Went in for an issue with a nerve in my shoulder. Dr Chris said the muscle in my arm needed to be worked on as well. I have been a patient of Dr Dan's since he opened his first office in Lake Washington! I'm thinking close to 20 years! I love the safe practical approach he takes with my care. He has an excellent professional bedside manner, and he always addresses any possible new concerns I may have. When there are so many choices in a field like chiropractic care, we turn to our friends and family for direction and guidance. I was traveling in the space coast area when my back went out. Suffering from degenerative disc disease for 25+ years I knew I needed someone that would listen to me before so much as touching my back. I asked my friend that I was visiting if he knew of such a person... and was very happy to receive a message about how much the joint chiropractic was the place I needed to be. I looked them up and found several listings in the local area to choose from. Dr. Dan was who was referred, and there he was, not 7 miles from where I was staying. When I called, I was able to get scheduled right in as a new patient. I was happy to find that I would be paying a grand total of $29 Which covered initial consultation, exam AND adjustment! I arrived early, figuring there'd be paperwork to fill out. The receptionist guided me thru the initial stuff and handed me a tablet to complete the check-in process, making it easy peasy. When Dr. Dan took me in he allowed me to explain my unique situation. He listened and was careful to do only the adjustments that I approved of. After, we sat a moment and spoke about what I felt that I needed in future care, to make sure that I wouldn't fall back into an urgent situation again. The options were presented clearly and my every question was answered directly. If you're ever in need of chiropractic care. Be sure you can communicate with the doctor about everything. Your health is quite literally in that person's hands. I recommend Dr. Dan to anyone looking for chiropractic care. His attention is focused on your needs, not your wallet.

I think we all go to the chiropractor for back, neck, and hip problems. It does much more than helping those areas. A regular weekly visit improves your immune system. I just got back from a land and ocean cruise for twelve days in Alaska. Most of the 26 people I was traveling with came down with upper respiratory infection. Not me! Others have been great and good but this man has so many DIFFERENT types of adjustments that as a licensed Massage Therapist has never seen or heard of even working for many of them throughout the years! After hurting myself from stretching too deeply into my washer for a sock, my husband thought it was just a pulled muscle. But breathing hurt. And after my daughter gave me 2 quick hard hugs, I was hurting bad in everything I did and she felt horrible. After x-rays confirmed nothing broken, I was referred to Dr Andrew. After yesterday’s visit, feeling around, he said a rib was out of alignment. And on the last adjustment, it turned out to be 4 ribs out of place! I was still a little sore but applied ice pack and today I am breathing with just occasional slight pinch of pain!! Thank you!! I’m going for more adjustments!

Dr. Andrew and the rest of the staff at The Joint are the best! it definitely gets busy, especially on the weekends, but the wait is well worth it. the front staff are always friendly, efficient, and helpful. I don't mind the open concept because the waiting area is separate, so it's only just the doctors and one or two other patients back at the same time. I've never felt uncomfortable. beats the pants off of dealing with insurance and having to make appointments. I can come in when I need and know that I'll feel better walking out!

I have to say they are pretty much miracle workers. .. But... Didn't like their initial fill out form asking what gender I identify as. I mean come on really! And the receptionist had 4 inch fingernails all the way to a point that she could poke a hole through steel with . It can be crowded at times and you feel like you're in a cattle call. It's not very private. You're in a room with several tables and two or three different chiropractors all at the same time with other people. Anyway with all that said I think they're very effective and I'm satisfied with that.

I really love this place. I've been going to Dr. Andrew who is amazing. He's very thorough and knowledgeable. He's answered any question I have and addresses any issues I've been having. I have also been to Dr. Macie and she was expectantly different. I felt it was a bit of a more gentle approach, which I appreciated that day. So far I haven't had a bad experience and I've been feeling great. I went in with lower back pain, hip pain and headaches. Dr. Andrews is literally the best doctor I have ever seen, and I’ve been going to The Joint for years, in addition to seeing other chiropractors outside of The Joint. He KNOWS his stuff more than anyone I’ve ever gone to. He takes the time to get to know you, figure out what’s going on with you, and explain the situation and how he’s going to fix it. I was asked to fill out a very lengthy introductory questionnaire. Then asked what ailments were plaguing me. All good, except when I got adjusted it was a generic adjustment and she did not address my hip that was causing the issues in my back. After watching others that went before me and my husband that went after and all of our adjustments were exactly the same. Why ask me 100 questions about my health and then provide a generic service. I normally have 3-4 additional adjustments that were not done here either. It is like the drive through version of chiropractor care.

