    I wish I could remember the young man's name that worked on me because he was absolutely fantastic. I was skeptical of having this done but I'm definitely a believer now. My lower back hasn't felt this good in ages. The neck alignment was awesome too but it is kind of freaky. It sounds like your neck got snapped in half but it feels amazing. I highly recommend.

    am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit to your office. The first time my spouse and I came in, we had a wonderful experience, which is why we chose to return for follow-up alignment services. However, our visit today was very different. We arrived at approximately 6:25 PM and waited while the receptionist assisted another patient. During that time, the doctor came out and, in a noticeably upset and high-pitched tone, stated, “I can only take one person, not three,” in front of everyone in the waiting area. This interaction felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable for those present. The receptionist appeared embarrassed and did her best to explain the situation and apologize, which we appreciated. However, the manner in which the doctor handled the situation was upsetting and inappropriate. As returning clients who previously had a positive experience—especially with the provider who treated my husband—we were disappointed by this interaction. Unfortunately, despite the convenience of your location, we have decided not to return. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future patients are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve.

    Today was my first time here. I've been to many chiropractors before and have had some great ones and I have a good sense of what a good experience should feel like. I feel like I knew what I was getting myself into here, I just wanted a place I can come frequently without overpaying and just get a good adjustment each time and that's what this was. This is not the place you come and do exercises or get long massages or heat treatments or other things you just come for an adjustment and off you go. Great for busy people.

    Walk in style makes getting an adjustment quick and easy. Open evenings and weekends which is amazing. Location is very close to where I live. I've had 3 visits so far. Two of the doctors were very professional, helpful and kind. While I do not believe it was his intention I felt like the third doctor was not very professional. It felt like he was making fun of me the way he joked around about "not letting me fall off the table" and laughed at me about my arms sticking up when I turned on my side to get adjusted. Also at the end I felt like I had to ask about when to come back because he left it so open ended. As a doctor it would be better to give more specific directions and draw the patient out by asking more questions. All three gave good adjustments. The adjustments are done in an open setting which allows for more patients to be seen in a smaller space. But my previous chiropractic experience was with the same doctor in a private room so this was a bit different. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend.

    I have really appreciated my experience here with Dr. Jorge Cardona. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. I was recommended to him by my coworker because I was dealing with some shoulder pain that had not resolved itself. She voiced that she felt he is very skilled with understanding the body and doesn’t adjust mindlessly. After my visits with him, I agree. Even though appointments are quick, I never felt rushed and I felt as if my concerns were all addressed. It is also convenient to walk in without needing an appointment and the front desk has always been kind. I signed up for the monthly package and was informed that it was a 2 month commitment before being able to cancel, and because of that transparency I didn’t feel tricked into anything and was able to cancel easily after the 2 months.     My phone call inquiry was handled quickly. I walked in and the check in process was smooth. The adjustment process was….surprising. I was in significant pain in my upper back and neck. I haven’t been to a chiropractor before. The “evaluation” was super quick. She said she was doing an exam, but didn’t explain what was happening at all other than “does that hurt?” When she started popping and cracking things, I clearly said “I don’t like that.” She was unconcerned. She didn’t warn or ask about popping my neck. She did that 4 times while talking to distract me. Not listening to my answers or questions. When done she told me to stand up and asked how I felt. Honestly, I wasn’t sure, it had all happened so quickly. My back did feel better for a moment. At the end, she wrote a prescription for a “wellness plan” and acted like it was special. It wasn’t. Just the plan they offer everyone and didn’t act like I had a choice. The receptionist was kind and I was in and out quick but those are the only positives of my experience.

    The staff is really friendly and the concept is great! However, I’m giving this a three star for the lack of privacy. There are many times I would have gone to get adjusted, but did not because I was in shorts. I don’t feel comfortable being bent and twisted in front of everyone. I already have a hard enough time in pants. I have missed many adjustments just because of this reason alone. May not be a big deal for a lot of people, but for me, It’s not the most modest. I wish I would have considered this more when signing up. Again, the place and concept is great, but it’s just not for me.

    I hobbled in here last October with severe back and leg pain. The doctors did an exam and set me up with a recovery plan and by the time we finished I was good as new! Now I come back regularly for adjustments and because I love seeing all their friendly faces! I love the hours and the flexibility of coming in whenever I have time. I rarely wait more than a few minutes. Definitely recommend.

