Wrist finger stretch - Bend fingers forward and then backward holding each stretch for 10 to 20 seconds. Next, bend the hand forward and backwards so stretch wrist muscles.
Cross body arm stretch - Move your arm across the front of your body and hold 10 to 20 seconds. Repeat on other side. Then reach straight up with one arm and then the other tilting each arm to stretch the shoulders.
