Don't Let Allergies Steal Your Springtime Fun

If your excitement for spring has turned to frustration because you're not actually able to head outdoors to enjoy it, you are probably an allergy sufferer. At their worst, allergy symptoms can wreak havoc on the body, but that's not all. They can also lead to disrupted sleep, unproductive days, and missed opportunities to engage in the activities you love. Suddenly, spring isn't looking very sunny at all anymore, is it? Check Pollen Counts

An easy way to gauge how bad your allergies may become is to check the daily pollen counts for your area. Protect your eyes with sunglasses and if working in the yard or garden, wear a mask.
