They do not care about their patients. I froze my account after receiving treatment at the Mayo clinic a few weeks back. I came in today to use a care card given to me by one of the Chiropractors and I was abruptly informed that I needed to unfreeze my account to use any of them and then I could not refreeze the account. I've been a paying patient for the better part of 4 years. No more! But bye!!! Get better help!!

I sought a chiropractor to alleviate some of the neck pain I was experiencing. I was not sure if it was my workouts, sleeping positions, or possibly sitting position at work. The only thing I can do to alleviate the pain was to take over the counter pain relief. Since coming to The Joint for pain relief, is has slowly assisted in my pain. I put off going to a Chiropractor because it usually entails x rays, multiple visits, other therapies, etc. etc. I do think all the other stuff is beneficial and necessary in some instances. But sometime I just need a quick adjustment to keep my aligned and healthy. Sometime I feel a little out of whack and just need to be adjusted. I really like this uncomplicated affordable approach to chiropractic care. I am much more likely to come in for regular adjustments. The location I went to on Colonial Drive in FL was very friendly, informative and did a great initial exam. They listened to me and cared for me accordingly. Thank you, I am already feeling better and I will be back.

I only had one visit so far, so my rating is based off that. I felt great once I left, which was a major relief. During the whole process the doctor helped me to relax and made me feel very comfortable.
