This is not a regular chiropractic office. If you need X-rays, you’ll need to pick another chiro office. Otherwise, these doctors are very knowledgeable, friendly and do manual adjustments which I like. Pricing is very reasonable. They smartly don’t take insurance. There’s no privacy so be prepared to be adjusted in front of people waiting, etc. The app is great and easy to check in.

I’ve been coming to The Joint Chiropractic for about four years, and the consistency in care has been outstanding. You can walk in without an appointment which is what drew me to the practice. Dr. Paul is incredibly knowledgeable and always focused on helping his patients feel better. He takes his time during each visit and never makes you feel rushed, which is a big reason we continue to come back. I have also appreciated seeing him available more often. I am not sure if that is a good thing for his schedule, but it is certainly a benefit for his patients. The entire team truly makes this place special. Kelly and Ryan are always smiling, remember your name, and make every visit feel welcoming from the moment you walk in. Ryan might be my favorite human outside of my husband and kids. He feels like family and treats every patient that way. Both he and Kelly are also very helpful walking you through the app and making sure everything is easy and seamless. Dr. Mike and Dr. Sergio are excellent as well, and it is clear that every provider here is committed to quality care and a great patient experience. Ryan was so so nice and understanding of my situation and I felt as though he truly saw Me for me as he listened to every word that I spoke about my conditions and pain that I was experiencing physically and yes even the underlying that was also brought on by the physical pain. He is definitely a must for the face of your office!! As for the doctor that was on staff last night most excellent bedside manner he also listened as I explained All my pain and medical conditions (a lot) for the past week I have been waking up SCREAMING IN PAIN (literally) don’t understand why (new condition or new symptoms of condition) but he took his time checking and explaining risks/rewards explained to make sure that I check in with my doctors office when the weekend is over…he REALLY took his time to make sure that I was safe and understood and was comfortable…and understood the instructions for aftercare for the session we were doing…it was all VERY very professional and comfortable at the same time I felt like I was seeing my family doctor that I have been seeing for years if that makes sense ? I highly recommend going to the joint in Newnan especially if it is your first timer even if you just want to take advantage of the first time visit deal OR IF YOU ARE IN SEVERE PAIN LIKE I WAS (btw I didn’t wake up last night screaming I may not be 100 yet but trust me THAT IN ITSELF MAKES ME FEEL 100 percent better already) ITS MOST DEFINITELY WORTH THE VISIT FOR SURE Btw thank you again Ryan for all the help I really needed it and appreciate you

Dr. Sergio, Dr. Paul, and Dr. Mike are my current go to’s depending on the schedule. I’ve also been to several around Newnan and came back to The Joint. Each are GREAT with their own style and methods, always great bedside manner too. Being able to ‘walk in’ when I need is beyond convenient. Started the wellness plan was under the impression that unused visits roll over , they do not, so I paid 127 for one visit bc I work long hours and did not have the time to use my other 4 visits... this is a pretty messed up system. Dr. Sergio is my go to at the joint, he is so nice and keeps up with how I need to be popped, he also takes meticulous notes so that if he isn’t there then someone else can help me if need be, like Dr. Paul and Dr. Will!! Visiting The Joint today was a great experience. The receptionist, Ryan, was exceptionally friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. The chiropractor I saw (I regretfully forgot his name) did an excellent job explaining everything clearly and helping realign my back. I came in barely able to walk due to sciatic nerve pain, and by the end of the visit, I felt significantly better. I've been going to The Joint off and on for years now. This location is literally across the street from where I work and can get me in and out before my next clients show up. The front desk guy is super sweet and friendly. Haven't had a bad experience with any other the doctors here (some hurt me in a good way better than others) but I have no issue seeing them all.

I have been suffering with debilitating back pain for the last 6 months and a friend of mine recommended The Joint Chiropractic! I haven’t seen a chiropractor in years but I was not disappointed! My initial visit took about 30-40 minutes (on a Sunday) which I was impressed with. My second visit I was in and out within 10/15 minutes! Everyone is super friendly and sympathetic to your needs. Had a great experience here. I came in with neck, shoulder and low back pain. The chiropractor that saw me was really nice and explained everything, and seemed to be able to tell exactly what areas were bothering me. He did a really quick but effective adjustment and I felt better before I even walked out! It's not a "cure all" and it definitely requires more than 1 visit, but you still feel better once you leave. Definitely a great experience and I will be back.

Was there filling out paperwork 20 minutes and spent less than 5 minutes on the table then recommended plans and payment. I really enjoy the treatment I receive at the joint chiropractic. I pay the monthly program and receive four visits per month. I try to go once a week. The adjustments are very fast and last only about five minutes. I do find the treatments to be very quick. I do feel relief and I feel better after the treatments. I do wish that the treatments were a bit longer. I would definitely follow up with a monthly massage as well. Everyone has been very nice and I have visited the locations in Tyrone And Newnan. The locations are very clean.

The front desk Ryan is sweet, super nice and would explain everything in a really good way until you are happy and sure of everything. I 100% recommend Sergio and only other one more dr that was there my first visit, they were super nice treat me with kindness and made feel in good hands. For the others… how could you be super happy talking with one client and when I got to the chair treat me worst than a sack of potatoes, she didn’t even try, just “adjust me” as if I was getting the service on her lunch break or something and just wanted me out of there. Ryan tried to make it better but I just wanted out of there, again, this is a hit or miss, but I’m glad to say most of my times there went good enough.

