I enjoy coming. Good people. It has helped me a lot. I come once a week. The only thing I don't like is if I don't use my 4 times a month I lose the extra visits, then if I don't have any left for the month on a 5 week month, I have to pay extra. I would recommend the Joint to anyone.

5 stars to the doctors but 0 to front desk. Had a membership for months. Membership included 4 visits monthly. I started noticing it was taking longer to get in and after coming in 3 times in one week with a lengthy wait time due to “new patient intake”, I advised front desk I was going to lose visits due to lack of availability, so I cancelled monthly membership. Staff apologized but stated they would extend this months cycle until the 29th so I wouldn’t loose a visit. Well, came in today (the 29th) scanned my card, told to go on back and got adjustment. When leaving, front desk stopped me and asked if I was going to pay the $45 for a single visit. I reminded them that I was extended until the 29th and was told that I had until that date to use. So “now” apparently you have until the day prior to the day they tell you. Charged me $45 which was more than my monthly membership and guessing that’s my punishment for canceling. Just don’t sign up for a membership. It’s a trap and a scam!

I messed up my back right before July 4th and came in on the 5th. I could barely walk, get up without wanting to cry out etc. even after the first adjustment I felt so much better. Office experience
Upon joining in early spring full disclosure regarding visits was not verbalized.
My understanding was you are buying a package of four visits. I was not made aware that they expire each month.
Your card keeps getting charged regardless until you pause or suspend.
Once this was pointed out to me months later I suspended the monthly membership and elected to pay as you go.
My last visit I was one day past the expiration and the girl up front would not let me get adjustment. I told her that she would loose a good customer over one day. She replied that since I did not have an on going monthly plan she could not extend me one day.
If you decide to use this business be aware of the fine print on the iPad contract.

I Threw my back out right before Christmas and was desperate for some relief so I could still participate in family functions. I came to The Joint Mooresville for an adjustment and was able to mingle with friends & family over the holiday. I've kept up my weekly adjustments for the most part & have noticed a significant difference, especially with having a desk job. I have a past injury where I broke my neck in a car accident. Over the year, it has just gotten worse. I decided to come to The Joint Mooresville, a couple of years ago and have never looked back. It helps to loosen my neck greatly, which relieves some of the pain. The doctors are also great, so that's a plus. I will say, I do miss the strap though. For me, that helped tremendously. Dawn greeted me by name, making me feel welcome and valued. Dr. Joe and Dr. Ryan both listened to my pain and genuinely cared to help me feel better. Everything was easy to understand, they both show their expertise and experience in the work they do. This is my first chiropractic experience, and it won't be my last with the amazing team there. Great service from all the folks that work here at this location. Prompt service. Proper guidance was given and all the plans were explained. I've suffered from back, hip, knee and neck pain over the years but couldn't afford regular chiropractic visits at $50-60 a visit. I'd have to wait until I was in a lot of pain before I could get adjusted. Finding The Joint Chiropractic has been amazing. The wellness plan is affordable. I chose chiropractic care for keeping everything properly adjusted. I have the wellness plan that is affordable and you get 4 visits. Other people charge $50-60 for one visit. With the wellness plan, I pay $69 for 4 visits. The routine visits and adjustments have improved my back, shoulder, neck and knee pain.

We love Dr. Ryan he is so nice ad does a great job adjusting me and getting me into place. My 9 year old son also likes him as well. At first, he had only seen Dr. Britt and didn't wanna see Dr. Ryan. Now we both are happy with both and try to make it to see both, both are great and we are happy seeing them and glad we have them and The Joint!!

I was looking for a convenient chiropractor with evening and weekend hours. Just wanting to help manage migraines and general discomforts. Dr. Britt Scott has been a life saver!! I could go on and on about how amazing she is and the amount of people I alone have told about her.
