I began visiting The Joint at Midtown Place in May and signed up for a monthly wellness plan. While my first two visits were routine, my third visit resulted in a severe injury and a complete lack of accountability from the business.
During a thoracic adjustment performed by the provider, Jacob, I heard a loud crack and immediately felt extreme, sharp pain in my sternum. Both the provider and I were visibly alarmed, yet I was assured everything was fine, and he awkwardly offered an extra visit to my plan. Following the adjustment, the pain intensified and triggered unexplained vomiting, forcing me to visit the emergency room and incur significant medical bills.
I returned to the clinic solely to cancel my membership and request a refund. While the front desk attendant was polite, she stated they do not offer refunds but agreed to check and follow up as a courtesy. She also gave me an incident report; however, the report falsely listed actions taken that never actually occurred, and none of the items outlined in the follow-up plan were ever executed.
I never received the promised follow-up regarding my refund. When I called the clinic during regular business hours, no one answered. I left a detailed voicemail restating my situation, noting the lack of communication, and requesting an update on my refund status—and I never received a response.
Between the physical injury, inaccurate incident documentation, and total disregard for customer follow-up, I strongly advise avoiding this location. Protect your health, safety, and wallet by seeking care elsewhere.

If anyone is looking for a chiropractor, I have to say Joint Chiropractic really helped me out. I walked in extremely stiff and in pain after dealing with discomfort for over a week. I honestly didn’t think an adjustment would make that much of a difference, even though I’ve had them before somewhere else.
Someone recommended them to me and said they were very good — and they were right. After the adjustment, I felt a whole lot better. Definitely glad I went.

Go elsewhere 0/10 do not recommend. Since I work directly next door i decided to book a much needed chiropractor appointment! However, they got me excited just to waste my time. Scheduled my appointment days in advance was told to have new patient paperwork filled out. I go to fill the new patient out about 30 minutes before my appointment and noticed that it has to be printed out and you can’t fill it out online through the link they text. Why Text me paperwork that can’t be completed through the text message. When I was in this facility if it had to be written on, you should’ve gave me the documents to write on.
However, get there 15 minutes prior to appointment to complete the paperwork still no paperwork was given. Instead, I was sent a link rescheduled me for the same exact time I was already scheduled with no paperwork attached . So now it’s 1230 and my paperwork is still not complete. Don’t even have the paperwork. So since I thought it was very clear when I booked that I would be coming on my hour lunch break. I just had to cancel what a waste of time.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Jacob Andrews at The Joint Chiropractic. I just signed up for the monthly membership, and this was my third adjustment so far, but hands down the best one yet.
I explained all of my concerns to Dr. Andrews, and he truly overexceeded my expectations. It honestly felt like he knew exactly what my body needed. I walked in with a crook in my neck, lower back pain, and so much tension in my shoulders, and I left feeling completely released and so much better overall.
One thing I really love about The Joint is being able to pop in for a quick adjustment with no hassle, which works perfectly with my busy schedule. But this adjustment really stood out. Thank you again, Dr. Andrews, for such an amazing experience and exceptional care!

I had such an amazing experience at The Joint Chiropractic! From the moment I walked in, Emma and Alyssa at the front desk were so welcoming and kind. They made everything super easy and explained things in a way that made me feel comfortable right away.
Jacob, the chiropractor, was honestly incredible. He really took the time to listen to what was going on with me and made sure I understood everything before getting started. The adjustment itself was so smooth, and I left feeling so much better than when I came in.

