Is Your Life Becoming A Real Headache? See Your Chiropractor


We all have intermittent work stresses and a headache or two often goes with the job. But when too many goals and too many deadlines intersect, you can almost guarantee a headache.

I have learned this the hard way. Now I try to parcel out my workload and skip the headache completely. But sometimes that is difficult to do and I have seen co-workers run into repeat headaches that threaten to undo everything for them. The person who used to be calm and smile a lot, now seems to be snapping at everyone. And then you realize pain is running the show.

When headaches just take over

The chiropractor can also give you good suggestions for your posture at your desk, and at home, that will help to keep your neck straight and much freer of tension. And together you can put together the strategy that may make your headaches history.

In my friend’s case, that is exactly what happened. Regular visits, relaxation therapy, posture exercises and overall awareness of what was happening gradually helped to put headaches out of the picture. My friend said it was nothing short of amazing how much better she felt. She started smiling again and life looked a lot more normal.
