Why You Should Consider Naps to Be Essential

In America, we rush. It's what we do. We constantly work and constantly rush and leave very little room for rest or relaxation. As a result, we're more stressed and fatigued than ever before. Though many other places in the world are similar in their behavior, there are some places that really value rest and sleep. They make it priority, so much so that naps are an expected behavior, even for adults. While this might seem like a foreign concept to American adults, there may be something to it. If you're tired of feeling tired and rundown, take a look at these reasons why you should consider adding a nap to your routine today.

No One is Getting Enough Sleep

It's really rare to find an adult who actually gets enough sleep. We're all so busy and stressed. We toss and turn and worry. And we've been conditioned to believe that this isn't a big deal. But a lack of sleep is a very big deal. It can lead to aches and pains, a lack of concentration, headaches, irritability, and a wide range of negative side effects.