I live 4.3 hours away and happened to be in town, hoping to finally get adjusted by someone who truly knows what they are doing. Since arriving to Georgia, I have been to numerous chiropractors and every experience has been disappointing. I have very specific needs, especially for neck adjustments done while I am on my stomach using advanced techniques that require real experience and skill.
Before coming in, I spoke with Dr. Jacob on the phone and explained exactly what I needed. He assured me he could perform those adjustments, but after more than eight failed chiropractic experiences, I was still nervous.
From the moment I arrived, I felt at ease. Shynice at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the entire office had a calm, professional, and genuinely caring atmosphere. Everything was spotless and extremely clean.
The adjustment itself was incredible. From the moment I laid down, Dr. Jacob easily performed the exact neck adjustment that so many other chiropractors failed to do. My neck, which had been stiff for months, finally released with a powerful crack and the relief was immediate. The tension headache I had been living with was completely gone.
Every other adjustment was just as precise and effective. My entire body relaxed and released again and again. After being in severe pain for so long, the relief was overwhelming and I found myself in tears and Shynice was so kind to bring me tissue and Dr. Jacob was patient and didn't rush me while I was having a moment.
I am beyond grateful that I gave this office a chance. I will absolutely drive hundreds of miles again without hesitation to see Dr. Jacob and return to this location. This was the best chiropractic experience I have ever had and 1,000 stars would still not be enough. ?

I visited the joint about a week ago for an adjustment and had a great experience, they recommended a plan for $70 a month, which sounded great so I signed up and paid the first installment. In the past week, I’ve had some big personal expenses come up and realized it’s just not in my budget to continue going for now. I went in to cancel the second installment, where I was informed that there is a “2 month minimum” hidden in the contract, and there was no way they could cancel the next payment from being taken out of my bank account A MONTH from now.
It’s a shame because it’s a cool idea and I like the convenience. But their lack of understanding, being unforthcoming with the 2 month minimum, or effort to find an alternative to the situation mean that they have super dodgy and shoddy business practices. I would have come back in the future but after this, I will never trust them again. Stay away!!!

I came in with with constant pain for 2 days from a cervical nerve problem. I even went to the emergency room the night it started and got muscle relaxers and pain killers. After they wore off I was still no better. Shooting pain in my neck and left arm. If you review my previous posts you will see how much I enjoyed the service at The Joint Chiropractic. I now give them one star. I am trying to cancel my monthly membership. The Joint makes it so easy to take your money each month but to cancel be prepared for every roadblock including them requiring you to go back to the original clinic you signed up at even though you can go to any clinic for an adjustment. When I let them know coming to the original clinic is not an option I try to call the clinic. When you call and press the button to make changes to your membership you get an automated message again telling you those changes can only be done in person and then the phone hangs up. Then when I call to talk to someone at the clinic they use HEPA laws as the reason you can only cancel in person. Canceling my membership has nothing to do with HEPA laws. This is like many other companies and monthly billings they love to just collect the money when people forget about the subscription. They love to make it difficult so that in being difficult to cancel they get fewer cancelations. It is amazing how quickly a company can turn a raving fan into someone completely at the other end of the spectrum. Now as a "courtesy" the Midtown location says they will email me the cancelation form and only when received back will they cancel the membership. Even after confirming the email address on file I have not received the form to cancel. I must have been talking on the phone to the same rude receptionist referenced by other reviews to the Midtown location because all she did with her excuses and attitude is frustrate me even more.
I response to the post from the The Joint Chiropractic whoever is posting is not well informed. First, The Joint Chiropractic did contact me via a phone call. We had a conversation and I was told that my account auto pay had been canceled as of the time of the phone call and not dependent on the cancelation form. I was also told the cancelation form had been emailed to me and that it was appreciated that I still complete it and return it. Unfortunately the form was never received to my email address on file. Only today did I receive an email apologizing that the form had been sent to the wrong email address and the email includes the cancelation form. What is concerning now is that per the email is appears the auto pay may not have been canceled per the phone call but is dependent on the form being completed and returned. I hope this is not the case. So it is not correct to state tonight that you have reached out and I have not been responsive. I did accept the phone call and appreciated the cancelation that was promised. It is not my fault the office sent the cancelation form to the wrong email. It is hard to be responsive when you don't do your job correctly.

The WORST customer service. First of all the chiropractic service isn't worth a crap. They barely gave me a full body adjustment the first time and after that it was less and less every time I came. Also, they trick you into signing an agreement but tell you only to come in for two months.. then charge you like crazy for no service. When I signed I was rushed to put my name on the dotted line and rushed to the back for a pathetic adjustment. There was no time to even read any paperwork if I tried. The customer service was so bad. The lady at the front was also so so rude!!!!

