to be without pain. The receptionist explained the plans they had and the one that the doctor recommended. I chose a plan that suited my financial situation and I walked out with confidence. I'm still having some minor issues but the doctor said it was to be expected for a while. At least I'm not having constant migraines though!

I would give them no stars if possible. So I paid more than 100 for 7 visits . I only went there for six visits because instead of feeling better I was feeling even worst. I was in a lot of pain. I couldn’t get up from bed. They take no x-rays, so how do they know exactly what you have? I feel robbed. To the point I was charge 89 dollars automatically from my card for the next month. I was never told that. Requested a refund and she told me that they will call the manager. They refused to give me a refund !!!All they care is taking people’s money. Best in health? Best in taking people’s money. I’m already seeing another chiropractor, and they even told me that a lot people already complained about this place too. I would suggest to request a copy of whatever they are giving you to sign. Weird that they don’t give you that right? What does that tell you? Very sneaky people. They don’t care if you feel better or not it’s all about money!!!! This chiropractor said it was my Psoas muscle nothing else. The place that I’m going to now, I was told I had a pelvic sprain, uneven hips, and problem with my c2 . About walk-ins too, they might be closed. I would suggest you call first to see if they are open. Also, you can walk in and still wait a whole hr. I wish I could’ve seen Erin Stevenson review from this place earlier. I just went through the same thing too.

Its been about a month since I've come in for some complications with my shoulder, and I have nothing but great things to say. The front desk staff was very nice and made the process quick and simple. I've been getting adjustments regularly from Dr. Carlos, who in my opinion, is a perfect match for what I needed. He was straightforward and professional, for the past month I've noticed my shoulder pain go away almost completely after each adjustment. On top of that he also took the time to explain to me what was going on with my back relative to the work I do. He also has been helping me correct my once terrible posture. I'm so glad to have a chiropractor that goes above and beyond.

I called and was able to get an appointment for the same day. When I walked in, I was greeted right away with friendliness. I filled out the forms and was seen shortly after. Background: I had been having migraines for about three weeks and was in constant pain. The chiropractor explained everything to me and while I was there, I was in the peak of a migraine. At first, he was hesitant to do anything but I was persistent and told him that I just wanted to be out of pain. After some adjustments, I started feeling better almost immediately. I had almost forgotten what it felt like to be without pain. The receptionist explained the plans they had and the one that the doctor recommended. I chose a plan that suited my financial situation and I walked out with confidence. I'm still having some minor issues but the doctor said it was to be expected for a while. At least I'm not having constant migraines though!

I arrived at 1:57pm .after working my way into office I was told it's lunch time an come back at 2:45.I know only 45 min , I had already driven a hour as I'm passing thru on a trip. I told the Dr as he left he should change his hours on the door from 2:00 to 1:47(staying 45 min wasn't a option)I was in great pain an told him so an he said I have a attitude, now my attitude reared his head an I lit him up. Yes not needed but that's all I have to say about my attitude. Told him he could have done it in 4 min, he is a premadonna an I'm going to a different Dr tomorrow.

I am still waiting for the charges to be refunded for services i did not ask for and did not receive. Not a good way for a new business to treat new customers. I will say they did help the pain in my back and neck. But continuing to charge me, after the 4 sessions that i stated was all i wanted, over shadows the services provided.
