I came to this clinic seeking relief for a severe back issue, hoping for genuine care. Unfortunately, after my visits, I have experienced zero improvement—my pain is exactly the same as the day I walked in. It feels like a system designed to extract money rather than provide real medical care. What makes matters worse is their contract model. Under their "Wellness Plan Agreement," you are locked into a mandatory 3-month minimum commitment, charging $89 every month. The moment you realize the treatment isn't working and ask to cancel, they hide behind the fine print, refusing to let you walk away and demanding full payment for the remaining months regardless of your health status or satisfaction. Instead of focusing on patient outcomes, their priority seems to be enforcing automated credit card charges. Please read every line of their paperwork very carefully before signing anything at this facility, or better yet, seek care elsewhere from providers who truly prioritize your health over a binding subscription contract.

Poor experience with the front desk. Walked in at 4:00 and waited for the front desk receptionist for 3 mins.. to tell me they are closed and she everything down. I explained I was in pain and she rolled her eyes and walked to the chiropractor for him to tell me the same thing. This is my very first experience going to a chiropractor and let me say best experience. First expression is everything from the checking in to the doctor did not disappoint. We were out in Las Vegas taking care of a very dear friend that was dying of cancer. Not realizing what a toll it took on our bodies being 70 plus years old. We mentioned how bad our backs were hurting us. One of the friends out there said we should go to The Joint and we did. It was a life changer. We went from hurting everyday to feeling so much better. It was easy to go into whenever you felt you needed an adjustment. No having making appointments. Just go in. They were great. My husband and I both signed up for a treatment plan which we really needed out there. When we came back home to Orlando, Florida. We kept the package for a while and I realized that I did not need it anymore so I canceled my plan. My husband still has his plan and goes in occasionally. Always great service even here in Orlando. When I wanted to close my package down, the young lady, Emmie at the counter said I would need to contact Las Vegas to do that. I said okay and then she said well. Let me see what I can do. Maybe I can do that for you and she proceeded to take over and do that for me. What a sweetheart. Emmie is at the zlake Underhill Rio Pinar location. Everybody at all, The Joint locations that we've been to have been exceptionally gracious, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would not fail to go to them. I've recommended them a number of times. It's just an easy peasy way to get some relief for a sore back or neck!

Dr Adele is a amazing Dr I have gone to the DeLand Daytona and a a few other locations I just moved over to Conway and she has done wonders for my back and joints when she gets on the table she messaged ur neck and ask u what else might be hurting u and she address it and again she messages ur neck it really helps get all the tension out of ur neck I couldn't move my head to the right cuz I pulled a muscle and she messaged noticed it was a bad not and spent time to address it and make sure I left feeling better also I am a heavy diesel mechanical and I mess my body up all the time I now have a place trusted chiropractor close to my job and home to come fix me if ur considering coming to the joint chiropractic I suggest this one especially for Dr. Adele

I'm not one to post reviews unless it's deserved. The experience I have had so far at The Joint Chiropractic has been AMAZING! Hand's down would recommend going to everyone. I have Lupus and have a very extensive medical history as well which is hard to always work with. Dr. Adele, let me know risks and even said she may not be able to help me but would try and if not recommend or refer out. She has gone above and beyond helping me in just a short time. I have to give major props to Dr. Adele! I woke up with a neck that felt like it had been wrestled by a bear ? (thanks, sleeping weird), and no matter what I did, the pain wouldn’t budge. I thought, “Well, if I can’t get my neck to cooperate, maybe Dr. Adele can.” And she did! She worked her magic ? and, bam ? , pain gone! Dr. Adele is amazing!!! My last pregnancy she helped me so much with adjustments and the western technique that when baby was breached a week before my due date I was able to have a ecv(external Cephalic Version) with out and epidural. And completely uneducated birth, which is what I wanted. I saw Dr. Adele once a week at the beginning and towards the end twice a week. Trully such an amazing experience, and now I'm back with my last pregnancy and will continue with her after I have my baby.

