Some likely get tired of being told they should try to eat healthier.  For those who are unwilling to work to acquire tastes for healthier foods, it can be a problem.  With the information available today on many menus, they may be able to make good choices and avoid many things that can contribute to high blood pressure.  Many offer lighter choices of meals that are plainly identified.  This may be regarding calories, fats, or some other thing that can affect health.