    Dr. Jorge is amazing. I went in with what I thought were sinus issues and I apparently had a misaligned atlas. After one adjustment I literally felt 20 pounds lighter. Highly recommend ! Yall better come see them !

    I’ve been going to The Joint for years and have had adjustments from at least a dozen different chiropractors. While I was in the area (I live about 30 minutes away), I decided to try the Smyrna location—and I’m so glad I did! It was hands-down the best adjustment I’ve ever had. Jorge was amazing and got so many great pops out! If you're local, you need to check this place out. And even if you’re not, it’s worth the drive. Just make sure to call ahead and see if Jorge is adjusting!

    This chiropractor office has been an absolute blessing in both me and my wife's life. Dr. Tessie has been an astronomically thorough and truly caring medical professional.     Great experience. The front desk was wonderful and helped me with all I needed. Intake was fast and easy on my phone. They offer a great monthly plan and give military discount. The facility is clean and beautiful. The Chiropractor was knowledgeable, listened to my complaints. Asked plenty of questions and adjustment had me feeling better immediately. After a low back injury that has had me in tears for a month, even after one visit I can feel relief and the numbness in my low back is getting better. I left with complete confidence that signing up for their monthly plan will have me back to health in no time. Highly recommend this clinic.

    I've had the best sleep ever since my last visit on Monday. I really appreciate u guys so much! I recommend if u are hurting and have any kind of Stiff bones go check these guys out they have Multiple place around the way. I went back today and when I tell u my pain has gone away in my knee I can finally walk normal and most of the pain I had in my upper back and arm has gone away. Dentro de la clínica está el Dr. Jorge, quien aparte del inglés habla español a la perfección entonces uno se puede comunicar libremente en cualquiera de los dos idiomas. Aparte de ese plus, los ajustes que le practican a uno ayudan inmediatamente — después del primer ajuste yo podía levantarme sin el dolor que padecía.     I highly recommend Dr. Gracie! I stopped by yesterday for an "emergency" alignment. A nap-gone-wrong had my jaw out of whack, and I was experiencing extreme sinus pressure due to changes in the weather.     This place is awesome! I was nervous to try chiropractic medicine because of the negative things you hear about it. I feel so comfortable here and the relief is instant!! Definitely recommend.     Larger location. My first 2 sessions were in Mt. Juliet and they were wonderful. But I was in Smyrna and decide to stop in. The Dr didn't ask me anything other than to get on the table. She didn't attempt to do any work on my hips. Just popped my back and neck and said Thanks. Felt rushed and also my back hurt on the right side for a while after I left. And not sore like the other times. Probably won't revisit.

    Love The Joint. Easy to walk in and get adjusted without fuss, without forever locked in plans/contracts, being talked into something that doesn’t fit for you. They still give guidance, listen to your needs, recommend the number of times to visit but not forced to that. You pick a plan that works for you, pricing is up front and reasonable, and you go when you want to. I’ve been going for about 4 months, only been to this location. My husband has been going longer to this location. We both like it. Even though it’s walk in, no appointments, they are always super quick and barely have to wait for your turn. Love all the doctors there! Would recommend The Joint and the Smyrna location.

    When someone has bad posture it may not be as simple as just stand up straight and hold your shoulders back. I've had bad posture my whole life. There was nothing I could do to correct it. As a teen I started working out and did exercises to improve posture. But, could never hold my shoulders back straight no matter how much I tried. As an adult I would try to stand straight. I would think I'm doing good, go look in the mirror and nope. Still my shoulders were forward. It was impossible to stand straight. I went to The Joint to address a neck pain I had. That's when I met Dr. Madison. She aligned my back and neck. I noticed a dramatic difference in the way my back felt but the neck pain remained. I told Dr. Madison my neck still hurts but my back feels amazing. The next morning I woke up and the neck pain had improved by about 80%. But I noticed something I have never noticed my whole life. My shoulders where back and I was standing straight. AT 51 I CAN STAND UP STRAIGHT. I still can't believe it 1 1/2 months later. Everyone at The Joint is great and does their very best to help you feel your best. I told Dr. Madison what she did for me and showed her a picture of me as a child. She ask if I had left a review. It's the least I could do. I'm not sure she understands what she has done for me. I owe her a debt of gratitude that can never be repaid.     I went to The Joint on September 30th, 2024. I got my first ever readjustment done here. My joint popper was Ms.Maddison, she’s super friendly and super sweet, super helpful! She explained what was going to happen throughout the process, she was careful to make sure I felt no pain, and she explained where and what my muscle tensions were. The paperwork as a new patient was super easy, the readjustment is super fast, and I felt really good afterwards! I walked in nervous and walked out pleased! If you’re thinking of going to a chiropractor definitely give them a try! I went again today (October 2nd, 2024) for my second adjustment and the process was even quicker. This time they fixed up my shoulders within the snap of their fingers, my arms feel crazy good! Please give them a try!!

