Dr. Ziker is amazing, she's changed my life! And I've only been there 2 weeks. My first time going to a chiropractor and this experience was great. The front desk person, I believe her name is Jhenelle, was great. I told her I was a bit nervous and she took the time to talk to me while I was getting registered. When I was called Dr. Ziker was also very assuring and she did an excellent job adjusting me. I usually don’t take time to write reviews but I was impressed with this place. The service was impeccable.

The first thing I will say is about the atmosphere when you walk in, it was superb. The front desk person Jhenelle clearly enjoys her job and it shows in the way she greets you and makes you feel comfortable. I was nervous as this was my first time and between Jhenelle and Dr. Ziker I left there knowing I will be back. Very professional establishment and my back hasn’t felt this good in years. I work in the office building above this location. I have been to different locations and always felt turned off when I saw a female chiropractor. Before you jump on me---- It is because they are usually a lot more gentle than the men and I leave either feeling the same or needing to come back immediately. I am the patient that needs to hear the air expressing "pops" in order to feel like a difference was made. Dr. Ziker has changed my outlook. I love the joint and its several locations. I chose the joint for its several locations, as I work and travel all over. I come in for adjustments for multiple reasons- migraine headaches, if my back is feeling off, or if I slept the wrong way. I feel relieved immediately after adjustment and if continues through my work week.I had to contact the regional manager once for an issue, but the customer service I received was above and beyond what I expected.

The main reason i came to The Joint I was having a real sharp pain in my neck when I looked right. Initially I was highly skeptical and even a bit nervous about seeing a chiropractor for the first time , especially after hearing horror stories of adjustments gone wrong and unqualified practitioners ; I also felt that once i started going once , I'd have to keep going for the rest of my life and so on/so forth but when my back , neck , spinal , skeptical pain became absolutely unbearable I decided it was time to read up on some places nearby and ultimately , it was the prices, online ratings, and efficiency of service that brought me here and I couldn't be more happy about my experience thus far. I feel so much better after only 4 sessions and I continued to improve with each visit.

After my accident two years ago I was in pain all the time. Mostly lower back. I'm a driver and a bowler. For me , Chiropractic has been "repairative" years of stressful and traumatic habits and traumas have caused pronounced problems with my back, joints, etc. Chiropractic has helped with the discomfort and issues associated with my "mis-alignments". I wish i would have been introduced to chiropractic earlier in life so i could have helped avoid some of these issues and degeneration.

I didn't crawl as a baby causing my neck not to develop the slight curve most have. Once I started y "desk" job , neck pains started causing migraines. I sat at my desk in pain all day today.
