I’ve been a patient for over a year and will probably be one until the day I die. When I first went to The Joint I had a lot of lower back troubles that were paired with a migraine that would bring me to tears. Now I go once a week for a weekly adjustment and haven’t had those painful back troubles nor the migraines. Coming to The Joint has truly been life changing for me.     I came in at 4:00 pm Sept 24.2025 I waited 20 minutes as one chiropractor was servicing customer. 2 nd chiropractor was servicing new client. They brought in 3 new clients in front of me.     I would give zero stars if I could. All of the good chiropractors have left or barely work. The ones in this office are terrible. Max, Elizer, Kaitlyn -all awful. Waste of my money to pay for service I can’t even get.

    Dr. Schriver is an excellent chiropractor. He was my (and my daughter's) chiropractor when he was in Zephyrhills.     Great Chiropractors and great team with affordable and more than reasonable prices for wellness plan, I went in for treatment of back pain, tingling in leg, and numbness barely could walk a lot of pain, but with their Doctors of Chiropractics expertise with adjustments and advise on stretches I am pain free and running today without meds which only mask pain.     I appreciate the working hours and options for chiropractic care at The Joint Chiropractic. I received three free visits my first month, which was offered I believe out of compassion.     I visited the Ocala The Joint office for Sciatica and other adjustments. Madeline at the front desk was very friendly and courteous. Martel, my chiropractor, was very patient as I explained all my ailments and made the treatment process pretty painful-free. I felt relief almost immediately after getting back on my feet. I did not feel pressured into joining a program though I did join the Wellness Plan as I will need to visit various times to get back to normal. Both Madeline and Martel were very kind and caring. I had visited the Orlando Dr. Phillips The Joint office a few years ago and was glad to see consistency in both the Ocala and Irlando locations. I am glad I returned to The Joint.

    Want to take the time to appreciate the people that took care of me at the joint chiropractic. Madilyn who works up front was so sweet and took care of me and got me right in. I usually do my work with amber. She has helped me tremendously with my body adjustments. Been finding a lot of relief and feel more adjusted than I have ever been. But today I was kinda nervous for I wouldn’t be assign to amber. I instead met Ben who was gonna be the one treating me. I was scared and skeptic cause I don’t usually feel comfortable with new people but Ben assured me and help me feel as calm and comfortable as I could possibly be.     I can't say enough good things. My first appointment Dr. Ben took his time with me, both listening and explaining. They do extra adjustments that I've never had at other offices before. The shoulders and hips are especially delightful. As someone with some minor anatomical malformations, my posture and gait will likely never be perfect, and the pricing can't be beat - $20 a session. They take care to let you know where they will be placing their hands and checking in throughout to make sure nothing is uncomfortable. I have a lot of tension and previous chiropractors either are far too gentle and I don't get a good adjustment, or they want to manhandle and force it. My adjustments here are perfectly firm but gentle. They take the time to massage the muscle and try again, often that works, but won't force it if my body just doesn't cooperate that day.