I have had a membership at The Joint for a few years now. I take my kids there too. The one at Rio Pinar is near our house & convenience is key with our busy lifestyle. Typically, if I walk in and they tell me that the wait will be 30 minutes, I leave. But I really needed an adjustment today. I sat with my daughter for close to 30 minutes which is the wait I was told by the front desk guy when we arrived. It looked like we would be seen soon. But the person ahead of us was a new patient. The guy at reception knew that. The appt for that person was going to be another 40+ mins! The reception guy didn’t say a word. No explanation. Didn’t address the false 30 minute wait info he gave when we arrived. I picked up on the fact that the person ahead of us was a new patient on my own. He was cool leaving us clueless waiting for over an hour. That’s not right. He knew what the wait was really gonna be. He needed to be honest. He needed to communicate better. The chiropractors there are great. Most of the front desk staff is good. But this guy? The guy at the front desk of the Rio Pinar Joint location on 7/6/24 needs somebody to sit with him and show him how to do his job better. I’m disappointed how things went today. Pay attention, be honest and communicate. Simple common courtesy.

Going to this place has changed my life. I had never been to a chiropractor office before and honestly thought it was kind of a joke. But AFTER going here my perspective has changed. I had some serious back pain and thought it was normal because of the hard work I do. But after just one visit my back feels 100% percent better! Dr. Adele Morrison is the best. My wife and I have experienced multiple facilities, from Orlando, Tampa, and New Jersey, and the Orlando Facility has been our best experience. My wife was pregnant in NJ and we visited Orlando and took advantage of this facility and Adele did this Webster technique that my wife compared to our NJ Facility and said hers is way better because she applies a strong amount of pressure which was a relieving sensation for my wife. I felt the same comparing Tampa to this Orlando office. I want to be twisted like a pretzel. As a courier in on the road taking multiple bumps 6 to 8 hours straight, sometimes 12 hrs, and I don't need pen clicks. I need towel wringing adjustments, and Jersey was great but Adele does it the best! I'll be calling in to make sure she's in whenever I come back here because we live in the Tampa area. Thank you for the knowledge you share and your technique, Adele. ??

I have scoliosis and was having lower back pain since I work at a desk all day. So that’s what prompted me to cone in and it has really changed my comfort and mobility for the better! The plans are really reasonably priced and locations are nationwide so I’ve been able to get my appointments in even if I’m traveling. I love that you don’t need to make appointments, you can just pop in and they’ll get you seen! ALL the chiropractors that have adjusted me have been really awesome and knowledgeable. They all have military discounts!

I have been a loyal patron of the Joint Rio Pinar for years, investing over $3000 into their services. However, my recent encounter has left me utterly disillusioned with their standard of customer service. Last month, I decided to cancel my subscription due to a glaring discrepancy in communication. Despite being assured by a front desk representative that my billing cycle would be adjusted, the promise was not upheld. This miscommunication led to missed visits and unnecessary inconvenience on my part. In the wake of a personal tragedy—a death in the family—I was met with further disappointment. Despite being explicitly informed by the same representative that I had until January 31st, 2024, to utilize my remaining visits, I found myself facing resistance and a lack of empathy from both the chiropractor and the front desk personnel. Even after four years of patronage, the establishment showed no willingness to accommodate or rectify the error. The cancellation form, submitted in good faith in December, was mishandled, further exacerbating the situation. It is evident that customer satisfaction takes a backseat to profit margins and subscription quotas at the Joint Chiropractic I caution anyone considering their services to think twice before committing to a subscription model that prioritizes financial gains over genuine care and accountability. For those seeking authentic chiropractic care and respectful treatment, I urge you to explore alternatives beyond the confines of this profit-driven establishment. In conclusion, my experience with the Joint Rio Pinar has been marred by incompetence, poor communication, and a blatant disregard for customer welfare. I implore the management to reevaluate their priorities and instill a culture of integrity and accountability within their organization. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend the Joint to anyone seeking quality chiropractic care and respectful customer service. FOLLOW-UP TO OWNERS RESPONSE. My first visit to the joint chiropractic was very friendly. Dr. Adele explained everything nicely. The second visit was good too. I met Dr. Mike because Dr. Adele has to another place. At that time it was very busy I don't want to wait 30 to 45 minutes so they texted me that you can come now. Dr. Mike did some very quick adjustments. The staff is very friendly. Just had my first chiropractic session with this company in 20 years. I used to work for chiropractors, so I know more than I should and am very leery, but I knew I needed it and they were running a $29 first visit special which included an adjustment, so I gave them a try. This office is one of many offices around the nation, so their fees are pretty much the same wherever you go and if you travel, it's super easy to get in other offices for this company. That could either be really good or really bad, but this company is doing it right! I mainly care about the doctor I'll see, how they treat me as a person, how they make me feel during and afterwards and how much they're going to charge me initially, getting to maintenance and later for maintenance wellness visits. They're pretty awesome and although I wouldn't recommend half the chiropractors out there, I would definitely recommend trying this company and see for yourself. The good thing is if you don't click with one chiropractor, you can just ask for another next time. It seems like they pick extremely talented and caring doctors. I got to watch the other doctor work while I was getting my evaluation and they were also awesome. If you need privacy, they've got a private area for stuff just like that, but I personally like the way it's set up. In and out quick! Honest, knowledgeable and very skilled doctors that actually care more about our health than getting rich. It's kinda a rare thing to find anymore and insurance companies don't make it better, IMO. So my terrific insurance didn't apply because they only accept 2 types of insurance that I never heard of, I think that apply for special individuals, but their rates are cheaper than my copay, so win/win. Definitely 5 stars! I immediately got in touch with my wife after my first visit and signed her up for her first visit, too. She's super excited because we both got injured very badly a few years ago and have suffered this whole time. It's so so so hard to find a chiropractic office with good doctors working inside and actually affordable. A++ Check out all these reviews for yourself. It's legit! I hope other chiropractors learn from this company so it's better for everyone. Update: 19 months later I'm still coming as needed and I love it here. I usually show up hobbling in with a broken body and walk out 10-15 minutes later ready to take on the world again. I couldn't be happier and everyone is always super nice and knowledgeable. So far, only a time or two my older beat up body wouldn't cooperate and I had to come back a few days later. Even the front desk is amazing. Is there anything better than an A++?

