Dr. Link Tucker joined The Joint Chiropractic in 2024 and is proud to serve the Baytown community. A graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, Dr. Tucker earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science after attending Chadron State College in Nebraska and Dakota State University in South Dakota.

Dr. Tucker became passionate about chiropractic care after personally experiencing its benefits firsthand. After dealing with a pinched nerve in his neck, he decided to give chiropractic care a try — and the results changed his perspective completely. Today, he enjoys helping patients improve their quality of life through personalized chiropractic care and takes pride in seeing patients feel better with consistent treatment.

One of Dr. Tucker’s favorite parts about working at The Joint is the welcoming staff, employees, and Baytown community. He also enjoys connecting with patients and witnessing how chiropractic care positively impacts lives every day. Outside the clinic, Dr. Tucker enjoys playing sports, spending time with his dogs Brio and Snoop, visiting family, trying new foods, listening to music, reading, and watching TV. Fun fact: one of the coolest things he’s ever done was helping save a cat’s life by performing CPR after it was injured by dogs.

    I have gone to this location for a year. There is a new chiropractor and his name is Dr. Tucker. I found him very personable until he started making comments towards me. He said I’m a big woman (which I am tall in height and statuesque) and that i must have played sports, maybe bob sledding. Then as he was adjusting my neck spoke about my wig getting in the way. I told him he was inappropriate and he did apologize and acknowledge the comments he made. I’m glad he knew where he went wrong but as I sit in my car typing this, it has put a damper on the Sunday that I just wanted to relax and readjust my body.

    I’m 24w1d pregnant and I have been sleeping 2-4 hours (sometimes 6) a night for a couple of months now. I’d wake up constantly with sore legs/hips. Saw Dr Sabrina Haywood yesterday and the visit was wild, don’t think I’ve ever had that many things pop before. Of course I didn’t notice anything immediately, but I wasn’t in pain when I walked in. The pain happens while I’m sleeping or sitting for long periods. Anyways I slept 8 hours 8 min with over 2 hours of deep sleep and over 2 hours of REM sleep. 2 hours of deep sleep is absolutely unheard of for me, I’d be lucky to get 45 minutes of either. And nothing hurt when I woke up! The did get two really painful calf cramps early in the morning that woke me up. I have never had calf cramps while pregnant, but I’m taking it as a good sign and that I probably need to drink more water. I was still able to go right back to sleep. 10/10 recommend! Don’t wait and think about it, do it, IT WILL be worth it.

    Purchased a Groupon for an initial consultation and an adjustment for my partner as a gift. They were EXTREMELY accommodating when I had to reschedule the first appointment several times and everyone, from the front desk to the chiropractor were nice and friendly.     My visit at the Westheimer location was excellent! I usually have huge anxiety going to places like this but honestly I had zero complaints everyone down to the doctors including Dr. Silverman were super sweet and accommodating. The receptionist I believe her name was Aaliyah answered any and all questions I had with no hesitation and made me feel more at ease.     I happened to choose this location because it is located just down the street from work. I am so happy I did. Not only was the receptionist Betsy totally lovely and kind, Dr. Rawlins was amazing! Betsy was very thorough with her instructions and very professional. Dr. Rawlins took his time to address any questions he had about my intake form but also very thorough getting to understand my pain concerns. This adjustment was by far the most helpful alignment I've had in my history of seeing chiropractors.     My experience with the Midtown Houston location of The Joint Chiropractic was not just disappointing—it raised serious concerns about patient safety and business practices. The initial visit was thorough and attentive, clearly structured to secure a membership. However, after enrollment, the level of care changed drastically. Follow-up visits were reduced to extremely brief, assembly-line style adjustments—often just a few minutes—with little to no individualized assessment, explanation, or regard for patient sensitivity. In my case, I explicitly requested gentler care due to pain sensitivity. That request was not appropriately accommodated, and I experienced significant pain following treatment. Chiropractic care is not something that should be rushed or standardized without regard for the patient. It requires attention, communication, and clinical judgment. What is especially concerning is that this does not appear to be an isolated issue. Other patients have reported similar experiences with rushed care, and at least one account involved a situation serious enough to require emergency medical attention. That pattern raises real questions about the safety of this high-volume model. Additionally, attempts to contact corporate regarding these concerns have gone unanswered, suggesting a lack of accountability once memberships are secured. If this organization positions itself as providing healthcare services, it should be held to an appropriate standard of care. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before signing up.

    Wow! Dr. Rawlins is a life saver! I have had shoulder pain that has been progressively worsening over the past few months.     I have been through alot with several chiropractors. I have had low back problems for a very long time and also cervical problems for a long time. I was pushed into having low back surgery.     I have visited many locations for the Joint; however, the Midtown location has provided the best chiropractors that I have ever experienced. After seeing Dr. Rawlings today, I felt compelled to write a review! This was the first time I felt like it was not just an adjustment but a thorough analysis to perform the correct adjustments. My upper back keeps locking up on me, which creates massive headaches and after today, the pain melted away. He started with a physical assessment, then focused on releasing my muscle tension through massages or pressure points. Next, he performed the adjustment, and nearly every movement resulted in loud cracks and immediate pain relief! He then took the time to take a before photo of how I normally sit and then took an after picture so I knew how I was supposed to sit to avoid creating the pain I experienced. He also recommended a good massage place to aid in my recovery. Hands down the best!!!