    They do really help when you have pain. I went for neck and shoulder pain and was able to get some good relief HOWEVER be aware if you cancel your subscription you will be cheated out of your last visits. You will lose the rest of your visits the day you cancel, so even if your account just drafted and you haven’t used any of your visits for that month they will be lost which is extremely ridiculous. Now you can just wait to cancel till later in the month or until after you use them but if you forget or something comes up you just get drafted again and then same dance.

    Woke up one day with very bad neck pain in my neck and shoulder area, it was really hard for me to move around and decided it was time for me to take care of myself since I have been dealing with pain for quite some time. I ended up finding The Joint since they did walk ins and thought it was perfect. They were very friendly and the process was quick, since the first adjustment I had almost instant relief, I walked in unable to move my neck to walking out fine. Although I’m only on my third adjustment I can say I’ve been feeling way better and sleep better too.

    I was diagnosed with chronic migraines since I was 19 I have been on at least 5 medications but nothing worked for me to keep the migraines gone for a long or of time anyways. I got different types of piercings I even did meditation. After researching myself and symptoms and keeping a migraine diary I wanted to try something new and that was The Joint Chiropractor. I was never out my first time they explained everything to me with no promise of this working but it would help with pain. I said ok I’m willing to try anything. So after my first 2 adjustments I noticed I had no more migraines ever since it’s just been a way of life. I can breathe better and move around a lot better. I didn’t even realize how stiff I was until I went here. I smile so hard everytime I leave that place and the people there are also super friendly and helpful which makes this place even better.     I went there out of desperation. It was late in the day and my chiropractor had already closed. I could barely walk because the pain was so severe. When I walked through the doors, the staff immediately realized what was happening and quickly found me a seat to fill out the paperwork, as well as held my hand to steady me walking into the back. There, I met Dr. Tessie, who has such an infectious pleasant personality that I immediately felt at ease. It took some work, but she got me to a point I could walk out of there in much less pain. Since, I have maintained a package of visits for the clinic. I remained with my long-term chiropractor, but Dr. Tessie is my in-case-of-emergency-break-glass go-to. And every single time, I’ve left feeling the difference. Highly, highly recommend.

This one was very fast, affordable ,polite and thorough.29$ initial visit deal and plans to fit everyone after that and 950 locations tells me they are time tested .Payed $2800 out of pocket for a year of adjustments at my last place or 260$ a month was the cheapest option.Will definitely be back for the next visit.

    This was my very first time going to a chiropractor. Wasn't sure what to expect, so I was a little nervous, I was very impressed with the staff with explaining everything I needed to know, the facility was very nice and the price you could not beat it! The doctor was very knowledgeable and explaining my issues that I have with my lower back and sciatic pain that I have been dealing with which has been terrible since I drive semi trucks. She was very patient and listening to my thoughts and concerns and explaining where I actually heard at and how often it hurts, then the doctor began her magic! She began to pop every bone in my body just about, I was still a little nervous ,but it didn't hurt ,then once we were done with the process I was able to sit up without rolling to the side like I normally do ,I was able to walk without having a limp, I cannot wait to continue my sessions ! No one ever needs to experience sciatica. This type of pain will bring tears to your eyes believe me ! This location is fantastic and very close to my job! I will continue my sessions!

