Getting enough sleep will help you lose weight, make more nutritious food choices and keep the weight off. 

Making Time For Breakfast Is Key

Due to not making enough time to sleep, we are usually rushed in the mornings. This causes many Americans to skip the most important meal of the day- breakfast. A lot of the time this leads many people to grab and unhealthy option purely because it is convenient. Making time to eat a solid breakfast consisting of healthy fats, protein and fiber will give your energy, keep you full until breakfast and aid in proper digestion.
