Squash is a dish more commonly enjoyed at dinnertime. It makes for a healthy veggie side dish on your plate. Try a homemade oatmeal using butternut squash. You can even make a cinna-squash smoothie. There are numerous ways to add the veggie to your breakfast and ensure you get the many vitamins and nutrients it provides.
Squash may not have been on your radar before, but it definitely should be now. Don't just think of it as yet another veggie you're instructed to eat.