I was in Atlanta for a convention and my back and neck were so out of line that I had a pounding headache that I was not able to rid of with medication or sleep. I was very skeptical of going to a walk in chiropractor clinic, however, after missing prime events for a few days, I decided to try The Joint. I was seen by Dr. Jacob Anderson who was an absolute blessing. He listened to me very intently and was so confident that he took my feelings of skepticism away prior to adjusting me and once he did his work, I had instant relief of this terrible headache. I am more than amazed at his skill level and his compassion for me. I left the office and was able to attend all the remaining events of the conference. I haven’t been to a chiropractor in about 8-9 years but knew I needed it. Midtown location was awesome. Staff very professional. Dr Nichols was friendly and easy to talk to. He was able to adjust everything and showed me some stretches to help with specific pain in my arm.
The way The Joint is set up to take walk-ins is perfect for my busy schedule. The options for continued care allow me to been seen regularly and get my body back in alignment. Looking forward to feeling better soon!!

Dr. Greco and his staff are simply amazing!! From the very time I walked into the office from the time I left, I was welcomed and treated like family, (good family). Dr. Greco is extremely knowledgeable and gave much insight to the particular physical problems I was having, due to spinal injuries I sustained while serving in the U.S military. My visits are now for maintenance, so I’m usually in and out in no time. I say my hello and greetings of the day, get my adjustment then I’m out in no time. Great team here!! Dr. Nichols is amazing! I always feel so much better after my adjustment! Rude receptionist and terrible customer service. I called the midtown Atlanta location on Monday, Oct. 9, around 6pm, to make sure my membership was cancelled and encountered the most unprofessional receptionist ever. Not only was she sarcastic but also very nasty and condescending in her tone. For a healthcare facility, please do better and train your employees on basic customer service skills. Very unpleasant experience.

Have been going for 3 weeks now and feeling much better. Had been out of sync for a bit due to an Achilles injury and surgery. Took about 3 visits to get the kinks that were hurting under control. The initial visit was great. Came up with a plan to come in twice a week for the first few weeks. The chiropractor mentioned their monthly plan and said it comes with 4 visits a month and the extra visits for coming in twice a week would be covered. I didn’t sign up for the plan until the 2nd visit (wanted time to see how I felt after and look at membership). Now into the 3rd week I was told today I have to pay for the additional adjustments even though during the consultation I was told otherwise. The office person said it was because I didn’t sign up for their plan on 1st visit. Never mentioned- and felt like a teacher scolding a student how it was presented . It’s trivial but leaves a bad mark on the otherwise great experience I’ve had.

UPDATE:: so now I need a receipt of my records and visits. They said it would take a week to get a simple receipt of my visits. I have to by and sign a medical release to get a copy of which I signed this when I went by. This place is not very cordial to get this instantly even though I signed all those things before hand. You hear people say mess about how they only spend five minutes at the Joint with you but it’s because it’s all they need. Today I had a very painful and uncomfortable experience with Dr. Rebecca. I was trying to remember why I tried to avoid going to her as I there. While getting corrected a woman came in that Dr. Rebecca corrected the day prior and she mentioned that the woman was coming back so quick. The lady was quiet and as I was leaving she shook her head and I kind of knew why. As Dr. Rebecca corrected me I felt no relief, a waste of time and created pain in an area I never had an issue with. After an hour of throbbing pain my husband called the joint and spoke with the woman at the front desk who was more than helpful. When I spoke to Dr. Rebecca, she immediately said it could be inflammation and I expected this. Who wants to admit they did something wrong. The thing is I’m not new to getting adjusted and this was the most horrible experience I’ve had. I went back and saw Dr. Nichols, which was not welcoming. He did not greet me as he usually did and I knew they weren’t going to be the happiest because they don’t want to admit something wasn’t done correctly. He literally looked at me twice without speaking, which made it awkward. He asked for my phone number and where the pain was. He adjusted my neck asked how it felt and I told him much better. He told me to ice it and that was it. I was glad I felt better but didn’t get any, “sorry you had to come back” or “we apologize for any discomfort you felt earlier but glad you’re feeling better.” They are usually kind and talkative but I got the coldest interaction which made me decide not to go back. After I left I decided I didn’t feel comfortable going back and shouldn’t be treated as if I’m the problem. When I called I realized I was charged for an extra correction which was very upsetting because I didn’t ask to get adjusted incorrectly and to be in pain. I literally had to go back within an hour and Dr. Nichols knowing this didn’t once think that I should not be charged for their mistake and maybe an apology on their end was due?????? No he tried to avoid an apology by saying everyone is different and every chiropractor has a different technique but he knew where the issue was because he immediately pointed out the problem before he corrected me. It’s unfortunate that the follow up was handled this way but maybe they can improve their responses to issues like this in the future. I feel like the incident or issue was taken personal which is usual but results in an unfortunate outcome.