Dr. Dan and the crew are very honest and flexible with their schedules and are so far very accommodating and patient with helping me understand and trying to fix issues with my facet syndrome that came out of nowhere. The severe pain my spine has is quite debilitating so I got my answers and a good schedule with trying to resolve this terrible affliction in my spine. I Responded to an introductory offer that I found online. My chiropractor retired several years ago so Iresponded to an introductory offer that I found online. The Joint in Melbourne is a great option for chiropractic care in Brevard County. Dr Dan is very attentive and has hired an excellent team of clinicians to assist him in bringing wellness to this community. I have been seen by six of his providers. I have no complaints but several “favorites.” I especially like that care is drop in, as my life is hectic and being able to squeeze in a session is helpful for me. Their financial options are great. I’ve done pay as you go, purchased a package, and also monthly memberships. I’m currently on a package and this is a way to save money without feeling like you’re overpaying. This model of care and business strategy is excellent and makes access to care easier. Dr Dan’s staff is always friendly and helpful. We are really blessed to have this place in our back yard. Thank you to The Joint! (As an aside, this franchise is nationwide. While in a bind, I found another location in the west coast while on vacation. My packages were able to be used, I was able to walk in, and I was out of pain in minutes!) Thankful to this place for making my wellness their priority!

I’ve been going to “The Joint at Lake Washington” for 2.5 years. Dr.Dan is the best! He is an excellent chiropractor. He is kind, professional, always has a welcoming smile and ready to listen to my concerns. He is able to give me instant relief from lower back pain by using the drop table. The front office staff are friendly, helpful and explain clearly the different packages available for treatment. It’s very affordable. I go 4 times a month for the same price it would cost me for one visit at other chiropractors. The wait time is usually between 5-10 minutes. I highly recommend this office. Honestly I never believed chiropractic medicine was legit, but was convinced by a friend to give it a try. I was definitely misaligned and first couple treatments were a little painful but not terrible. After 2 months I am really feeling a big difference!! Maila and Tiffany at the Melbourne location on Wickham Road have the best personalities!! They can make you smile even when you’re in pain? The Joint Chiropractic is the safest, best chiropractic office in Brevard! Dr. Dan ensures all of his offices are kept extremely clean, and are run by the best staff. I personally see Dr. Andrew, Dr. Kevin, & Dr. Dan for my adjustments. The front office staff at the Melbourne location are all extremely kind and make great conversation with me while I wait for my adjustment. Dr. Andrew is my primary chiropractor, and he is very thorough and I always leave with immediate pain relief. I struggle with migraines and back pain, and after staying consistent with my adjustments I have been able to almost eliminate my migraines completely and always have immediate back pain relief after my adjustments. New patient adjustments are only $29 , so there is no reason not to go in and give it a try at least once!

The chiropractors at all locations are amazing. The staff at the front desk not so much. They everything was fine until I had to cancel my membership. I have been paying 20$ for months and not going in because I’m a single mom with no one to watch my child. Finally get a day to go in and use my passes ( that I paid for and was NEVER told there was an expiration on them) . The front office staff says I have to pay for the appointment because the pass is too old….. literally zero date on it…. Long story short is I would recommend the place but make sure to ask ALL the questions in regards to your passes/ plan. I will not be going back after not being able to use a pass I paid for ….

This place is a no bs place you walk in get an adjustment after getting checked out by the doctor tell them what your issues are. I was in and out in less than 1/2 hour . The nice thing is that it costs less than my insurance copay . I don’t have any back issues I just get a little stiff from time to time and I left there feeling great. I would definitely recommend it and it is only 29$ to try it out. I am definitely going back again. Nice people too.

Have been an advocate of chiropractic for years and always dread the “new patient” process of going through the rigamarole of the first visit. I was always very apprehensive about going to a chiropractor, but after years of back and neck pain (and a helpful nudge from my wife) I walked into The Joint on Lake Washington. After 5 min the they had me wondering why I was ever nervous in the first place. Very helpful and nice staff, making sure that I was as comfortable as possible. After my consult and adjustment I felt like a million bucks and signed up for a monthly plan. Definitely recommend.

