Outside the fact that my four treatments did absolutely nothing for me, I was on the hook for three months of payments with auto payments unless I canceled. When I was ready to cancel I personally went into the Caldwell Idaho location to make sure I understood the cancelation process and the timing. With that, I returned to the same location on the date they told me to make the cancelation. We processed the cancelation paperwork and I thought all is finalized… but no, it was not. I noticed that the billing went on for an additional 7 months @ $79/ month. When I inquired about the charges I was told that they had no evidence of any cancelation paperwork on file. It amazes me that I did EVERYTHING they wanted to consummate the cancelation outside file the paperwork. DO NOT USE THE JOINT CHIROPRACTIC FOR ANYTHING!!!!

Don't go. There are way better chiropractors. I went in for an adjustment because my shoulder/upper back/rib cage area was out of place and causing a lot of pain. The dr. didn't ask if I had concerns or problems before starting. Then after an initial very quick adjustment (imo only partial adjustment) he sat me up and told me I was done, then he finally asked how I was feeling. I told him about my shoulder. He seemed annoyed but told me he would "completely reset it". Great! But I was wrong i was told to "hug myself" and was literally just squeezing by him, he told me I was good to go and just sent me off. Nothing further. So now im out money and still in excruciating pain. Thanks.

Affordable, accessible, and thorough… It doesn’t get better than that! I am on my second package of 6 adjustments and am very satisfied with the quality of care. As someone who works a physically demanding job, I rely on regular adjustments, especially in my neck. These guys do a great job— I always feel an inch taller afterwards! I've been going to The Joint off and on since 2017 and have always been treated well. The Caldwell location has been my favorite even with the construction of the parking area to get to them going on, I will still go there because of the friendly welcoming I get each time. My memory is horrible and I can't remember the receptionists name, but she always greets me with a smile and is very personable! Doc Griffin listens to what your concerns are and his adjustments are spot on. I highly recommend this team!!

A massive thank you to Dr. Griffin and Karina! I'm always lifting, and unfortunately, a bad rep left me with a really painful back injury. After an ER visit where I could barely move, I decided to try the joint chiropractor in Caldwell, Idaho. I literally struggled to get out of my car and walk in, but then I met Karina, whose customer service was absolutely outstanding. I immediately felt I could trust Dr. Griffin to help me. I honestly thought I'd be out of the gym for at least a month, but after just a couple of visits, I was back in there the very next week! Choosing their wellness plan was definitely the right call for my spine injury, and the amazing atmosphere created by everyone there truly deserves a 10-star review. Dr. Griffin is amazing. I suffer from migraines and had one lasting for over 2 weeks. My regular medical provider had me try all kinds of triptans and anti-inflammatories and was ready to put a Neurology referral in because meds were not doing anything. I was desperate and needed quick relief and Dr. Griffin had my migraine gone after one adjustment. I didn't realize my lack of mobility before until after my second adjustment because wow. Korena at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. Very personable. I can't wait to come back. :)

I was super nervous to go and see another chiropractor, I have only had 2 in my life. Doc made me feel relaxed, explained what was going on and then we made a plan. I'm not sure how I injured my neck but I did. My neck was inflamed and I had so much pain I could barely think let alone be upright. I couldn't walk my dog or even bare to have my hair in a ponytail. I've been going to the Joint and mostly seeing Dr. Griffin. I just finished week 2 of my treatment plan and I'm starting to feel human again. I'm not all better but I'm much much better. I've started walking my dog again and have had minimal issues doing so. I can do the ponytail for a few hours. But best is I can be up for hours before I need to sit and rest my back/neck. I made sureto do all of the icing and the recommended stretches as well, I think those are a factor to the recovery as well. I love being able to go in on my own time and the wait has always been 10 minutes or less.

I’ve been going to chiropractors for many many years and I have to say the joint is life changing! The package deals they offer truly save you money if you don’t have the insurance or are limited too low amount of visits. I only need to go twice a month to meet what I used to pay and I still have 2 more visits! Did I mention that’s any joint chiropractor? Yup I live and mainly go to the nampa branch but time to time I stop by the federal way location(work area) and receive the same great service and care!!

I went in due to seeing their ad on fb. I have been in pain for a very long time and so I decided to do something about it. The Dr. Worked magic is about all I can say. I am on my feet for 8.5 hours daily, no sitting allowed. The day after my first session I had no pain in my back when I got up. It felt so much better. I love being able to stop in anytime to get an adjustment and be on my way. Staff is friendly. Adding to my 1st review... My ankle was swelling huge every day for 7 days. I went to urgent care and was told my ankle swelling was normal at my age (I have NEVER had unexplained swelling) and I should follow up with a primary care doctor later. "Normal at your age" Really?! I was embarrassed for that PA. I decided to stop by The Joint hoping I just needed my hips adjusted. Within 30 minutes my ankle matched the much less swollen one. By the next morning both my ankles had more definition than I've seen in weeks and have not swollen since that adjustment! I love Chiropractic!!

