4 Tips to Get Your Body Ready for Summer

Just imagine yourself lounging on a beautiful beach (or out by a serene swimming pool), surrounded by crystal blue water, a warm summer breeze seems to make the palm trees sway, without any cares at all. While falling in love with this dream, you may be apprehensive to make this a reality due to your lack of being swimsuit ready. If you haven't already begun whipping your body into shape, it isn't too late. Health and wellness experts offer several tips to help you begin getting your body beach ready, including:

  • Consider burpees
  • Do a few push-ups daily
  • Jump some rope

Plank Every Day

Planks have long been praised as one of the very best exercises for the core. This is in part because it is a low-stress exercise. Health and wellness experts advise that planking regularly can offer fast results for the abs. Push-ups, when done using incorrect form, can be detrimental to the back.

Jump Some Rope
