I found this facility to be extremely unprofessional. They have low prices because they offer no privacy. As you sit in a chair against the wall as if you were at a high school gym dance you are privileged to watch the person ahead of you have a detailed conversation about their issues and then witness their treatment. Where are the HIPPA laws? I went seeking relief from my sciatic pain and was told I didn’t have sciatica but rather a bad knee replacement. This diagnosis made without X-rays or even a physical look at my knee. The pain inflected was pure torture. I left there with severe pain in my knee and no sciatic relief. I then had X-rays taken of my knee to quell the anxiety caused by Dr Lang who insisted it was my knee and not my sciatic. My knee replacement is in correct position as it should be and a better chiropractor has brought relief from my sciatica.

I Finally Got My Life Back!
For the last decade I have been dealing with severe pain in my right foot, toes, calve and shin trying to find answers as to what the issue could be. When I say I have been through an ongoing search and medical nightmare is an understatement. I have been thru Doctor after Doctor, Specialists, Ortho Injections, Physical Therapy, Blood Tests, too many XRays to recall, MRI's, Nerve Conduction Studies, and the list goes on and on and repeats full circle only to repeat again with "No Explanation or Answers". I have spent countless nights writhing in chronic pain because nothing and I mean nothing helped. I was beyond exhausted and out of hope feeling like I was forever doomed to deal with agonizing pain for the rest of my life. Then after the pleas of my husband and the helpful recently learned knowledge from my dad I decided to take their advice and go to a Chiropractor. I found this place on Google Search and decided to start here cuz they see new patients same day and with it being the day before a major holiday my options were slim. Let me tell you I AM SO GLAD I DID!!! Finding this place was nothing short of a blessing because Dr. John Lang, that I am beyond elated to have found, is a true miracle worker! Not only is he caring, understanding, empathetic and knowledgeable he is a true healer with an incredible gift! After only 1 time of seeing him has completely changed me and my mind. I left there that day mostly pain free after he worked his magic on my right leg, the very leg that everyone else that ever examined it before couldn't find answers for. HE DID! He told me I had Neuropathy and with my condition my leg was completely twisted and my nerve was entrapped causing my left leg to over compensate making it locked and was non flexible. This resulting in my extreme pain and my right leg being shorter than the other. (I was walking with a hobble prior to my visit.) It's like he could read every accident, every fall, every wrong twist and struggle I have had. He is truly gifted and I will be a forever client of his. I have had 2 visits so far and the difference and is phenomenal. I can finally breathe, sleep, enjoy the day, laugh and spend time with my husband and daughter without the constant interference of interrupting debilitating pain anymore. Thank you Dr. John Lang for truly saving my life!! I am forever grateful and will recommend you for life.

I definitely give five stars; I've been going to Luke, and he is the best. My shoulders and back get sore sometimes from going to the gym, and he knows just how to crack my back and my whole upper body. I can definitely tell my body is feeling better and relieved each time I go. He remembers me, and he's easy to talk to and have conversations with. I appreciate him every time I go.

My husband and I were visiting Kentucky for vacation on the 3rd day there my back totally went out. I could barely walk and was in alot of pain. We called and the receptionist said come in and they would be happy to see me. We drove there and got right in. The Dr. put me on the table and work me over from my feet to my neck. I see a chiropractor for maintenance weekly but this adjustment got me back up to walking again so we could finish our vacation. I'm so appreciative to the clinic for getting me in and adjusting me so I could continue with my vacation and make the plane ride home. Thank you so much !!

I came in to see Dr. Luke with a list of 6 items that were bothering me. He addressed and fixed each one of them. Last week when I went golfing I kept hitting the ground before the ball and digging up turf. I’m not that good of a golfer but normally, I can hit the ball without hitting the ground! My pelvis was out of alignment as was my atlas (C1 vertebrae). Therefore, I could not swing a club properly since my left shoulder did not have proper range of motion and I could not move my neck properly either! In addition to all of that, my right knee was partially our of socket. He fixed me up and I felt great walking out of the office! He really earned his paycheck on me and I definitely got my money’s worth!