If you advertise hours and advertise "walk in welcomes" but don't actually take walk ins what else are you hiding. I walked in the door at 6:22 and only 1 couple in there. Receptionist said hold on a second. Went behind the wall and she came back and said we are not taking anymore walk ins. It is not like I walked in at 5 minutes to close. Great gimmick saying walk ins welcome and we are open till 7 but I saw nothing that said unless you don't show up at a scheduled time. Be better. I will be sharing this with everyone I can. I have been coming here since October 2025. I've had some neck pain and needed an adjustment for pain relief. I used 7 out of 8 purchased visits and have gotten zero relief. My neck is still out of alignment and the pain is worsening. I feel they don't want me to improve, rather, to keep spending money on visits that don't help. There is a lack of compassion here.

Do not go here. If I could give one star I would. Dishonest. Front desk acts like your paying a flat fee for care then you get billed for a subscription. Quotes you saying it's a $20 copay that each visit equals too and when you look at what you pay $159 it looks like that rounds out to that ,but it's just meant to look that way. Look them up. This co has lawsuits because of it. When I asked them about this also stating I want a full refund I was told someone will call me which they haven't. You pay $159+89+89..that does not equal out to a $20 copay per visit with 8 visits. Terrible practice. Very dishonest of you to do that.

Great monthly plan $80 for 4 visits. Ive stopped at the Joint Chiropractic all over Oregon, Idaho, & Utah while traveling. Super convenient it's a nation wide chain. Dr Griffin and Dr O do an amazing job. My back locks up gets stiff and spasms, I look forward to my weekly visits it drastically improves my quality of life. Highly recommend.

I travel for work and although I’m based out of Idaho, I use The Joint Chiropractic services in Nevada and California with no extra charge. The computer system is connected, so each new doctor I see knows what the prior doctors have done. I’ve had spine surgery in the past and will probably need more in the future, but the doctors at The Joint have me feeling much better since I see them on a regular basis. Chiropractic work isn’t a one and done thing. It will take a few visits to get things straightened out. I really like the office in Caldwell. I see the same front desk staff and doctors on a regular basis there. It’s worth the money to have a none medical, non medicinal fix for pain and if you buy one of the wellness plans it’s not as expensive.

I’ve had many good experiences with The Joint Chiropractic, and out of all the different locations I’ve visited, there have only been one or two times when I didn’t feel the adjustment was as effective. Recently, I’ve been seeing Dr. Griffin at The Joint Chiropractic in Caldwell, Idaho. For the past two and a half to three months, I had been dealing with persistent back stiffness, and Dr. Griffin was the first to finally provide the adjustment that relieved it.

I purchased a pack of 8 adjustments from The Joint in Caldwell, ID and was initially happy with their service. After each visit, they’d mention how many adjustments I had left, but at no point did anyone clearly explain that those visits had an expiration date. Unfortunately, I had to undergo an unexpected surgery and was out for a few weeks. Then, on August 5th, 2025, I got a “courtesy” call reminding me I had 4 visits left… and that they all expire on August 5th. Not sure how they expect anyone to cram 4 adjustments into one day, but apparently, that was their suggestion. This felt like a sneaky way to let visits expire without giving people a fair chance to use what they paid for. I would NOT recommend The Joint in Caldwell. If you do choose to go, make sure you get the full terms in writing AND READ THE FINE PRINT because they certainly won’t go out of their way to explain them. And I don't want you making the same mistake as myself. I reviewed every voicemail that was left by The Joint and in each voicemail they told me how many visits I had left but NEVER explained that time was running out. It was not until August 5, 2025 that I was called and informed I had until August 5, 2025 to complete my last 4 visits. This is not honest and upfront business dealings in my humble opinion.

Woke up this morning with a kink in my neck and feeling super stiff… right before a long road trip (of course ?). I called my usual chiropractor, only to find out they’ve changed ownership, lost all my files, and wanted me to start over as a brand-new patient. I didn’t have time for all that, I just needed a quick adjustment so I could survive sitting in a car for hours. I googled “chiropractors near me” and found The Joint in Caldwell. Walked in and was immediately impressed, the office is cute and welcoming, and the gal at the front desk was so professional and kind. She made everything super easy. The doctor was great too. He explained what he was doing, told me exactly where things were tight, and honestly… I walked out feeling 100x better. Huge relief and such a smooth experience. This is definitely my new go-to chiropractor. Highly recommend!

I came in and I checked in and then waited for my turn. When it was my turn, she had another patient go instead. After patient went then she had a couple go in front of me. I got up and I told her I’m leaving. I told her she skipped twice. Her response was “I know.” When I called to speak to a supervisor or to get information she didn’t give me anything. She said that she would have someone call me. At this point, I really don’t believe her. I waited over an hour for my turn. I will not go back to that location.

