I restarted my $79 monthly membership solely because of Dr. Press and his techniques. He is a master and adjusts me with precision. My issues vary from time to time and his evaluation is spot on instead of using one technique he has a plethora of techniques. I’ve seen a chiropractor for 30 years and only a few could adjust me leaving me relieved and without adjustment pain. Without him, I don’t think I would continue and he’s close by too. I’ve had 7 different chiropractors at The Joint and now I will only see Dr. Press. He truly is a great asset and I appreciate him.

I have seen several Dr's in the Caldwell and Nampa offices and for the most part have had good experiences with all of them, a couple are a bit forceful. Dr. Press has been my favorite though. I was recommended The Joint by my father. I had a sedentary job and it caused a lot of SI pain. The chiropractor was very lovely And professional. He talked to me first and told me what could be the problem. But Honestly, I was disappointed with how much he didn't do. Any other chiropractor I have been to has Cracked my back in several places. Up and down my spine, work on my hips and neck. And I always felt great afterward. He cracked my neck pretty well; He even used traction On it. But what disappointed me was that he only made two cracks on my back in the same place. Then he was done. I was thinking, "That's it?!" I can't help but think that he only did the two cracks, then told me this is going to take some time, and that's where they get you to buy their packages. I did not walk out of there feeling good about it. Not impressed.

After years of 5 Star service, I was refused service due to open auto insurance claim. Makes me wonder about the practices if they must stay away from insurance due to having to records, they will not share. Very frustrating as they WERE my preferred care provider.

Dr. Press is an absolute life saver for my husband (Greg Harvey). I sit in a chair all day and my husband is always on his feet. We came at the end of August 2024 and have so much relief already. I have been in pain for 10 years. I have went to 3 chiropractors with not a good experience. they wanted money not to fix my problems. I was a walk in the joint clinic in Caldwell Idaho. Dr. Press got me in right away and was able to relieve my pain with one visit. I will be coming back to this facility to see Dr. Henry Press. I came in with a compressed neck originally. The first Dr. was extremely rough and a few others have been ok, but not very personably. Dr. Henry Press makes customers feel at ease and welcome. I like the Joint and the Caldwell office is extremely convenient. I would come in more often if I knew Dr. Henry would be here. His adjustments are very helpful and I always feel better after I leave.

This was an awful experience all around. There was someone ahead of me so I got to hear the entirety of her appt, including the scripted attempt to get a membership.
He finishes with her and I go in. Very little conversation about why I was there, just told to lay on the "table" (its more of a bench). He does the adjustment. At the end, I'm still laying on the bench with my right knee bent and i swear on my life the "doctor" open palm rested his hand on my knee while he was explaining what he did and giving me the schpeal about membership.
I go to walk out and he says to the front desk "she'll do the membership and will come back in 2 days". Um. No. At no point did i indicate I was even remotely interested in a membership. If the inappropriate touching didn't deter me the pushy salesmanship sure did.

The Joint is awesome. Dr. Press is the best I've had out of the 10 or so times I've been here. His knowledge and skill made an impossible fix easy. You get your adjustment. They say the same speech as they do to everyone else to get you convinced into buying the package deal for two months. Convincing you that it’s cheaper than buying even a sandwich from Next Door at Jersey Mike’s. Not a good intro to begin with. But I bought it and thought they would roll over my two free chiropractic visits as they said from the beginning. however, they do not roll over your two free visits. That is a scam. You have to use your visits right away you don’t get a deal whatsoever.!!!!
