  • Quality sleep - If you are low on energy and behind on work, do not, I repeat, do not grab that energy drink! Make a plan to prioritize your sleep instead! Be consistent with your bedtime routine and wake up at the same time each morning. Your body uses the time it is asleep to repair itself and refresh for the next day ahead of you. It is no surprise that you will end up feeling better once you start getting quality sleep at night.
