I unfortunately went in to have them look at a sore back, and was sold on a monthly plan "That could be cancelled at any time" they told me. After a day, I thought better of it and got a 2nd opinion and found an alternative plan. I called to cancel and they not only wouldn't allow me to cancel the first month, but will be charging for a 2nd month. Bit of a scam if you ask me. Def won't be recommending them.

I use to frequent the collection joint chiro for 6 months, on the last two visits I noticed he adjusted my neck different, said he learned a new move called "the lift" did NOT like it and hurt my neck till the following week. I went in again told him NOT to do the lift and he did it again. Couldn't move my neck, starting getting migrains and had to go to a medical doctor just to get steroids and antinflammatory shots twice. do not recommend him for he does NOT listen to the patient. denied even doing anything different. cancelled contract and will NEVER use "the joint" again. filing complaint papers with state bar

I want to give the lower rating than 1 but system does not allow below 1.
After 2 months of service, I want to cancel my recurring charge and the staff in reception (he Joint Chiropractic - The Collection at Forsyth) mentioned that she can put my account on hold for 90 days instead of cancelling it and if I don't come back and resign the form again, my recurring charge will be auto cancelled and I need not come to the clinic again to cancel it. I specifically asked the question to the staff if I need to come again to cancel and her answer was 'no'.
I noticed the charge of 69$ on my account again in October month and reached to them to refund the amount as I did not avail any service in October and no plans to avail service in October, their response was very rude and even the response from their manager was even rude and closed my case without proper answer and no refund was provided.
I would not suggest this clinic to anyone as the staff provide false information and they put the blame on customer about read the agreement on the form.

I meet Dr. Nunez for the 1st time this week and I have to say I was very very pleased with his adjustment!!!! I told him what was bothering me, he listened and adjusted me accordingly.
My biggest issues was a migraine after his adjustment it was completely gone!!!!!

I did not signup beyond the min 2 month, they literally threaten you to keep charging and please anyone do not pay with Checking/CreditCard on Account. Otherwise the charge will be recurring. I signed a form in ther office requesting to hold my Account until next time i visit but they charged me following month and after followup refunded for one month but see no reason why i need to visit for cancelling service which they want me to come again. i'll be reaching out to Corporate Office with an official complaint with this nature of treating Customers as i mever signed up any continuous contract nor did i authorize them to keep charging my CreditCard or Account

I had to seek out chiropractic care due to pain from my sciatic nerve. I've been going to the same chiropractor for 15 years but he is not av available on weekends. I have seen three separate doctors at this location and I was impressed with all three. I now consider the Joint my chiropractic provider and I recommend Dr. Gary Martin, Dr. Scott Breslow, and Dr. Sean Fallon. By the way, my sciatic nerve issue was taken care of in under a week and I am pain free!
