My husband and I had been reading about this place and seeing all the great comments and benefits. I have lupus and was hoping they could help me out. He came home from work today and I was in a lot of pain so he told me to come on and let's go. We go in and there are 2 ladies checking out and 2 employees. One employee was very nice and friendly and asked if we were both being seen and if we were new patients. Then the actual chiropractor in blue uniform looked up and rudely said "OH I cant see yall today, I have someone else coming in " and we just looked at her. It was so uncomfortable. I don't see her picture in the providers on here right now though. I was so excited to hopefully get some help.

This office is very nice and clean. It was easy to set up an appointment for my first visit, although, it is a walk in clinic and appointments are not necessary. Dr. Joe was so kind and thorough when explaining everything to me. He was able to address most of my issues instantly, and set me up on a treatment plan to correct some other issues that will need more visits. Overall great experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Joe.

After seeing it online, I went in for the 1st time patient special. The ladies at the front desk were extremely polite and explained the basics of the offer. After doing the paperwork, Dr Mixon came out, and we discussed my issues. He was very patient in explaining how he felt they could help me. After reviewing some of my motions, he made a couple of adjustments, and I could tell the difference right away. I am planning on going back for more sessions.

He was very kind and friendly and listened to my concerns in a very thoughtful manner. His manipulation went much better than expected, and I look forward to hearing back from him soon.

Very friendly staff. The Chiropractor listened to my history of back pain, as well as information from previous adjustments from other chiropractors. Adjustment was top-notch, and I always checked to see if I was ok during the process. The price for four adjustments for a month is only $69, compared to $160 from my previous Chiropractor. If you experience severe pain, this is a great option and very affordable.

This was the first time that I had been to a joint chiropractor, so I was a little nervous. The chiropractor was amazing. He explained everything before he began, and he let you know what he was doing before each alignment while explaining to you what the alignment was going to do. I went in with horrible pain in my neck and upper back and left with minimal discomfort. I know that one time isn’t going to fix the issues that I am having, so I am looking forward to a great relationship with the people who work there. OH, AND IT IS VERY AFFORDABLE!!!! I am recommending this place to everyone I know.

This location of the joint some how charged an additional package on my wife and my card. We have been a member of the joint for many years. This additional charge was out of the blue and this office did not assist. So we went to the bank and disputed it. It is so madding that they can't look up what account by card ending number and even assist.

Not friendly. Turned away before 4pm on a Saturday. Receptionest seemed so put out that we were there. I am a new member. Just signed up Thursday. I should have put a cancel on that membership immediately. My business would be valued more somewhere else, I promise!!! If you are not going to take patients through closing time, then post it. Otherwise, you take patients through closing and stay to take care of them!

This was the best decision I have made. I'm older so I go by the old mentality of "chiropractors will mess you up, never go to one", while that may have been true back in my days, it is far from the truth these days, and that's all thanks to Dr. Joe and other Chiropractors who follow his philosophy to treat everyone like his own family. I was stressed I will not lie, but he made me feel more comfortable, he was able to adjust me, and I have to say that I have a lot less pain today than I have been in years. So now I'm sold on the topic of you need to see a chiropractor for the benefit on your health. It's fast, they are very thorough in checking you over to make sure they can adjust you properly and walk you through step by step on what they will do. I highly recommend this establishment. I will not forget to mention that the ladies who greet you and get you set up are also very sweet, helpful and always have answers for your questions. Thank you ladies for all that you do!

I ended up at The Joint due to the nerve pain I have from a spinal disorder. It was worth the drive I suffer from complex regional pain syndrome my right shoulder and arm along with mid back was absolutely killing me I went today and let me say I got relief thank you for saving my sanity my pain has decreased by 70 percent after 1 visit. I was VERY impressed by my first visit. I have used Chiropractic for about 20 years but it just kept getting harder and harder to fit it into my work schedule for a visit. So it was SO refreshing to find a place that was open when it was convenient for me. 5 stars! Staff is super nice and very attentive to detail.
