Meet The Doctors
Dr. Jared Ware became part of The Joint Chiropractic’s team of local healthcare providers in 2023 when he began serving residents in Houston doing the work he finds so rewarding.
He enjoys helping people feel better and learning various techniques from other chiropractors. His favorite aspects of working at the local clinic include the fast pace and the opportunity to build a rapport with patients.
Dr. Jared, as his patients call him, grew up in Houston where he gravitated toward the medical field as he worked among healthcare professionals. “It shaped me into the chiropractor I am today,” he says.
He has a son who loves playing sports and the two of them have a German shepherd/Labrador mix who Dr. Jared says “is the calmest dog you will ever meet.”
When he’s not working, Dr. Jared enjoys playing in baseball and softball leagues. “I also love trying new foods and entertainment,” he says.
After studying Kinesiology at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree, Dr. Jared got a Doctorate of Chiropractic at Parker University in Dallas.
He knew he wanted to pursue the chiropractic field when he was injured while playing baseball. He couldn't afford to see a medical doctor, but found healing through the affordable care of a chiropractor.
One of the most memorable experiences he’s had as a chiropractor was healing someone in one visit after the patient had been dealing with lower back issues for more than 20 years.
In Case You Didn’t Know
He always keeps Gatorade on hand, “because I am always parched,” he says.
The coolest experience of his life was graduating from chiropractic school, “because I never thought when I was a little kid that I'd be in a position to call myself ‘doctor,’” he says.
One of the most meaningful books he’s read is The Law of Attraction by Michael J. Losier. “I always believed that by putting great energy into the world, the world will reciprocate that energy,” he says.
If he wrote his autobiography, Dr. Jared would title it Innate Excellence “because all of the energy that's in your body can produce greatness if you believe in yourself,” he says.
The best advice he ever received was: “Don't follow the money, follow your heart.”
If Dr. Jared offered advice to someone else, he would say, “Follow your dream no matter what the cost is to get there. Always find time to follow your passion because the money will follow.”
