Dr. Rob knew chiropractic was his calling when his daughter was in pain after suffering a musculoskeletal condition from a traumatic birth process. It was hindering her development, and after multiple physical therapy sessions that saw little to no improvement, he took some great advice to see a local chiropractor who specialized in pediatrics. After a single visit she left with almost zero symptoms at all. After that her motor development skyrocketed, and he knew that there was something truly amazing about this field of medicine.

I am now going to BBB and taking legal action. This is disgraceful. Why have they not cancelled a fraudulent transaction??? Do NOT USE THE JOINT AT ANY LOCATION. Furthermore the "drs" are sub par and most likely got their cerrifications on line. Complete disgrace.

The doctors are very professional and skilled. I walked in their establishment in so much pain. They were so accommodating and genuinely cared about me as a patient. The fact that they are open on weekends is really nice and you arent required to have an appointment which is crazily convenient for people who have a busy schedule. I live 1.5 hrs away but their service impressed me so much that I purchased more visits and will be going now on a regular basis because it is very much worth it! I highly recommend this office. They have very affordable prices and different packages to suit differenr budgets as well. I may have walked in their office in pain but I walked out with relief and a smile!!!! Miracle workers!

I was treated by Dr. Rob for about four months. On my first visit, he sat with me to gain an understanding of what was wrong at the moment, but also any chronic issues. He gave me exercises to do on my own when needed, which is amazing! Many chiropractors in the business (none at this location) don't want to give you exercises because if you heal too quickly they can't get your money, I appreciated this integrity. Dr. Rob takes his time and if you're still hurting he will sit with you to troubleshoot. I did have a session with Dr. Gio once when Dr. Rob was off and Dr. Gio was great too! The facility has free snacks, drinks, and ice packs. This goes the extra mile for me and I appreciate it, especially when sometimes I brought my mom who's a diabetic. I went to another The Joint close by and the facility is not this welcoming. Additionally, the front desk staff was always pleasant. Usually, you can be in and out within 10-15 minutes. M-F, 5-6 pm, seems to be the busiest time, I'm sure because everyone heads there right after work. If you can avoid those times, I recommend it.

I went to another The Joint close by and the facility is not this welcoming. Additionally, the front desk staff was always pleasant. Usually, you can be in and out within 10-15 minutes. M-F, 5-6 pm, seems to be the busiest time, I'm sure because everyone heads there right after work. If you can avoid those times, I recommend it.

Not all locations are equal though, as I’ve found some adjusters as either physically weak, injured and cannot do certain techniques, or less interested in giving an adjustment beyond the 5 minute stereotypical visit. But…I will say that every now and then someone will give a great adjustment. One that leaves me feeling unbelievable, especially after a hard week. I work a pretty physical job and have had multiple knee surgeries. But, I’m also young and in good shape so I shouldn’t complain. Anyway, I wish that treatments were longer and more involving so that I’m not left feeling “used” and discarded. Amazing experience when you have a good adjuster but it seems to always be a different person. I can still confidently leave a 5 out of 5 rating and believe it’s a fair one :)

They offered a terrific deal being my first visit and was a no brainer for the money. Great value. In addition being open 7 days a week is invaluable as in the past I've had to wait thru the weekend in misery for adjustment. Also being nationwide is another convenience.
