I’ve been going to the Joint regularly every week and have been feeling great. Today I went for an adjustment after 10 days; I’d had a very busy weekend and was coming down from the stress of a huge family celebration and had a nagging headache for two days. Dr Campbell did an adjustment and I could immediately feel the difference. Upon returning home and feeling great, I had to call in and let her know just how much better I was feeling after that adjustment. I’m a new person again. I have now been coming to The Joint for 2 years. I have had issues with misalignment of my back and hips which have caused moderate pain and discomfort. Through weekly visits, this has been manageable and much improved. Dr. Campbell has done a wonderful job at advising me and adjusting me to ensure my joint health is in good working order. My mid back pain has gone away and I have learned to feel when my body is out of alignment. I also have had intermittent issues with my shoulders, which I had no clue could be adjusted and managed. I went from 40% mobility in my left shoulder to regaining most of my range of motion. Thank you, Dr. Campbell and your team for taking good care of me!

6 wks ago, due to lifting/overexerting, worst hip/back pain to date, so severe couldn't sit/stand/walk. I had no clue where to get care asap. I took a chance w/The Joint in West Ashley. W/in a few days/adjustments, I was healing. I've never had that quick of chiro response/relief, ever! Unfortunately, Western med/pills rarely resolve the problem nor encourage prevention. More affordable than my insurance...a simple/clear plan & optional straight forward membership allows me adjustments I need w/flexible hrs. Finally, straight forward no BS care! Thank u Dr Gee & Dr Campbell!

A scam. We went in, were very clear that we could not afford to be on any monthly type plans and that we would be moving soon. Were put on a plan that would give us like six or seven visits each? And stopped going after our visits were up. Just found out that we have been charged monthly ever since then, even though we were VERY CLEAR about not wanting to be on any monthly plans, and even though we have not been there in three months. That's $160 between the two of us times three. This is insane. We haven't been to the Joint since August. Now they are telling us we can't cancel the plan without going into a Joint location. They have taken hundreds of dollars from us, never said anything about it even though we clearly were not using the appointments, and are likely not going to reimburse any of it. We feel so incredibly taken advantage of. An absolute scam.

Not happy at all. Went for 2 adjustments no relief. On disability and workers comp wouldn’t cover chiropractic. Asked for a refund and was told can’t do it. Money tight on disability so the refund would have helped a lot.

10 out of 10 for Dr. Brett. I came in and have felt stuck and in pain for a very long time. Dr. Brett was very thorough (the most thorough chiropractor I have ever had) and explained to me what he was doing & what was going on in my body. I have been seeing chiropractors since I was 15 years old. As an adult I have struggled to find a chiropractor that can put my ribs in! I have a very petite frame, I weigh 110 pounds, and most chiropractors are very ‘gentle’ with me. That doesn’t work for me! I am very flexible so it’s hard for them to do ‘the twist’ to put my pelvis into place. Dr. Brett ( in my family we refer to him as our hockey dr. as we are big fans as well) has been a Godsend! He is AMAZING! Not only does he help me just to maintain my spinal health, but when my kids and I were in a car accident he made them both feel very comfortable and in fact I had to buy another membership for my 15-year-old son just because he is doing weightlifting now, and needs his spine to be in line. The wait used to be less time at this location, but I get it. Everyone goes there to see Dr. Comeau! Both other doctors at this location are great, don’t get me wrong... some people need a gentle touch, I need someone that’s gonna work hard to get everything back in place and he’s my dude! Not to mention it is super fun talking about hockey and music with him he is just awesome! Also have to throw in there that I love all of the receptionists that work there:) I cannot say enough good things about this location????!

The Joint is a great place to go when you have pain. The Chiropractors are awesome, and very good at their craft. The plan that I have is cheaper then my co-pay when I used my insurance at other places. I like that I can go without an appointment which has really been helpful to me. Dr. Brett Comeau has kept me from having to go to the emergency room a couple of times when I was in severe pain. He gives a great full body adjustment. I would recommend the joint to anyone experiencing pain anywhere on their body.

I first stumbled upon The Joint because I have been looking for affordable chiropractic care that my husband and I can afford but our insurance will not cover. This is the place ladies and gentlemen! So when we walked in, You are immediately greeted by the front desk with a friendly and smiling face! The moment you walk in here at The Joint West Ashely, it is beautiful and relaxing. What's great is that they do not accept insurance but it was affordable enough for both my husband to hop on the family plan they offer and you don't have to make an appointment and you can walk in whenever it's convenient for the patients! So we were guided by the Wellness Consultant who was super friendly and informative. All we had to do was full out 4 simple pages of paperwork and within 10 minutes we met the Clinic Director/ Chiropractor. I still can't believe it was that simple to be seen and adjusted. He was able to see us both at the same time, but gave us both individual evaluations . He was really nice and easy going and great to talk to! He adjusted us from head to toe! We really feel very lucky to meet such a thorough doctor who really paid attention to both our needs. My husband and I hopped on the one of the family plans they offer and with the membership we are able to use any Joint around the nation. But we both are comfortable with Dr. and plan to stick with him. :) . We are really fortunate to have found this place, that has great service a relaxing spa feel with wonderful care, friendly staff and last but not least of one of the most thorough doctors who is wonderful to chat with and genuinely cares about our health and well being!!

what a neat place. Dr was the best. We got there when the business opened and the dr greeted us warmly at the door. my wife had been suffering from a sore and swollen neck, super painful. after filling out 4 simple forms, we watched a short video that gave us an understanding of the procedures, then my wife had a personal interview with the Dr. Then she was adjusted. she felt almost instant relief! afterwards the Dr made some recommendations on how to proceed with future treatments and we left. wonderful and affordable service. also for your reading enjoyment the rest room was immaculate! thought i forgot huh? give them a try you wont be disappointed.

Having left my previous much-beloved chiropractor of 15 years due to a move, I found myself in desperate need of an adjustment. Due to finances, $250 for an initial visit and adjustment wasn't an option for me. There is also a lot of trust involved when it comes to chiropractic care. I was NOT disappointed! I’ve had neck pain since my young 20s and I rely on chiropractic care to easy the pain. After moving to Charleston 2 years ago, I was in diar need, so tried an “expensive†chiropractor in West Ashley and could not afford to go weekly, let alone 2-3 times a week.
Therefore, after seeing “The Joint†in the upstate I thought I’d try the West Ashley location. I’m so glad I did as I tell them what’s hurting and they know which joint to adjust with great success. My health in turn has benefited as I have not taken migraine medicine in months.

I am extremely happy with The Joint! The Dr did not make impossible promises, but outlined a realistic regime. He made changes to the way he adjusted me based on my changing needs and pain. This was my first time being adjusted and I was a bit nervous walking in- however I was immediately put at ease- my chiropractor explained what he was doing and why he was doing something before he did it making sure I was properly informed and comfortable the entire time. I was in horrible pain. I googled chiropractors and found The Joint within 2 miles from my house. I called and the girl was real nice on the phone and said to come in. I filled out paper work and watched the video. I really was in horrible pain sitting there but it all was quick. Dr Cooper talked to me and within minutes I felt better! I can not even believe how much better I was within minutes. I am thankful I went. I returned for my second visit and it was quick! I scanned my card and was in and out within 15 minutes. Fast & easy!
