Once you join them be careful. Without informing you they will keep on charging your credit card. I joined for 3 sessions and they were saying you have 3 more they were not clear that they are charging your card for one more session. Like that without informing or permission they charged 3 times $89. This is fraud.

It’s not one of those in and out spots where they just do the normal adjustments and send you on your way. He takes the time to assess your needs and makes the appropriate adjustment. He also takes the time to explain possible causes and always supplies useful physical therapy exercises to help.

Great experience. Dr. Mike was absolutely awesome and professional. Short staffed so he was wearing all hats but he worked fast without me feeling rushed along. Chiropractic care is a super dangerous and I was quite disappointed with their microwave approach to care. They give you just enough of an adjustment for you to have temporary relief, however you are still vulnerable to injuries because you weren’t fully adjusted. Save your money and seek a private practice and get your moneys worth.

I used to love this practice however my opinion has greatly changed! Dr. Alyssa Hirschman is amazing and the only reason why I continued to visit this location. This is now the THIRD time that I have visited this location on a Weekend and there is NO provider available and the condescending receptionist says, “they just don’t have enough Doctors for the weekends for this location”. You are advertising a 7 day a week operation but you are not able to provide the care? I have a monthly membership and was glad to join for the sear convince of weekend adjustments. There have been other multiple concerns to include providers showing up late and the Receptionist saying oh you can wait or you can come back later. Then there are the broken ribs that I suffered during an adjustment! The provider did apologize about the error during the adjustment, knowing immediately that he had broken my ribs, as he basically did a chest compression on my ribs, causing unnecessary trauma. The writer never even followed up with a phone call or nothing, just a Informed me that it’s going to hurt and put some ice on it. As a result of this injury, it required multiple visits to my physician for care and taking 3 weeks to heal and very painful. The provider causing injury did finally follow up with a phone call only because I went to a different location and shared my experience. I asked for the district managers information was told no, I cannot have it I was told that somebody would contact me which they never did. I’ve emailed the help email that is available with zero responses either. The answer to today’s problem, because there wasn’t a provider, was here I can give you an extra visit how is that helping me today its not. If you don’t have enough providers to staff this location on a weekend then don’t offer the service. You are wasting peoples time and money.

My first experience was great, it was disclosed that when I paid my $180.00 for myself and my husband that we had to sign up for two months, when all we wanted was to try for one month. When we went to visit for our second visit we were denied any further treatment because we would not sign for the two months.