October 2024- Updating my review as it is wild to think that I've now seen Dr. Boyd for the last 3 years - almost weekly! He always has me leaving feeling better than when I came in. I fractured my thumb over the summer and Dr. Boyd spent extra time with me to help me feel at ease that it would heal and advised me on what X-rays/MRIs were recommended. This was above and beyond the normal duty of care and I felt very fortunate to have Dr. Boyd in my corner advising me through the recovery process. Pam and Dr. Jacob are also EXCELLENT at the office and I am grateful to have friends I can come to for my chiropractic care!
October 2023- I’ve gone to the chiropractor for ~7 years for low back pain and have seen many different chiropractors in that time. For the last two years I have been seeing Dr. Boyd at this location and he is the best of the best. I always look forward to my visits and the entire team is so friendly and remembers me. I always leave my visits feeling better than when I came in and have referred friends and family. Thank you Dr. Boyd and the entire team at this location for taking excellent care of me!

Maybe make it blatantly clear in your website and marketing comms this is just a leisure chiropractor. They will not see you if you have actual problems out of fear of liability. The front desk staff was nice; however, I was excited for my appointment because I’ve been in pain only to be turned away (which btw I cleared out my entire work schedule to accommodate this appointment). The disappointment could have been avoided with CLEAR COMMUNICATION through the website booking experience and marketing comms. The 1 star will stay…. forward it to your marketing team and whoever does the UX for your site if you want to avoid this kind of review in the future

I went in today to cancel my membership and the way I was treated was unacceptable. This is NOT about the receptionist she was very professional and sweet. So apparently when you cancel your membership you have to get it signed off by the doctor (which is crazy but whatever i understand that's the policy) I wish I knew the Doctor's name. He was very rude and condescending. I told him the reason I wanted to cancel my membership was because I don't come enough to have a monthly subscription. He then proceeds to say "well if your health is not a priority that's on you" The manor in which he spoke to me was like i was beneath him. You never know what a person is going through that prevents them from coming in to get an adjustment. Especially in this economy. With that being said you should really watch
how you speak to clients. This is in no way about the whole joint establishment .Other then this incident i have always had a good experience but i guess things change when you are looking to cancel your membership.

Decided to try after a friend highly recommended them but have to say I am disappointed. I felt like the consultation was rushed. Given my symptoms the chiropractor didn’t say anything about what he thought was wrong and how the different adjustments would help. I did have an initial adjustment and now I’m in significantly more pain than I was before. I’m not sure this is the place for quality care.

Dr Rebecca is amazing my first visit was great she was gentle on this old body. I felt wonderful after. But my second visit left a lot to be desired the Doctor didn’t introduce himself and didn’t give fair warning of what he was going to do I am having more soreness and pain then I did the first time. When I first came to THE JOINT in 2017, I was hardly able to walk in the door. I was in Dallas and had been hurt at work. I would go to THE JOINT three times a week. I can believe how much you helped me. When I came back to Atlanta and when I travel, which I do on a regular basis, I always find THE JOINT at least once a week. I really like John, he used to work on Saturday morning and we would banter back and forth. I did enjoy that. Lately everyone is different, and it seems more like an assembly line than a chiropractic office. I still come weekly, but I used to come in on a Saturday and everyone called me by my first name. “Don’t worry about your card key Johnny, I got you” is what the receptionist would tell me as I reached into my pocket.