    The Dr's are professional and brief with generalized patterns of "turn and burn" treatment. They are very knowledgeable and able to help specific areas of discomfort. The patient must be specific, or no real therapy happens. I lost my job and was very forthcoming that I will cancel membership and reconcile financial differences ASAP. Regardless of my efforts, Joint Chiropractic (Smyrna) immediately and relentlessly began debit attempts on my account multiple times a week with total disregard of my joblessness and inability to pay $79. So, they call and charge and fail and repeat with no financial compassion or willing to accept my good faith commitment to reconcile their $79 ASAP.

    Tessie is incredibly gifted as a chiropractor. I have had shoulder issues for months with my heavy physical job.     Signed up for a 3-month membership(their minimum), they charged me for the fourth month so I called and asked to cancel. They refused to cancel my membership unless I came in person and let their “doctor” sign off to “release” me. Ended up having to call my bank and they happily blocked any future charges once I explained the situation. The treatment I received wasn’t worth the initial discounted price they charged me on the day of treatment, let alone what I ended up paying after the monthly fees. Highly dissatisfied with this company. Don’t let them fast-talk you or push you around, and don’t sign up for the membership. Not worth the trouble.

    I was a nervous to go to a new chiropractor as my old one was amazing. When you first walk in you are immediately greeted by Victoria who is very friendly and knowledgeable about joint chiropractic, she was able to answer all my questions even when I asked an obvious question she never made me feel dumb or stupid.     Came into the Smyrna location today with left side lower back pain. I've been going to a Chiropractor for many years and have never gotten the release and movement that Tess gave me. She asked all the right questions did all the right testing to pinpoint the issue and then made the proper adjustments need.     Had my first visit and it was a very positive experience. It was quick and easy. Everyone was friendly. Dr. Gracie did wonders on my neck and I can't wait to go back. I was a little skeptical at first with this being a walk in clinic, wasn't sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. Just be aware that the adjustments are done in an open bay area so one other person can be adjusted by another doctor at the same time you are getting your treatment. If you are ok with that I say go for it!

    I called ahead of time and was told to be there at 11. I waited 1.5 hours only to be told with my medical history they could not help me at this location. Having driven, I did without my pain medicine or muscle melaxers just to get there. Limited seating in hard chairs, I was unable to properly my leg as needed. It would have been far more beneficial had I stayed at home on heating pads, elevating, etc. I understand them not being able to treat, however the length of time to discover this with me in such obvious pain was ridiculous. The staff was extremely nice- that was their only saving grace.

    I was having SEVERE neck issues and then loss of use and feeling in my arm due to a stroke. They have been GREAT. I'm actually gaining use of my arm and getting feeling back in it as well. I had a Chiropractor I was seeing for quite awhile which I thought was decent but there's NO comparison to what they have been able to do here!!     I just completed my 4th visit, and I have to say…every visit has been amazing. I was skeptical before going, because my past experiences with chiropractors always made me feel uncomfortable…but everytime I’ve been here, the staff has been so sweet. The receptionist I usually see is always smiling and remembers little details about conversations we’ve had before. Both doctors are so kind and explain everything very well. They’ve given me insight on what exercises I should work on and always do my adjustments quick, easy, and make sure I’m comfortable. Honestly, I feel like I lucked out finding this place. And the cost isn’t outrageous. They don’t take insurance, but the chiropractors in my network are either to far or only open during a small window during the days. I love that the joint is walk in only & stays open later in the day. Definitely fits my busy schedule better. Thank you guys for helping me along my health journey!     I have been coming to this location of The Joint for a month now and I will say that I have had adjustments from both Dr. Matt and Dr. Logan and they are both wonderful at helping me achieve my goals of reducing pain and tension. The administrative staff is amazing also…everyone has been incredibly nice and professional. I believe they truly enjoy helping people alleviate their pain. The monthly plan is affordable and you may cancel any time in case something happens (life does get in the way sometimes).     Amazing experience. I work at a desk all day. My coworker noticed I was always in pain and constantly alternate between sitting and standing. She told me I needed an adjustment.     Most friendly, professional, and customer service cetric group of people. I completed my first month's visit, and my lower back pain has subsided without any narcotics. My longest wait time before being seen as a walk-in was 10 minutes. However both receptionist are so personable, you almost hate to end the conversation. I never understood people's obsession with chiropractors, BUT now I do ? and especially at this location. Big thanks to Dr. Matt, Dr. Kerry (sp?), receptionist Tim, and the kind female receptionist (forgive me if I typed any wrong name & its spelling). This place & treatment are in my new normal ?.     I’ve been to several chiros in the past and I like how this place doesn’t try and shove a plan on you. Granted the plans they offer are reasonable and not overwhelming but some people don’t have the time to commit like that. Some people just want to sneak away from the hustle and bustle of life and get a quick adjustment and that’s exactly what was called for and what was provided. I can’t wait to go back. Relaxing atmosphere, the front desk and doctor were personable and inviting. All around great experience.

