Stress Can Be Dealt With: Here's How

It is suggested that you exercise three to four times each week for at least 30 minutes. Choose to Eat Healthy

Go to Bed When You are Tired

Although you may have a list a mile long of things which need to be done around the house, that list can be done after you rest. Research indicates that the average adult should plan to get at least six hours of sleep each night. Still, far too many fall short of this expectation. Tonight, when you get exhausted, go to bed, the floor can be vacuumed tomorrow and the dishes can wait. However, your body needs the rest to help keep stress at bay.