I just moved to town and realized that all of the moving had my back all out of wack. So I figured I would go to The Joint to get an adjustment as I have over the past several years all across the US. I walk in, scan my card and joke with the receptionist to whom was very nice. I walk to the back and I was asked what my name was and what was bothering me. I provided the information .. He then rushes through an adjustment. After he was done he spent time telling me that he could sell me a package to cover monthly visits. I hold him that I typically just buy the bundle of visits. However, I just used my last one on this visit and I was planning to look into buying more later. He responds OK. I ask him what his name was. He responds "Dr. Nichols". As I gather my things he starts talking to the other doctor about grabbing the next new patient as it was his turn. I leave and as I was reaching the end of the walk way he comes running out panicked asking me if I wanted to pay for the visit that I just had as if I was trying to "dine and dash" on an adjustment. i reiterated that I just had scanned my card to use my last prepaid adjustment for that session. He turns around to reenter the building. It was a bit weird. You cant even go back for an adjustment unless you have paid.

My doctor seemed knowledgeable and friendly.
I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Probably less than 10. That though is what's kinda off putting.
It could very well be the norm, given the circumstances of my spine and needs.
Not sure though. It just seems strange lol. This was my first visit.
I am overall pleased with the service and am just concerned the initial assessment lacked...assessing?
I could very well be wrong lol, and am giving this review 4 stars only because 4 stars warrant more notice than a 5 would.
I look forward to retaking and seeing how my health journey with the joint goes.

This was my first experience with The Joint and I admit, at this point, I am very pleased with having made the decision to give them a try. My daughter recommended them while we were out of state on vacation when she said she was going to the chiropractor. They have offices in several states which offers the flexibility to go to the chiropractor even when I'm away from home; this is a HUGE bonus.
I had gone 4 nights with barely any sleep due to extreme pain in my shoulder and neck. After talking with the chiro and him completing his assessment, the magic began. A few "cracks" here and a lot more "cracks" there, and I walked out feeling MUCH better.
I highly recommend giving The Joint a try if you need a chiropractor, or if you're looking for a new one.

I went last weekend because I was in a bad way and my usual chiropractor had no appointments available.
They take a different approach than what I’m used to, with the emphasis being on speed and efficiency - which is completely fine when you consider the price.
The service I received was brilliant, especially since I could hardly walk when I went in and I was back to work the next day with only a slight discomfort.
Donny was quick to establish my main issues and guided me through the adjustment at each step.
Yes it was uncomfortable but this isn’t a calming massage we’re talking about - these folks are readjusting your posture with applied force.
I will definitely be back in the future. Ask for Donny.

I only gave 1 star because I had to! I sat for 25 minutes in pain only for the Dr. to see a gentlemen that had literally been sitting for less than 5 minutes. I asked the receptions why he was called back before me she stated she was suppose to inform the Dr who was next that’s BS that Dr seen me sitting in the waiting area. I really feel like he didn’t want to treat me. Yes this about race I’m African American and the gentlemen was Caucasian I will never visit this location again and will canceling my membership!

Dr. Boyd has been our favorite. I am almost 40 and have a bad hip from birthing my youngest. My hip pain bothers the whole side of my right body. Dr. Boyd also takes care of my five year old and today for the first time , my three year old. They love him. I didn’t really think my five year old had any problems. I thought he was copying me. But the places he pointed to me at home that bothered him, ended up being the same places Dr. Boyd pointed out that were out of alignment. We are thankful for Dr. Boyd , the other chiropractors , and the kind staff at this location!

