email I sent the manager…. has gone unanswered…..I went to my local Joint in South Arlington, 12.1.24 (a Sunday) and filled out cancelation forms for both myself and my son who was also on my account. I was not due to be billed until 12.8.24 but my bank was charged about 15 minutes after I filled out the forms after I left. I went straight back and the receptionist (who acted very put out) said my accounts were closed and she was not sure why I was charged. She said a manager would have to handle it and that she would forward my information and situation. By Tuesday, I had not heard from anyone so I called back and was told a manager would contact me. Two days later, nothing, so I repeated the process and got the same response. I finally just gave up assuming that at least my account was closed. Then yesterday 1.1.25 I get a monthly charge from The Joint. I called this am and am told they don't know why and that the manager needs to refund the charges because my account should have been closed 12.1.24 when I filled out the form. So they finally gave me your email James Lewis the manager’s as a point of contact. I am hoping you can resolve this. I would like my account closed and this month's charges refunded.
update 2.8.25 guess what. I was charged again today. still after 6 weeks, have not heard from manager or GM. I will be disputing these charges with my bank and filing a formal complaint against this location.

I was paying $40 a visit with my insurance at a traditional chiropractor, and The Joint is much cheaper. It took a month of visits for the methods my other doctor was using (cold therapy, electrotherapy, different tables, acupuncture, etc.) to finally get my back to pop, and The Joint was able to pop everything the first visit without all of that extra stuff. I got an x-ray at the traditional chiropractor and had to pay $150 for that visit. It was good to see the misalignment of my neck bones. I will continue to seek an x-ray once per year to see progress, but I will be using The Joint for my bi-weekly visits from now on.

I switched chiropractors due to the cost and convenience. There are several competent chiropractors in the joint that leave me feeling great. My visits are quick, friendly, and right next to my home gym! So I can get adjusted before or after heavy lifting, depending on my needs. And I need to mention the cost, which is perhaps the main reason why I switched to the JOINT. I pay about 10 dollars more (in monthly payments) to the JOINT for four adjustments a month than my previous doctor, who was charging me nearly the same rate for one adjustment. Therefore, to be quick, I pay about a quarter of the price for the same quality and higher frequency adjustments, which is what I NEED for heavy lifting and my job.

Dr.Edumonson is a very good doctor. This was the first time I saw him. He relieved my neck and shoulder pain. I also learned why I was in pain. I'm hoping he stays at this clinic. You lie about your cancelations. I went in person to my home location at sw Arlington more than a week before I was to get charged again. The lady at the desk even signed and dated my cancelation and I have a copy. So why did I get charged?? Well idk. Then I've called all day and I've been transferred 100xs then they just stopped answering my calls. I want my money back since I followed all your rules.

I got up in the morning and could not stand up. I had very bad back pain. I had to use a walker just to get around. After a few visits at The Joint Chiropractic I no longer need my walker. I would recommend this location and Dr. G. They are very friendly and helpful!