Absolutely wonderful staff and very good at their job. I went in there 4 days ago not even able to move, in agonizing pain. With just 4 visits I can actually walk. Urgent care gave me drugs and said good luck and that cost me more than the 4 visits did. I will forever be going back to The joint for any sort of back and neck pain.

I look forward to coming every week to get my adjustment. I love seeing Jen, Dr. Sergio and Michael. They are apart of my weekly routine. My experience with The Joint Chiropractic has been great! Dr. Sergio and Dr. McCauley are awesome and passionate about making sure your body is aligned perfectly. There are some other good doctors during the week as well (unfortunately, I can’t remember their names). I didn’t have a great experience with one of the weekend doctors and have determined not to go back on Saturdays and Sundays, however I will say….If you let the front desk know about your experience, they’re highly committed to making it right! I definitely recommend giving them a try.

Every time I go I get someone different and they all do something different. None of my adjustments were as good as the first one. It seems like they just be in a hurry to crack your neck and get you out not really focused on the problem areas.

My first experience with the joint wasn’t that great but let me tell you the owner actually cares about your experience. He reached out to me directly and made sure he gave me every opportunity to be satisfied or he’d give me my money back. He spent almost an hour on the phone talking to me and giving me the run down of all the doctors he has that he thinks would be a good fit for me. I decided to give them another shot and take his advice. I seen Dr. Sergio on my 2nd visit and he is amazing, nothing like my first experience. Yesterday Dr. Sergio was out and I saw Dr. Paul and his is even a notch up in my opinion. I will definitely continue going to see both of them.

Never coming back. I came in at 8/14/2022. We waited for an hour (which I did not mind that much) only to go back for five minutes and leave. The chiropractor we saw had a terrible attitude from the start. I told her I had no serious injuries recently but she wouldn’t believe me, insisting that I wasn’t telling the truth. She put some pressure on my back and when I told her it hurt she said there was nothing she could do and I would have to go to urgent care. I don’t mind going and getting X-rays somewhere if that’s what’s needed but the TERRIBLE ATTITUDE and lack of care the chiropractor had has reassured that I will never come back. Went to a different chiropractor who told me what was wrong and was able to fix it the same day.

I love this place I have been going here since I moved to the area so for almost 2 years I did stop for a while but just had to come back no where is better then this place I suffer from very bad neck and back pain due to a bad crash I had and got hit by a train so I am in constant pain so I come to see them twice a week and after each visit I am not crying and able to go shopping or walking or just basic day to day things when if I don't see them the pain gets to be to much so I would deff recommend them to anyone needing a adjustment they have plans to help with payments depending on how much u need to go and their are fast in and out maybe 5 6 mins tops and Dr chase is the only person I see he is the greatest and so nice and helps me

Love coming here to get pain relief. I have a problem with in my lower back and they kept me paint free when going constantly. All doctors are good, but I have my favorites. Some gave me more relief than others. I highly recommend them. One day my pain was so bad that I couldn't even take a step, I was in so much pain that is was even crying, and after the first visit the pain was 50% less. By the third time, pain was gone.

Before venturing into The Joint Chiropractic, I’d never thought to see a chiropractor, let alone regularly. I had my aches and pains and pressure in my hips and terrible pressure in my lower back and, like most people, thought this was normal. This is just sitting too long. This is not walking enough. This is what I get. But it isn’t. It doesn’t have to be. Choose to take the risk, accept the uncertainty and awkwardness of trying something new and giving someone else just a smidgen of your trust to try and help. Three visits, follow their guidance; that’s what I did. Now, my weeks—not just my days—are pain-free. I go regularly (once a week for me, sometimes once every two weeks if I’m busy and without paying for it in pain if I miss a visit) and go on about my life. I suck at yoga but I can make the effort, now. Getting in and out of my car isn’t a battle of wills. Rolling over in bed isn’t ripe with cursing and bear-like noises that frighten my cats. I’ll take with gratitude what I’ve been given back in mobility and comfort and encourage anyone else to give it a try!

I am so pleased I decided to check out The Joint. I was having constant migraines all throughout the day, several times a week. I just want to start by saying Dr. John is AMAZING!! The entire staff is friendly and welcoming we instantly felt like we have been coming here for years. My husband and I have lower back pain as well as me suffering from migraines for years, I walked into the office barely standing up because of the pain I was having in my lower back. After my initial adjustment I was feeling 10x better and standing straight.i have been 3 times so far and in the first time in YEARS I have not had 1 migraine havent had to take any medication. This was by far the best investment I've made for my health and will continue treatment. If you're hesitant about going give it a try and I promise it will be worth it!! And they are kid friendly my boys are 8 and 1 and had so much fun there lol!! The joint and the doctors especially Dr.John are awesome

Do yourself a favor and don't do business with them. I canceled my membership in Nov 2018. Im still fighting with them in March 2019 to stop taking money out of my account. Their answer to the problem is for me to go to my bank and get it worked out. I talked to them on Monday of this week and Wedneaday they deducted another $59 overdrawing my account. They now want me to come to the store to talk to the owner for my overdraft fees. I moved out of state which is why I canceled the membership so I'll have to eat the fees.

Awesomeness. This Chiropractic office is located in Ashley Park. Ashley Park is the premier place to go shopping, eating, and getting your body in to total health. There is plenty of free and handicap parking avaible in the large parking lot. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The Chiropractors are very knowledgeable and easy to talk too. No long waiting the doc did not ask me what was wrong with me he just said lay on you stomach...he did my neck and back then he was done.... I sat up and told him about what was my issue he told me to put Ice on my back this cost me $39.99.....im still in pain...