All my visits have been with very professional and attentive front desk personnel. The chiropractor was very informative and thorough. This was a very pleasant experience. I have gone to midtown and now Duluth. By my third visit I am feeling almost pain free, sleeping very well, hardly any hip pain at night, my collar bone pain is gone, just working on my neck pain. I was a wreck when I got to them. They are working me back to human. It is a plus to see different chiropractors because each has a little different touch and energy and that is really healthy.

Pleasant atmosphere, Jesse in the front office was friendly, professional and efficient. The wait time was minimal, which was great as no appointments are needed. The adjustment was basic with some good movement in my neck... though I know follow-up visits are necessary.
I love the convenient weekend hours, which is why I went... due to my weekly work hours conflicting with my preferred chiropractor.
I will be back - just don't be afraid to pop my bones, please!

Great overall experience my first time at The Joint in Midtown today. I had the pleasure of seeing Patrick, and he took the time to talk through my prior injuries and my reason for coming to see a chiropractor. He worked extensively, explaining what movements he was performing and why.
Ashley, at the front desk, was very jolly and smiled while explaining there would be some paperwork to get started. No one likes paperwork, but with her energy, I almost didn’t mind filling it out.
I signed up for a membership because I want to keep my spine healthy, but also because I left there not only feeling physically more stable, but also because I felt better overall, having had such a pleasant experience.

I agree with Maia Costello's and Michael Fox's
reviews! The error I made was going to East ATL due to proximity. Given the poor treatment there, I was required to resolve at Midtown. Since I only visited both locations by default, this review speaks to the brand as well as area franchises.
Midtown and East ATL (at Glenwood Park) are owned by the same person and, like the regional manager, Jimmy cosigns quantity, i.e., transactional exchanges and upselling plans to drive sales. If you do not vet the chiropractor and location, you will pay for lack of accuracy, attention to detail, failure to listen, dismissive responses, vague, general or irrelevant diagnosis and overall lack of concern. For example, Chiropractor Patrick Greco greeted me dressed like he was on summer vacation and spoke and treated me like he was a robot. Jimmy ensures that no matter who is at fault, YOU pay to address an issue that, it turns out, needed to be referred to an orthopedic M.D. vs resolved in 4 or so $39 maintenance visits (per Garret Weathers at East ATL). Never mind that Greco has 20YRS of experience. It is unclear how long Weathers has been adjusting bodies.
Verifying diagnosis is critical. If a chiropractor cannot articulate what the problem is, gives you a generic response, faults male/female human anatomy, says your problem is equivalent to having been in a car accident and is quick to tell you to come back for multiple visits (Weathers) or makes a diagnosis after 35 seconds of telling you to try to move a certain way (Greco), that’s a sign you’ve been had!
Even though The Joint is consistently branded across locations, as a franchise, multiple locations are owned by the same person. Jimmy manages conflicts between locations. However, he also coaches the franchises to isolate problems so customers are forced to pony up more cash, regardless. Knowing that the franchises have an incentive to compete for business AND expert talent, franchises focus on quantity vs. quality. Meanwhile, chiropractors drive revenue by treating non-work related injuries the same as routine maintenance.
Medical professionals, who actually CARE about patient experience and addressing the problem, vs. going through the process, OWN the problem and strive to provide the right remedy. With Jimmy's permission, Weathers and Greco failed to do the latter.
P.S. 1. Notice the verbose lecture given--in the form of a response to poor service. Shifting blame to patient. Skirting the issue. Giving excuses. Exactly my point. Issue had nothing to do with frequency, but the lack of care and an inaccurate diagnosis. Every back issue is so not resolved with a $39 'adjustment.' 2. FYI: Reviews on The Joint's branded site are misleading. They don't include names and they're THE SAME, generic, but positive reviews across franchises. For ACCURATE service reviews, use third party sites or simply choose a different chiropractor!