The Joint Chiropractic is my very favorite of all - both the chain and the franchise here hold a high standard and it is exactly what I want from chiropractic care. I have been to Joint Chiro from San Jose California here to Melbourne Florida and I can't find any reason to complain about any of it - I even had a problem once and they cancelled my plan, waived the fee and everything - they care. All that said there are services that some provide that they do not like xray, tens, and massage - I get it that people want that and its out there at other chiropractors but it's not part of their good deal so thats just not their specialty. I am going to close with experience I had when I was kinked up bad from 1000 mile motorcycle ride - ninja - I tried one who didn't fix me and when I went to Dr Dan there it was like "click" - as if it never happened. Similar situation twice more since with different Joint chiro's. I have been several chiro's over the years and they suit my needs best. Thank you Joint

I really wanted to like this place and give it 5 stars. I was a member for a while and the staff was super friendly, I loved the chiropractors and felt like I got great care. My favorite part was how quickly I could be seen when I walked in. I had an issue that I needed to talk to management regarding my subscription. The front desk staff was always so friendly and assured me that management would get back to me. After 6 phone calls and three weeks of trying to get the issue resolved, asking for a call back and being assured that I would receive one, I never got a call back or was able to speak to a manager. So I gave up trying. It’s too bad the management has such a lack of interest in their customer service because the rest of the staff is so top notch.

I've had adjustments almost every year for the past ten years of my life. I've never had a chiropractor rush through an adjustment like these guys do. Every chiropractor ive ever been to takes their time, and if they cant get your neck or back to pop in one position then they would try a different position to get it to pop. If the guys here didnt pop it, they just move on and call it good. My second visit, he didnt even ask me to breathe in and slowly let out as he popped. The whole place just feels very rushed. Its like asking a friend to pop your back for you and they're just winging it.

Outstanding practice. I had never been to a chiropractor in my life until just two days ago. I was very nervous, since it was my first time.... But I immediately felt comfort once I spoke with not only the doctor, but the staff handling the front desk. Chloe helped me get started, and Dr. Shannon was the doctor I got to see. I tell you these people are amazing. Very nice, very helpful and will explain everything clearly and guide you through the process. The initial adjustment took only about 5 minutes, and the process was smooth and very comfortable. I have noticed MUCH relief in my back after only just one adjustment! Would recommend the Wellness program if you can fit it into your budget. Great place, 5* all the way!

Open on the weekends and later during the week. Affordable too. I was able to be seen on a Saturday and they got me feeling better quickly. I was in pain prior to arrival and when I was seen, they helped figure out what was causing the pain and did work to improve it. I still need more work done but it was a vast improvement in feeling less pain. That I am thankful for.

Love all the doctors at this practice. They have been working with me for the last year. I’ve had a huge improvement in my quality of life and almost no headaches or migraines for 2 months now. But I have to give a huge amount of praise to their most recent chiropractor, Dr. Martin. I had a tricky dislocated rib that the other doctors had a difficult time adjusting. This was my first time at a chiropractor so I was pretty nervous about going but I couldn’t have had a better experience. The doctor was very understanding of what was going on with me and took time to talk to me about everything which is rare around here (I’ve been to so many doctors who didn’t listen to what I had to say, it’s very frustrating when you’re in pain and can’t get any relief). Doctor Dan was very compassionate and caring and Matt was very helpful as well. Would definitely recommend coming here even if you’re nervous or don’t think it will help, GO! I even arrived 30 minutes before they closed and they still were able to see me and help me. Worth it!

I wish I can believe the great reviews about this place. I’m sure the doctors are very good at their practice but this place needs to start hiring people who give correct information. Walked in with what I thought to be a stiff neck and was told by both the doctor and receptionist to go to the imaging center to get an x ray done. I was told that if I do my x ray in time, I would be able to be treated the same day. Drove to the imaging center on Hibiscus and back to Palm Bay to be told they don’t have a fax machine nor can they accept emailed results due to patient confidentiality. I called the imaging center to see what they can do. Their response “the results will be ready in 24 to 48 hrs because same day results was not specified in the order”. Well what a waste of time. Called back 2 days later and was told by a new receptionist male that the woman receptionist is new and that the way they run their company is the patient goes gets their x ray done and brings back the results. Well I just want everyone to know, I called the imaging center and they do have the doctor who ordered this x ray on file and they do indeed send the results straight to the doctor! I was willing to go to the follow up to see the x ray results, but after being told “how they run their business” this will be the first and last time going here for a runaround. Seems they are know very well on how to take advantage of people when they are in pain.

I absolutely love this place as all the Doctors and receptionist are super friendly!? I love the fact that Doctor Mario really takes the time to stretch my neck as I have problems with flexibility. I have also seen other doctors here as well and they are all great but for me, Doctor Mario's technique works the best! I get four visits a month at $69 and it's nice to know if I need other adjustment within that time frame I only have to pay $10 extra. You will not be disappointed at this place and I strongly recommend it.!??

