The people were extremely pleasant, and your adjustment was right on. However, since this is a franchise, everyone is selling, selling, showing. The follow-up phone call was a nice touch, but it was certainly more in the realm of selling scription Rather than curiosity as to my health.

Within 30 min of posting this review, the owner of the Bend location called me. I was impressed with his customer service and he apologized for my experience.
I returned for an adjustment today and was very happy with my visit.
I appreciate businesses who value feedback and listen to their customers. I believe The Joint is one of those places.
I filled out an "I'm interested" form online and received a call within 10 min. Very impressive! The receptionist told me I had an appointment at 11:30 for an exam with the chiropractor. However, it was after 12:40 before I was seen. I understand the walk-in approach, and I understand the vast fluctuation with wait times, but I would strongly recommend communicating that to new patients and not giving the impression that they will be seen at a specific time.
I considered walking out when what appeared to be the owner/manager came to have a business meeting with the receptionist in the waiting area. I stuck it out because I've heard great things about the chiropractors.
Unfortunately, I was disappointed again when all that was adjusted was my neck and mid back when I specifically wrote in my intake form and discussed with the Dr that my low back and hips were an area of pain for me as well.
The small adjustment I did get was helpful, and the receptionist was very pleasant. I really wanted to like this place, but all things considered, I won't be returning and do not feel that it was worth even the discounted rate of $29.

My back had been out for some time. My back was getting stiffer, much more tight, limited movement, etc. Due to a change of insurance, my regular chiropractor was no longer in the network, so I would have to pay out-of-network fees. Expensive! Plus, they could not get me in for two weeks. My son found Joint Chiropractic and suggested I try it out. I am so, so glad I did! Dr. Beth put my back in on the first appointment! Also, because they are so affordable, I purchased a Wellness Plan for future visits! The service and the care are great.

While on vacation my back was hurting extremely bad. I called a couple of chiropractors in the area and was not able to get an appointment as soon as I needed it. One company referred me to The Joint Chiropractic. Out of desperation, I went and was extremely happy with their service. They helped with my pain immediately and gave me suggestions as to what to do to help my situation. We had to take a side trip to Oklahoma City in which I was able to visit The Joint Chiropractic twice and was able to get relief as well. I saw about four or five different chiropractors from The Joint and they all helped relieve my pain. I highly recommend The Joint Chiropractic.

I went in for the initial visit and was very impressed with the thorough consultation I received. Dr Tyler took the time to look through a book and he discovered that there was more than a chiropractic issue with my shoulder that I've been seen for over and over with no result. I appreciate that they are open 7 days a week and have over 800 locations and you can use your prepaid visit at any location. After my visit, I felt so much better with the adjustment that I received. I highly recommend The Joint, the whole experience was amazing.

Dr. Tyler and Dr. Elaine are both wonderful! They take their time with you, make sure they address all your needs and always make sure to offer healing suggestions for your particular needs. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and welcoming. Not to mention this place is an Incredible value!!! They’re open 7 days a week and you can pop in at your convenience. I get four visits per month for almost the same price as 1 visit with my old chiropractor. Can’t beat it!

I have never been to a chiropractor in 59 years These are the most amazing Doctors the receptionist is an amazing beautiful young lady who goes out of her way to help you the doctors sit and explain everything they're going to do before they do it to make sure you're OK I would i never go anyplace else. I went into the Joint because I was feeling a pain down the back of my right thigh. After an evaluation, Dr. Tyler adjusted where he felt was most needed. I stood up and the pain was gone. The front of house has great customer experience. Dr. Tyler understands and cares for his clients. Being technician we involve a lot of carrying over 50 pounds. They got me in soon as possible. I'm 72 yrs old and had never been to a chiropractic center before. I've been having lower back pain consistently for the past 10 months. With just 2 visits to Joint Chiropractic in Bend, Oregon my back pain has been greatly improved. I'm very pleased and satisfied with the professional treatment they gave me. They take the time to explain all procedures and were super nice and caring. Even called me the next day to see how I was doing. Their prices are reasonable, and have several price options. I can't say enough good things about the "Joint." Such amazing chiropractors and front desk staff. Dr. Elaine's amazing laugh and bubbly personality always refreshing. Both Dr. Tyler and Dr. Elaine are consummate professionals, each having a unique approach that always brings relief. As I am going through a physical disability currently, this is one place I find relief. The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming, especially Christi. She is always the cherry on our adjustment "Sundae!"
