Can I just say that I love this place?? First of all, Kelly is amazing. She makes you feel like family from the first time you meet her. It's a very different vibe when she is not there. You can tell that she truly cares about each patient. I first went in about a year ago because I had an awful neck pain that wouldn't go away and it helped so much! Mostly everyone I see there is very personable and adjust according to what is hurting that day. I go every week and I look forward to it.

I decided to go to the Sunset Hills location instead of my usual Lemay location and everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable. This place is wonderful…From the receptionist who is super friendly and helpful to all the different doctors who all do great work!! I was especially impressed with how comfortable and informed they made my daughters first adjustment. She was very nervous. After working for and getting adjustments from Dr Nelson for the last 11 years, I was hesitate to try Dr Lance. My experience from the moment I walked into the door was phenomenal. I have been to several Joint locations but this one has always been the best by far. I recently had extreme back pain and needed some kind of relief. I was distraught until I met Kelly at the front desk who listened to what was going on and made sure the doctor knew what my situation was. She took excellent care of me up front, while Dr. Josh was the perfect chiropractor to see as he helped alleviate the extreme pain. Both the customer service as well as the chiropractic service was top notch and I am grateful for both of them, they have an upbeat and fun personality that helped my mental state as well. I have also visited Dr. Lance at this location before, who is also a very thorough and effective chiropractor.

I woke up the other week with my neck so stiff I couldn’t turn it more than a few inches in any direction. I found The Joint after calling nine chiropractors in my insurance network. All were closed for the holidays for a couple weeks, but I needed to be seen that day. So I called The Joint and Kelly was sooooo sweet and insisted I come over right away.
I saw Dr. Emad and he helped so much I signed up for the Wellness Plan! With the plan, this costs much less per visit than the chiropractor I used to see that was in my insurance network. Plus, no appointment needed, I just show up anytime! I’ve gone twice a week since I found them and I’ve never waited to be seen. Dr. Lance and Dr. Holden were also great!
They’re always friendly, remember my and my baby’s name (who always comes with me), and I’m in and out in no time. Super convenient, great value, crazy friendly!

1) I had very bad experience with worst receptionist lady i have ever seen. Very rude and unprofessional

I never know when I'll be able to make it for a scheduled appt for an adjustment. So, The Joint works for me since there is no appointment needed. Dr. Beau is wonderful and very open to trying different things to get desired results/relief. Very easy to pop in and I've done so at several different times of the day and different days. I've recommended several people here and all have had an enjoyable experience and relief from the pain they were in. Plus, my co-pay use to be $50 per visit which is FAR more than what The Joint cost.

I purchased the $69 monthly membership on my first visit. I checked my statement and was surprised to see a charge for $98 on my account.
Just got off the phone with them, they said that it was because I had to pay for my first visit and it wasn't included as a visit in the membership.
I made it very clear that I was under the impression that the visit would be used as one of the appointments that came with the monthly membership. I was specifically told my card would be charged $69.
There was never any mention of still having a separate charge for the initial visit
Her response was, well I'm sure you got a few free visits this month.
I will use my appointments as there is no refund. I will not be renewing a membership with them nor will I recommend them.

I have been going to the Joint Sunset Hills for over 2 years. When I first started I couldn't turn my head to the right and couldn't lay on my right side. Now after 2 years of weekly adjustments I am able to do both with virtually no pain. (99% pain free). Also, anytime I have a "pulled"/ strained muscle or pinched nerve, I will get an adjustment and within 1 day - the muscle issue gets fully resolved.