    I've been coming to this the joint chiropractic for about two months now and have never had an issue until today. I was seen by Dr. Bailey and since my normal doctor was not there. I was excited because I had seen and heard so many good things about him. I was mistaken. No only am I in more pain now than before my adjustment, I feel violated. I told Dr. Bailey that I was having lower back pain and he attempt to adjust my upper/lower back. After that he tried my neck. Both unsuccessful. Then he proceeded to stand me up and run the massage gun behind my ears? around my nose(for sinus?), though my scalp(Makes blood flow better?) Made me raise my arms to get under my armpits (For my shoulders?)I did not request any of this and he was going to work on my knees until I stopped him. I don't know what prompted him that I need "extra work" but whatever his was doing was nothing I've ever seen in the 4 years I've been going to the chiropractor. I came in with lower back pain and left here with my right ear ringing, sore shoulders, slight dizziness and an unadjusted lower back. Dr. Bailey did not do this to any other person he was adjusting and I saw him adjust two other people before me. I don't feel comfortable coming back to The Joint Chiropractic and would warn people about Dr. Bailey he is 70+ and needs to retire.

    Dude gave me physical therapy tips to help my issue, and was very effective (came in w rapid migraine onset due to old neck injury, adjustment helped a lot and he was great at distracting me so I relax) Update from a recent visit: While Matt is always excellent and I haven't felt as confident in other Dr.s as I've felt with him since I was regularly seeing Paisley Robertson when she was at Murfreesboro in 2019 (Matt says he used to work with her and trained to take on her clients) the knowledge Dr. Bailey showed today, his instant ability to know what's wrong before I knew it just by looking at me, the techniques he employed, and the way he explained everything he did, was utterly amazing. I haven't had posture this great without effort, probably ever. I'm ashamed that I work at a desk and might mess up this adjustment. I'm coming back tomorrow per his orders, and am bringing my husband. Dr. Bailey is uniquely gifted and would gladly wait another hour just to see him again. Dear god.

    Ok if you want a quick adjustment (but nothing comprehensive). One of my problem areas I indicated during initial consult was my knee, but always had to remind them to take a look at it in subsequent visits. The bigger issue is the reception staff, who were unable to correctly log the offers on sign up, leading to unpleasantness and hassles while using the services at other locations while I am travelling. Was looking to just try out chiropractic care and the impression of their model from the multiple joint locations I have is one-two-out. Overall experience has been below expectations. Hoping by some miracle that they process my cancellation correctly.

    I was in a car accident in 2015, dealt with sciatica pain, difficulty walking, sleeping, sitting, just generally having a really bad time in life, and every doctor I spoke to told me that chiropractic work wouldn't help me and that I needed surgery. I was set to go get my surgery and I was just trying to come up with the money to do it when I was called by a member of the staff here who said they would give me a free visit for my first time coming in and that they could see me as soon as I could come in. After my first visit, I was in less pain than I had been in since 2015. These people are miracle workers and they really are out to help you, the pricing is more than fair and they even gave me free visits because my case was severe and he wanted to see me a certain number of times that was more than their wellness package covered, but he didn't want to charge me extra. Now, whether that's the norm or not, I can't say, but I can say that they've literally changed my life and I shout to the world about the wonders of chiropractors, if you've never been or if you have doubts, take my experience to heart and just go.     I have visited The Joint three times, so far (one free appointment). The doctors there seem knowledgeable and helpful. I used to go to a chiropractor regularly, but the cost/benefit ceased to make sense. This place is more affordable and equally helpful. My neck and lower back are getting the attention they need, as well as good advice to further stretching and exercise to realign my posture. Plus, the front desk folk are very considerate.
