I have been visiting this clinic for the past three months. I have been experiencing IT band and knee pain for a year, and shoulder and arm pain for the past six months. As a dental student, I’ve had chronic right shoulder pain that was something I was used to dealing with on a daily basis. I came in and had an adjustment by Dr. Tiffany Crouch, D.C., she basically changed my daily life - after one adjustment - my right shoulder pain was relieved. The irony though is because she corrected it so great, I haven’t had pain since or a need to come back. I should’ve written a review sooner, but wanted to let Dr. Crouch know she changed my daily life!

I am new to this location and cannot give enough thanks for the professional care that I received here. I live in another area and was in the neighborhood visiting family when my low back started acting up. I had been to other locations in the past and decide to come here for a treatment. Roxana was very kind and made me instantly feel welcomed. Next, I was treated with he doctor who brought me relief and explained why I was in so much pain to begin with. I've been a member of The Joint for years and this is by far my favorite location! All the doctors are friendly and knowledgeable. Every time I have my adjustments with them, I leave feeling tremendous relief. I can even breathe better. The front office staff are also very helpful and pleasant. We are spending the summer in CA and my 16 year old daughter that is active in sports was experiencing low back pain. The Joint came highly recommended so we gave it a shot. Dr. Olver is a gem! He knows the techniques to adjust a person with aggressive muscle causing subluxations. Few DC's known the techniques to get at certain tough areas such as tricky C1, C2 and C7-T1 glitches. Others just don't know the proper approaches and leave a patient unadjusted with a throbbing neck and head. He is also wise because he listens to his patients. I knew what areas and techniques work best and he flew through them easily after utilizing a few necessary muscle stretches beforehand. He also lets you know that his colleagues at that office know the same ones and can help when he is not available. The front desk was super kind, helpful and considerate.

I have three sons that are competitive athletes in Brazilian jujitsu and wrestling. I too am an avid trainer and all four of us love to surf. To say the least, we live a very active lifestyle and a part of that lifestyle includes routine chiropractic adjustments. I have tried to keep up with other modalities such as massages and acupuncture but at the end of the day, I have finally discovered the most cost effective and beneficial place for me and my boys at the Joint in Chino Hills.

Be ware of Rob and his lies. When we signed up, he said we could sign up for the 10 package and wink wink we could use it for all 3 of my family members. When we showed up and he said "no" and I when I said he was unethical and shadey, he began to curse at me in front of my son. He dropped the F bomb and told us to not to bother to renew our membership. After I cautioned him how he speaks to customers, he continued to be rude Apparently because Rob feels that the customer isn't always right, he can curse and be extremely unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I asked the doctore if he felt Rob cursing at me was OK, he said "I'm just the doctor" when I asked Rob who he reported to, he said the doctor was in charge.
My guess is this review will be deleted so I will be sure to post on Yelp as well.

I came because of my pain and left leg were in sever pain every day. I was referred by my son. I was not able to stand straight or bend my knee. I also had headaches and nausea due to my neck and shoulders being stiff. Now I am able to sit up straight, bend my knee and no more nausea and headaches. My shoulders and neck are more relaxed.
