Quit Smoking (or Don’t Start)

With all the general health warnings available today it is difficult to believe people still smoke, or better yet, begin the habit at all. Make Time to Meditate

Meditation may seem silly, but clearing the mind of all stresses can be liberating. There is nothing special that must be done in order to meditate, although yoga can help. A person can find a quiet place to focus on breathing and relaxation techniques.