They're always quick and convenient. Wait times aren't that long at all. The reason I only gave it a 4 instead of 5 is because of the fact that there's no separation between each table. So there's no privacy. Other than that, the doctor's are great and always leave me feeling like I can do cartwheels as soon as I'm done with my session.

I got my first chiropractic of my life for TMJ. I left the place without pain in all my teeth of right side. The Joint saved me a trip to the ER, money, a 3-week wait for my neurologist appointment and days of extra pain! I was in agony with a pinched nerve in my neck, decreased range of motion and numbness and pain. The headache and pain-in-the-neck were constant, and my husband suggested I go one fitful Saturday since they had helped him with his back pain. I’ve never gone to a chiropractor in my 61 years but I was desperate... and then I was grateful! I even canceled my neurologist appointment. The results were almost immediate. So much better and I’ve continued to improve during the month of treatment! The Joint doctors are all amazing and I have nothing but praise and admiration for them.

I’ve been going to the Joint just under a year now and am very pleased with their treatment. I have issues with my lower back. Especially after bending a lot doing yard work. I’m 60 and going for adjustments once weekly seems to help keep my back aligned and reduces aching. Due to my age and lack of exercise I do still experience some morning low back aching, but nothing like it was. Maintenance is definitely the key to relief!

I have been coming to the joint in Melbourne for a few years now. Friendly and helpful staff. Some chiropractors are better than others. Needed relief on a Saturday due to my chiropractor being closed on weekends. This place is a ripoff. I don't know if the reviews are fake but don't go here. Spent maybe 1 full minute on the bed/table. No heat first. He didn't even assess my back. My right hip is higher than my left. Complete waste of time and money.

This is my first time coming here and I will be coming back! A very quick relief, I was in and out within ten minutes. I was skeptical about coming here originally since I heard it was a chain, but Dr Dan is amazing! Would recommend. They are open on weekends and yes Sunday too. No insurance required your copay is worked into your visit and my single visit today was about $30, you can't beat that and their other packages. I was planning on going to Wyatt chiro down the street but they were closed today and I'm glad I went to the joint!

Been coming here for years,gotta say if you want quick results without all the hassle for adjustments this is your place. Most places wanna charge you for xrays and other things that ultimately you may not need,for a simple adjustment.Now if you have serious problems and you discuss this they for their own safety will recommend mri and xrays,but simple adjustments its fast not always painless but when i walk out im always better than walking in.

If you are looking for legit chiropractors who are experienced with amazing prices and super convenient hours, I highly recommend the Joint at Lake Washington. It's no nonsense, no hassle, you get to keep all clothing on, and it's so organized that you are in and out of there quickly with minimal waiting. I experienced relief immediately after the 1st visit and have felt increasingly better each time. What's more is I'm a chronic migraine sufferer for about 20 years and have not had a SINGLE migraine since I started getting adjustments and haven't had to take ANY migraine medication so far! Both doctors are great, the office is always clean, and the front desk staff is always professional and friendly so I drive almost 30 minutes to go here instead of somewhere closer. Thank you to everyone at the Joint for your services.

I could not stay working out in the gym for more than 20 minutes because my groin would start hurting horrible on the left side so i went to The Joint and after the first session i noticed the pain go down , when i went to the gym i confirmed that the pain went down by 90% and i stayed at the gym 2 hours plus i was shocked, because i would barely stay 20 minutes before thank God i found The Joint im pain free and are able to do heavy work like gym and running without pain i say follow Dr. Daniel Weber orders and if he says you should go back said amount of times follow through so the pain stays away permanent

Dr. Dan bent my L4 during a bad adjustment, 4 years later still trying to fix the damage he caused! He never apologized or offered to fix it for free. Instead he came out with a waiver form which he thinks would protect him from being sued from any further bad adjustments and hurting people.

Being Stubborn(a man). I was waking up for over a month with lower back pain. I finally listened to some advice and walk into The Joint. Told them what was going on and explained my issues and concerns. After accessing me they did what they do best. A few snap crackle and pops later I was left feeling wonderful and sore. First time visit, took a few minutes to fill out all the paper work, only 3 of which require you to think more about yourself than you do every day. Dr. Weber gets you back, asks you a some questions pertaining to your pain and gets you adjusted accordingly. Great service and professional environment.
