Does Indigo Really Represent Clairvoyance?
By Tom Herrin
Colors have a pretty significant role in people’s lives. They don’t just represent their favorite team or school. Colors are more than just an expression or signal. Many people associate a sort of patriotism with various colors. In the United States, the colors of the flag certainly make us think about the country and those who have sacrificed for it. There is something about the flag that makes it separate from all others. Many other colors also have significant effects on people. Everyone is familiar with white as representing truce or submission.
A Red Flag Doesn’t Always Represent Rebellion Or Resistance
Many people use the term red flag when they refer to something that should stand out and catch your attention. Red is considered a color that is bold. It is thought to represent courage and energy. Wearing red is a sign of confidence and self-assuredness. Seeing red is a term used to represent a reaction to something that tends to inflame emotions and, possibly create animosity toward someone or something. For many years almost all emergency vehicles were red.
Green Can Represent Nature And More
It is pretty common to associate green with leaves, grass, and other things of nature. It is a soft color that can also represent balance. Many people consider green to be a healing color as has been seen in many hospitals and clinics in their decor. It has been considered to have a positive effect on blood pressure and stress-related problems. It has been thought of as being used to take control of a person’s own life. Even though many Americans think of it as representing wealth because of its presence on money, it has far more uses in promoting a better overall life.
Indigo May Enhance Mental Abilities
Some people believe the color indigo can help to purify the blood and benefit problems related to the eyes. Some believe it has the ability to help people to connect with things that are spiritual or beyond normal control. It is thought to increase or improve those innate abilities that are barely within the reach of the average person.
Whether or not these things are accurate, they are worth considering because of their possible effects. Color does affect our emotions. If you are looking for something that can change your life or the way others see you, utilizing colors can have a real impact on our lives, or add a little color at least.