My overall experience has been Okay. The chiropractor is great and professional. The sessions does not last as long like I initially thought, but the adjustments does get the job done. However, my concern is with the front desk and how the payment plans were explained. For starters, I’ve never been to a chiropractor nor have had any form or any type of adjustments before. I read online that they do accept walk ins. The young lady that was working the front desk failed to explain or go into detail that if you purchase a wellness plan that there will be a recurring charge the next following month. I am very detailed person and I asked the questions about payments, how it worked and if I had the chose to choose if I wanted to continue with a certain plan or not. When I originally came in I knew I was going to get the initial discounted rate since I was going to be a new sign up. However, I originally wanted to do single visit after my 1st initial visit and exam. The young lady at the front desk up sales me and explained the wellness plan would be better and how you can get 4 visits and 3 free visits. I simply asked about the payments to make sure I wouldn’t be charged for something I didn’t plan for. She goes to explain that I do have the option to choose if I decide if I want to do another 4 visit or just do single visits. Again, never was it mentioned that you will have a recurring charge next month, it was explained that I have a chose or can decide if I want to continue or switch plans.
I noticed I had a charge on my card this current month and I called and asked about it. It was explained to me that it’s in the policy and you signed the papers and agreed to it. I understood and I also do take accountability. However, when I went in yesterday to sign the cancellation form, the same young lady that helped me originally was there. I go to explain to her my situation and just like the other worker said, “you signed the policy” the defense response, not surprised. I mentioned to her that she originally helped me and failed to explain in detail about the wellness payments plan and the recurring charge, especially since I was asking about the payments and how it worked. When you go to a place unfamiliar and having a worker there, the person that’s inquiring will most likely trust the worker judgment and what they have explained to them, right? Furthermore, the young lady just said “okay” very nonchalant and printed out the cancellation form. I asked for a refund and that was declined.
I say all this to say: I am not satisfied with the young lady customer service because what was explained was very misleading and false information. I take accountability but she did not. I will no longer continue service here. Adjustments in Florence!

Poor service and poor adjusting. Not impressed. Better options available in the area where you receive same price point and more individualized care. If you are looking for lackluster skills and a poor examination The Joint is the place. Too risky in my opinion. Not worth it.

Not impressed. Stay away from The Joint. The fast food model of healthcare isn't healthy. Human beings healthcare issues take the doctors ability to spend time to examine and determine what the patient needs. If they could have a drive through I think they would but they need the patient to get on the table.

I’ve been twice now. I can already notice a difference in my hips. My back will take a bit longer because I’m a walking knot. Lol. Dr Z and Justin are both awesome and helpful (I haven’t met any other staff yet). Doc gave me some suggestions for things I can do on my own to help myself. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a new Chiro.

Went in knowing about this establishment due to the fact my daughter in Florida has frequented. Went in KNOWING I needed some adjustments on my very tight neck and shoulders. I was so happy with the attention and care that Dr. Z gave me. I immediately felt so much relief in my shoulders when he was finished with my adjustment. So I have to admit I had a rocky start at the Joint Chiropractic, their first doctor was honestly too soft for my taste. He was good for a stretch but not an adjustment but can I tell you today all that changed. I met Dr Z it was his second day and the adjustment was exactly what I needed he took my feedback and adjusted me. I have a chronic illness AND HE ACTUALLY KNEW WHAT IT WAS....... He knew what he was doing and was able to help both me and my daughter. I'm definitely happy with Dr Z.

had problems from the start. Consultation was a couple of questions, lasting no longer than five minutes. Gave me options on different visit plans price options. After following plan my back was in worse shape than when I started. Also tried paying with flex spending account, but payment was rejected.

Dr. Z was so knowledgeable! My mid back is a problem area and manual adjustments always seem to leave me sore. Dr. Z showed me 3 different adjustment styles and the activator tool works wonders in my mid back without leaving me sore. This has been such a huge blessing as I have received so much relief!