I’m going to cancel my membership with The Joint. I just don’t feel that the care is personal enough. I feel like I’m just getting cookie cutter “one size fits all” adjustments…even when I make my needs known. The one I used to go to in GA was great. They gave head to toe personal adjustments. But this one, not so much. I also feel that the chiropractors at this particular location are not physically strong enough when they’re doing adjustments. They seem to struggle. Also, when I called to tell them I would be canceling the membership, they didn’t even ask why. Which shows that they don’t care, and again, that they don’t provide personal service.

I signed up on May 31st and paid for a month. The chiropractor who adjusted me the first day was very good but adjustments were not worth the money when he was not there. I was supposed to get 6 adjustments in a month but they said my 4th adjustment on June 11th was the last adjustment for June. I wanted to cancel but they said there is a 2 month minimum and my card would automatically be charged on July 3rd. I would have to remember to cancel in July, by July 29th to avoid additional charges. What a ripoff! It's best to stay away from these places. As a follow up to my original post, Director John Walsh and Dr. Joel called me and advised that they will make an exception due to a misunderstanding and they understand that my special needs require more than adjustments to be done. I appreciate their efforts and the fact that they showed they care. Thank you!

It was easy to set up a new patient appointment. The receptionist was so nice and professional. The establishment was spotless and very inviting. The doctor welcomed me and my family into the treatment area. He explained in detail what I needed and why. He made sure that I was as comfortable as I could be. I walked in with a limp and I was in so much pain. I walked out in no pain, just soreness. I haven’t felt relief from my pain in weeks. I’m so happy my daughter referred me. I can honestly say..It was the best relief I have ever had. This was my first visit to a chiropractor ever and I don't know what took me so long to go. Really needed an adjustment on a Saturday and got really excited that their website has "no appointment necessary" plastered everywhere. However, I called 4 different locations and all of them were "booked". So why advertise no appointment necessary? I called at 11am, its not like it was 330pm at the end of their day. It literally an hour after they opened and they were already "booked". Sad.

Pretty decent for the money i guess, not very thorough just a few cracks and out the door you go. Don’t come here on mondays, the Monday doctor essentially made me cancel my subscription because 2 different times I went he didn’t even crack anything. Due to my schedule I was mainly only able to go mondays, the other bald doctor though is really good.

This place is great, Doctors are knowledgeable, front desk really helpful. My first visit was awesome the only difference with the other chiropractic office, they don't have private space for adjustment everybody together in one big room.
