How much rest do you get on a daily basis? How much sleep? How much down time? Chances are good that you don't get enough rest for your own good. We're a work-work-work society and taking time off is sometimes seen as a bad thing. But maybe it's time to turn this thought pattern around. Rest is crucial, and it's time we started acting like it.
