I read regarding chiropractic during pregnancy helping with labor. I started 2 months prior and did an alignment the day of my labor. Had labor within 4 hrs. My Dr. said my body was ready for labor and baby was in position. Note this info is on the website regarding having alignments during pregnancy and my Dr. didn't know I was having visits to a chiropractor. As soon as I had a chance to leave my home, I came straight here to get aligned one month since my labor.

I visited the Joint for help with extreme low back pain. I expected it would take several visits before I felt any improvement, but to my extreme delight, I began feeling a little better immediately. I have been coming since Feb. 2022. The Joint has been so helpful! Dr. Matt does a great job! It is close to my house so it's very convenient. I love the wellness plan and coming once a week. The other staff is so nice. My only complaint is that I wish you could call the clinic directly instead of their call center.

The team overall at the Joint Chiropractic are wonderful. Which leaves me confused as to why this is happening to me. I have had great repor with the team members and even bring my kids from time to time. I had one particular adjustment that had me limping for a little over two weeks, it was explained to me, (after consulting with 3 other doctors at the joint that this was definitely not normal, and it appeared to them that I was over rotated. I then spoke with the manger Bill who informed me that if it persisted that they would send me off to be checked. Just a little time after speaking with Bill, in the middle of the night I was feeling a jolt of pain shoot down my thigh when I would lift my head, so called after hours leaving a message, never receiving a follow up, each and every day since the adjustment I’m feeling that jolt of pain, pelvis area pain or legs tingling. Some days are better than others. Since I have had this experience I have called The Joint on multiple occasions requesting to speak with Bill to inform him that my pain and symptoms persist, I have not received a follow up once, I have called and spoke with so many different representatives and left messages and was assured that I would get a follow up, and this did not happen. I literally went to the Joint again in person and requested his information to contact him, I wasn’t able to obtain that and was assured this will get to him and I would receive a follow up. It’s been some time now and I haven’t spoken with management yet. Again, I have had such a wonderful relationship with the team in Smyrna and cannot understand why this would be happening to me. Why am I being treated this way when I put my faith in the team. I am sort of hurt that this has happened to me and was a bit depressed sometime after it happened but always tried to stay up beat the few visits I made afterwards. I eventually canceled and discontinued my services and am still in a state of no resolve. I am preparing at this time to seek doctors to get an mri done on my own, and will follow up via this review as to what they discover or don’t. Respectfully Marcus Cole

From the first time Dr. Matt helped me it went from very intense pain to healing. I don't even have to take Ibuprofen now. Started to feel better immediately after a couple of visits kept coming to work out my poor posture and the pain it causes in my neck. I was experiencing some pain and reduced range of motion in my neck and lower back pain. Weekly adjustments have helped increase my range of motion and reduced some of the pain. I originally was having chiropractic treatment from a different company. Their price went up, so I though I would try The Joint. I've been with The Joint for about 4 months so far, and I feel better than I have since I first started using a chiropracter. I am seeking out chiropractic treatment to help with scoliosis, myosis, and lordosis. I would like to see the pain totally gone, the spine growing in perfect alignment and all back problems no longer a problem, but a thing of the past. I recommend The Joint because it works and the staff is amazing, especially Dr. Matt and Mariah!
