I've been seen by both doctors but lately Dr. Potts more. They both take their time asking the areas of discomfort, working on those areas and discussing what could be causing it. They've helped and I'll be going back. Definitely recommend.

I have been getting adjustments for at least 30 years now. Dr Tyler took his time and looked for what needed to be adjusted. Then he took his time with the adjustments. This is one of the best adjustments I have had. From the front desk to walking out of the office, this was a great experience.

Worst customer service from front desk lady. Tried to cancel my monthly subscription and they refused to do unless to see the doctor. This is highway robbery. They operate as if they are a gym membership, but claim to be a doctor office. Maybe they should be reported to the Department of Health. They must be robbing a lot of people like me. NEVER SIGN UP FOR THEIR MEMBERSHIP. IT IS ALL A TRAP/SCAM.

Dr Tyler Potts is the Ultimate Chiropractor!! As a professional entertainer (singer, dancer), I put my body through many difficult situations. However, the pain in my lower left back was so painful it limited my movement on stage. I went to the Joint in Del Rey Beach and paid the $29 consultation and adjustment cost for a 1st visit. I spoke to Dr. Tyler about my medical concerns. After listening to me with such nice tableside manners and genuine concern, he made some adjustments and set up a wellness plan. I pay the $80 a month cost, but it is well worth it. I visit twice a week. Even though I am traveling as an entertainer, when performing in Florida, Dr Tyler is who will treat me. Visit today!!

Best decision ever. Dr. Tyler Potts is the ultimate chiropractor! As a professional entertainer (singer, dancer), I put my body through many challenging situations. However, the pain in my lower left back became so intense it limited my movement on stage. I went to The Joint and paid the $29 consultation and adjustment fee for my first visit. I spoke with Dr. Tyler about my medical concerns, and after listening with such a friendly, bedside manner and genuine concern, he made some adjustments and set up a wellness plan. I have been to multiple Joint Chiropractic offices across the country since I travel for work. I think I have been to around 12 different locations in 4 different states. Most Dr.'s have been good, but Dr. Tyler has been GREAT. He actually takes the time with each patient, discusses all specifics, points out where the issues are on your body. In addition, he informs what exercises to do and how to do them. In my experience, other locations just adjust you (No talking) and send the exercises via email and not explain them. That has happened to me MULTIPLE TIMES. Dr. Tyler gives the proper patient care. By taking the additional time to talk and discuss all aspects sets him apart from the rest. I am a Joint Chiropractic member and love it, but NOW, my preference is to only go to Dr. Tyler in Delray Beach. He is truly awesome. His information and guidance have helped tremendously. Please give this Dr. a raise.

I just went to the joint for a 10:00 appointment I arrived at 9: 54 for my first visit. The door was locked and the woman who was sitting in there refused to acknowledge my existence, even though the rain was pouring like you wouldn't believe. So I walked back across the parking lot to my car I got soaking wet. I sat in the car and waited for the door to open when I did enter the girls asked me for my license and my phone number and said that I would have to fill out everything on the phone. I'm 70 years old I'm soaking wet my hands are so arthritic that I have to hold a cup of coffee with two hands. I tried to fill it out on a tiny phone but it's impossible for me with arthritis. I asked her if there's some paper that I could fill out, as God is my judge he handed me a book. I tried to explain to her that my athletic hands prevent me from holding a pen. I'll never know what the place was like inside because I couldn't tolerate this woman. I can tell you this there's no compassion shown for any patient there.

I left on Saturday with confirmation that I found a hidden gem! Dr Frank I cannot thank you enough for being so personable and being able to relate to my son. During our visit this allowed my son to feel comfortable with you and you were able to gain his trust. My son has been having some lingering hamstring and groin pain which prompted me to search for a chiropractor. It has been difficult finding one who accommodates his afterschool schedule with either being open late in the evening or being open on the weekend. During my search I stumbled across The Joint Chiropractic and he was able to come in and get adjusted on a Saturday. My sons pain went away almost immediately after our visit. Dr Frank thank you for your care and attention to detail with my son. We appreciate you and we look forward to continuing to see you for years to come. We will continue to be seen and include these visits as part of his wellness care to improve his posture and mobility. Also thank you for being one of the few chiropractic places open on Saturday this really made it easier for us to be seen.
