Use the First Stall

Research and studies have shown time and again that people tend to skip the first stall in a public restroom. If you have to go in a public place, opt for the very first stall and you’re likely to get a cleaner stall with fewer germs and much less use. Is it significantly cleaner? Probably not. Don’t you love this tip? Chocolate has been on the bad list for quite some time. But in recent years, doctors are finding that there are major benefits to indulging in the darkest variety of chocolate on a regular basis. Dark chocolate contains high doses of antioxidants. These powerful little chemicals protect the reproduction and life of cells within the body. The only downside? You can’t eat to your heart’s content, but you can luckily enjoy a little nibble every single day.

Don’t Drink Energy Drinks for Energy

You probably have some sort of idea that energy drinks aren’t great for you, but what you may not have known is that they can have the opposite effect of more energy. While they will probably give you a quick boost in energy in the beginning, the high sugar content and blast of caffeine will cause a crash shortly after. People will find themselves in need of a pick-me-up quickly after, but may also have a headache, rapid heart rate, and other unwanted side effects along with the need for more energy.

When it comes to our health, we read all of the advice. We take what we think is helpful, and we leave the rest behind. But don’t forget that just because a piece of advice sounds strange doesn’t mean that it’s not valid.
