Living by the gulf can be a great life.  Being able to look out and enjoy the view can lift the spirit and provide a little motivation to get out and be active.  There is something special about living near such a scenic place.  Water has some other uses besides swimming and watching.  Drinking water is essential for good health.  While there are all kinds of beverages people drink, nothing can really replace the simplicity of water.  It doesn't have to be flavored or sweetened in order to be good to drink -- think about how good a cold glass of water is.  When it comes to usefulness, water may not be surpassed by anything else.  It has lots of benefits.

There are all kinds of causes of headaches.  For many people, they can be extremely debilitating.  They can make life miserable in some instances.  Some headaches, however, seem to be directly related to dehydration.  Even when people don't recognize they have suffered too much water loss, they may be affected to the extent that the develop a headache.  For these individuals, drinking more water may either lessen or even prevent headaches.  What an easy way to find relief from such an unfortunate problem.
