Fatigue is a problem. Most people in today's world are walking around with fatigue written all over their bodies. We're moody. We're sore. We're just tired! Why? There are a million reasons -- our lifestyle, our work habits, our diets. But no matter the reason, there are things that you can do to help improve your energy. Of course, as someone suffering from fatigue, you're probably thinking that exercise will only make it worse! So what's the truth? How It Causes Fatigue

Exercise makes you tired. You probably don't need an expert's opinion or extensive research to understand that exercise is exhausting. It's tiring because you expend your energy.