There is no privacy. He is loud and he asked all questions in front of other patients. I didn’t even stay long enough to have him see me. I would never go back there! That’s a breach of privacy. You can hear everything you says and everything, the patient says. I think he should be turned in. If you want to protect your privacy, do not go to this Chiropractor

I restarted my $79 monthly membership solely because of Dr Press and his techniques. He is a master and adjusts me with precision. My issues vary time to time and his evaluation is spot on and instead of using one technique he has a plethora of techniques. I’ve seen a chiropractor for 30 yrs and only a few could adjust me leaving me relieved and without adjustment pain. Without him I don’t think I would continue and he’s close by too. I’ve had 7 different chiropractors at The Joint and now I will only see Dr Press. He truly is a great asset and I appreciate him.

The chiropractor was very nice And professional. He talked to me first and told me what could be the problem. But Honestly, I was disappointed with how much he didn't do. Any other chiropractor I have been to has Cracked my back in several places Up-and-down my spine, work on my hips and neck. And I Always felt great afterwards. He cracked my neck pretty good, He even used traction On it. But the part that I was disappointed in was he only did two cracks on my back in the same place. Then he was done. I was thinking "that's it?!" I can't help but to think that he only did the 2 cracks, then told me this is going to take some time and that's where they get you to buy their packages. I did not walk out of their feeling good about it. Not impressed.

I used to intern at a chiropractor, and really love the individual styles practiced at the joint. You will get manual adjustments, muscle testing, and specialized treatment. I am a big fan of DR. PRESS, he does some trigger point, massage and even pulled out a neck tool. The neck pull was incredible, and I instantly felt elated. I am pretty hard on my body, powerlifting 3x per week with heavy weight. Consistent chiro visits keep me progressing and keep me healthy. Definitely recommend regardless of your activity level. Chiropractic is very important, an ounce of preparation is worth a pound of cure! Great service, great care and great price! I was reluctant to frequent a chiro until I encountered the joint. $20 per adjustment on average and $10 for individual ad hoc appointments after your 4th visit in a billing period. Thank you for making chiropractic affordable and easy!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I made an appointment for 6pm, this was going to be my first appointment. When I arrived, there was 1 other person waiting. He was seen and another person showed up. Then a 3rd person showed up and was told there were 2 people in front of him. (Myself and the other person). Well fast forward to 6:50 and I still had not been called back and the receptionist called for the last walk in to be seen. At this point I left because my appointment was completely ignored. I unfortunately can't speak to the services provided, as I never got the chance to experience them. Terrible customer service.

Having the same issues explained by multiple others that has me wishing I’d have done my research rather than ever signing up for something that can’t be cancelled over the phone. I was misinformed on the “payment structure” and now have paid close to $200 for legit nothing and now need to schedule a time to come in and sign a cancellation agreement. Very frustrating.

Good first experience on the first go but fiddled out after the first visit. You can't call in to cancel and have to sign a paper 48 hr prior to next billing cycle and no refund policy. Was mis informed from the receptionist to the adjuster to the call in... Now I've paid for 8 adjustment I can't even use cause whether or not you use those adjustments in a month or 2 there gone at the end of the month.

Really a life saver. I have some other health issues that cause my neck/upper back to wreak havoc on me in addition to my neuro stuff. My first visit here was amazing and great first impression. My most recent visit was terrible from the receptionists terrible attitude along with the older gentlemen who pretty much my last two visits just seems to do everything so fast and my lower back pain has progressively gotten worst towards the end of this cycle. Mind you it’s only this clinic I have issues with. They also never informed me when I joined the membership I wouldn’t be able to cancel it until after the second bill cycle which is honestly so frustrating because I even told them when I signed up I was only going to do the one month to take the edge off as that’s all I can afford. So I’m super unhappy with the miscommunication and terrible customer service at this location specifically!!

I was skeptical when I went, but my regular Chiropractor was closed and is an hour from my house. Friendly staff. The doctors are knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Some Chiropractors are much better than others. I am a tough adjustment, and the table slap doesn't work with me. The convenience is nice, but you will still that one that works for you.

I keep going back so it must be good. The staff is wonderful and so nice. The only complaint is they rush you and it’s not thorough. They ask you about any pain or if you have any problem areas but sometimes your alignment doesn’t match up with where your pain is. I really enjoy the flexibility though and the fact that they are open during non work hours and it’s a walk-in. Pretty great. ?

The Joint Caldwell location is clean, quiet and fast - expectedly so, compared to other Joint Chiros in the Valley. This location does ok overall, but the adjustments at the Garrity location feel much more comprehensive and fulfilling. The quick push down on my arm before and after the adjustment seems overly theatrical and doesn’t correlate with the feeling of effectiveness from my adjustment.
