My fiancé and I tried the chiropractor for the first time for about a month now and can see a significant difference! Came in with my back in pain for awhile but instantly felt relief. I was sore the first couple weeks, but that’s your body adjusting and correcting your previous bad habits. The staff is so friendly and kind. We’ve seen Dr. Doug most visits, he’s informational, thorough, and just the best! It is quick and easy, can just walk in and they close at a later time which is very convenient. I really like the walk in no scheduling needed aspect. The dr was very knowledgeable and keyed in to my specific pain to address it in a way that was specific to me. I've been to other chiropractor offices that almost treated me like I was on an assembly line. Popping joints just to move me through the office. This didn't feel like that. I will be back

Such an amazing experience! ? I was terrified of going to see a chiropractor, I've always heard bad story's and negative feed back but I'm so glad I listened and gave it a try the amount of relief I feel in just ONE visit is absolutely magical. Dr Doug is very experienced in what he does and I trust him 100% . I suffer from multiple areas of the body that he was able to give relief to BUT the most painful was my ears which I never knew chiropractors could help with ears! Me and a family member are going through the same things medically and it has helped the both of us like crazy . After a year of doctors telling me I need surgery and there was no other way to fix it in literal seconds Dr Doug found that solution and I am so grateful HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ?

I had come here for a back injury a few years ago, and I always left feeling refreshed after seeing Dr Jane. She greatly contributed to my recovery in that period. When my injury starting creeping up on me again recently, I decided to head back to the Joint to nip it in the bud before it got too bad. I walked in and Dr Doug knew right away exactly why i was there - my shoulders, hips and feet are, at best, crooked. In just the span of 4 visits, my nose, sternum, belly button and belt buckle are all in a line instead of looking like Orion's belt. The constant sciatic pain has already subsided to lower back stiffness, and the shooting leg pain only happens with sudden movements (and those damn sneezes). Dr Doug and the reception staff (I'm not recalling his name, my apologies!) are very friendly and welcoming. It was and is evident that the Dr Doug (and the practice as a whole) is genuinely concerned with patient care/recovery, and I can't recommend them enough if you are in need of chiropractic help!
Edit: I have recently been seeing Dr Vinny as well, so I just wanted to add a positive review for him as well. He is a tremendous asset for the team.

Dr Vinny is a god send. That man was placed on earth to be a chiropractor. Never in my life have I ever had a chiro so thorough and thoughtful. He gets every single crack every time, I always leave feeling brand new and always look forward to my once a week. Vinny was the first dr I seen and it was so good I signed up for the membership right away. I have seen other drs here who I don’t think are as good and none are as thorough as Vinny. If I had seen anyone else the first day I don’t think I would have gotten the membership. Plus the membership is cheaper than going through insurance. My overall back and neck pain have reduced greatly since coming here every week!I tell everyone at work to go see Vinny - you’d think it’s paid advertising lol

If I could give a negative star, I most certainly would. Had my appointment scheduled, got a confirmation text 24 hours before, then again an hour before. Got there 15 minutes early only to find the place closed. There were other people outside waiting as well. No one answered our calls and it was a total waste of my afternoon. I’ve been going here for a couple of years now. Most of the time, I’ve had good experiences. That has changed, however, and I will not be back. I have encountered one chiropractor three times now that has argued with me, been sarcastic and passive aggressive, tried to talk over me when I explained a medical condition and who was unable to do the adjustment that every other chiropractor has made for me. I tried avoiding him, but went on a day someone else is generally there. I had waited an hour, and I was in a lot of pain so I thought I’d give him one more try.
I got talked down to, mocked, and not only did he not help the issue, he dislocated one of my ribs. AND I got to pay for this experience!
Avoid this place. I will not be back.

Honestly the staff was very king and the service when I got in was great. I paid a monthly fee and in those 2 months the times I was able to get in the office was closed for out of the ordinary things or for lunch after 2 in the afternoon. Then I finally got in before my last month was up and they only covered it until the 29th of the month not until the end of the month. Over all a waste of money as I was not able to be seen when I needed to to help my issues.

I've gone for chiropractic care at several practices over 40 years and Dr. Jane is a master at relieving my back, neck, shoulder and hip pain. She takes her time to address whatever is going on in my body that needs alignment or adjustment. I always leave there feeling 100% better. I get Migraine and tension headaches but get them much less frequently when going monthly to Dr. Jane. I am also a fan of the extended hours that The Joint is open and the walk in model instead of needing an appointment.
