Years ago, people didn't really worry about the effects of the sun. It was a given that you were going to spend ample amounts of time with the sun on your skin. By the end of summer, you'd either be burned to a crisp or golden tan. It was just the way of the world. As time has passed, we've learned so much about the sun and its effects on our health. In today's world, we do everything that we can to avoid it. But is it really necessary to go with one extreme or the other? Is the sun always bad for our health? Or do we actually need it? The Sun Gives Us Vitamin D
One of the biggest sources of Vitamin D for our bodies is actually the sun. And we absolutely need this vitamin. Do you need the sun? Absolutely! You need it for warmth and light and for health reasons, too. Just be smart about your time in the sun.