I can say without a doubt that the get em in, get em out quick business style is dangerous for those with chronic pain issues and joint instability. I had to make an emergency Sunday visit to this place because I was in a lot of pain and my regular chiro was closed. I went with an open mind, hoping it could become a regular place for me on the weekends. With minimal discussion beforehand of my history and what was bothering me, and what seemed like no precision, the dr started pushing ( I wont even call it an adjustment) up and down my spine- I can only assume, hoping for something, anything to pop back into place or at least make a popping noise. The "adjustment" to my hip was no better and left me in worse condition by the next day and for the days to come until I could get back in with my regular chiro. I see the appeal for many of a cheap, fast, and easy chiropractic appointment, but those with specific and/or chronic issues, proceed with caution. Sometimes you get what you pay for.

2 weeks overdue review....Years of poor posture and lifting heavy items at work and at home and sometimes sitting for hours on end without stretching; finally I pay the price of tremendous lower back pain. Pain I have never felt in my entire life. This lower back pain just grew more and more painful as the seconds and hours went by and nothing worked so I finally decided to see Dr. Cheng! Less than 3 treatments,I'm back to my old self! Should've went sooner. I Would definitely recommend The Joint Chiropractor, Dr. Cheng to all my friends and family! Thank you Dr. Cheng!

This place is amazing! I am so happy that a no frills chiropractic clinic is so close to home for me. I have read some reviews regarding the $59 for 4 visits with a 2 month minimum...I had no trouble reading the contract I signed...and the gentleman at the front desk did a great job of ensuring I understood the agreement. At the end of the day paying $14.75 per adjustment is the best deal anywhere...so please stop complaining because you didn't read the paperwork. Maybe you need a tutor and not a chiropractor.
I love the speed - and not requiring an appointment to be seen. My medical doctor is the same and it is highly effective.
My only suggestion is to add massage therapy as an appointment based service in conjunction with the chiropractic care.

OMG! I have been seeing chiropractors on and off most of my life. like most of my experience these guys are so friendly and inviting. Prior to visiting "The Joint" I'd never visited a chiropractor; however, I'd been experiencing some pretty rough upper back/lower neck area pain for about a week and decided to stop in. The fact that they're located in such a convenient location, across the street from Ponce City Market, made it an easy decision and I'm very grateful that I walked up and gave it a shot.
After about 10 min of paperwork (actually very useful in helping to articulate/zero in on exactly what I needed to have worked on) and 20 min of chiropractic care, I was pretty much healed and pain free. I signed up for their monthly care package which includes unlimited visits for the first thirty days...pretty solid deal and well worth it.
I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quality chiropractor in the Inman Park/Old Fourth Ward area.

Shady business. Their $59 plan (4 visits/mo) is a reoccurring plan that has a 2 month minimum. This is not explained well in the office. It was my understanding that the $59 plan was for 4 visits/mo for 1 month with no continuation.
Be careful when you sign up for anything with this place.
Their Dr.'s do a decent job with their assessments and adjustments but it's kind of like taking your car to a Quick-Lube. You get quick, cheap service but no real diagnostic care.
I went here for severe lower back and hip pain. The Dr. did a quick adjustment and stretched my leg then sent me on my way. I ended up visiting two other Chiropractics who informed me that I had Hip Bursitis and adjustments wouldn't help. Only rest and physical therapy. After a week of downtime I'm feeling much better.
Spend a little more per visit and find a quality Dr. at a smaller office.

Keeping my sciatica in check for $49 a month - best deal ever! Both Chiropractors are awesome, in and out in less than 10 minutes. I am confused about people giving this office one star because they signed a contract they didn't read. Paying per visit is an option and they only require one month notice to cancel a contract - people should read what they sign instead of trashing a great option for those of us who really need an affordable, long term option.

BEWARE: They will draft your account for an extra month after you have cancelled your membership!!!
We signed up for 2 months and they said they have to charge us an extra because we didn't cancel 30 days before the next auto-draft. We are paying a month in advance, so there is no reason to have to cancel during a month that was already paid for. So, when we cancel, we will not be able to use all of what we have paid for.
In terms of the actual chiropractic service, one of the chiropractors actually listens to your issues and converses. The other does the exact same moves every time, without even asking where the pain or discomfort is.