    I have struggled with chronic pain in my shoulders and upper back for over 10 years. Dr. S. Rawlins is the first chiropractor I’ve been to who focuses on releasing muscle tension before performing an adjustment, which made a huge difference in the results. In the past, I would need to schedule a massage before an adjustment, but Dr. Rawlins was able to target the right areas directly. After just two treatments, I experienced the most relief I’ve felt in YEARS! I also had significant pain in my left shoulder, and he was able to release the tension there as well, giving me more range of motion than I’ve had in months. My lower back, which had been hurting for the past eight months, finally feels better too. Even a steroid injection hadn’t helped, but the constant pain in my lower right back is now significantly improved. I am so grateful for the care Dr. Rawlins has provided. I finally feel like I’ve found a chiropractor who can truly help me heal!

    This was the worst experience by far!! Don't let new management fool you!!! I went there a little over a month ago and did the trial offer and was told if I wanted to cancel I could, when I went to cancel they didn't and still charged my card. I called and spoke to the new Dr in charge who was completely condescending to em and refused to refund me. I have already gone through the bank to dispute this, so I just ended the call with him. He had his receptionist call me and tell me they would only issue $14! When I didn't even use the full months services. They run you through quickly not even paying attention to the needs you have, which is why I wanted to go somewhere different! I was nice when I canceled and told them it just wasn't for me and this is how they treated me. Do not use them and do not give them your credit card information!!!

    I highly recommend seeing Dr. Stroops she was ultimately the very best at fixing your lower back issues, I went in earlier today thinking I was just going to twist my back and be done, but man was I wrong, she went above and beyond to find the actual SOURCE of your lower back pain, and to my amazement found out and confirmed my lower back pain stemmed from the sides of my hips. She went the extra miles to feel around my back and follow the path to the source and fixed it! Like as if she had gray vision! I felt so great, that when asked to rise up from the bench I IMMEDIATELY felt the difference and felt younger, I was so excited and jumped right off and jumped around and practiced some high kicks just because I couldn't do those before I walked in! She does travel to different locations but she definitely is worth the travel! Again HIGHLY recommend ?, VA docs, army docs don't have nothing on her.

    Dr Clifford by far is one of the best Dr of all the Joints locations I've been to. He's genuinely concerned of my conditions and his techniques of adjusting is spot on. My only complaint is the location on 102 Westheimer Rd suite B do not have a multi leaflet drop table for Dr Clifford to use to adjust me properly. Please arrange to have at least one of the aforementioned table at this location. Thank you

    Can’t recommend the Midtown Houston location enough!! I’d never been to a chiropractor before and was definitely a little anxious going in but Karla at the front desk was so kind and informative and Dr. Clifford was phenomenal! Both of them took the time to educate me on the basics of what would happen during my adjustment and I felt incredibly comfortable the whole time.     Doctor Ware has been outstanding! I’ve had a joint membership for years. I went to this location recently with lower back problems, took a few visits to get back to normal, as expected.     This was my third time at this location. I normally go to the locations closer to my home on the North side. I have been getting Chiro services since injuries sustained in an accident in 2005. I make it a to do/must to go every two weeks or once a month depending on life's activites. Things change, a new job, exercise routine, etc. The receptionist, Ana was friendly and attentive to my needs as always. It's all about maintenance to continue feeling and being the best version of yourself pain free. The attending Dr. Gooden did an awesome job with my adjustment again today. She was friendly, patient and attentive. I love this place! I will definitely be coming here more often. It is only 5 minutes from my job. I shall see you all soon.

    Oh my gosh how can I say thank you enough this is not my first visit third visitor 4th visit but it was the best visit I went in there today after a very bad week of hard work. They are amazing. I walked I walked in and such great pain I walked out laughing and smiling feeling so much better I'm in love. Okay I've been going there through two bank withdrawals. I feel you could spend a couple more minutes actually work in the problem I don't think I get a full 5 minutes Hands-On. And I go through considerable lengths to get there. Starting to think I could take the money that I'm giving y'all and go to a full pledge therapist and get like a major session and not just a quick tease.

    I let her know my right sacral is hurting , as it usually is. Now my right leg is hurting, especially my knee. I asked her to adjust my shoulder , the chiropractor before her would pressure point press it , massage it , then “pop” it. She didn’t do any of that , used that jackhammer piston thing all around it. It feels worse. I feel like my bone is sticking up too.

    My visit at the joint went really well I just went in for an adjustment. I try and go at least once a month but this was the first time at this location. There was no long wait and I went straight to the back. Everyone was very nice and welcoming including the doctor of course. They get straight to the point and ask for any complaints so they can fix whatever you need. Once they have your information in the system you’ll be in and out of there in 20 minutes tops (for a spinal adjustment). I will definitely be a returning patient.

    Update - 08/25/2023 - We have a new Doctor at this facility. Dr. Janesh Golden is so awesome! I walked in with pain in my neck and shoulder. She spent lot of time to address the issues and also sent an email with videos on stretching exercises! Highly recommend! Dr. Jack Pham (VP of Operations, The Joint - Midtown Houston) clearly has a vision for identifying and hiring good talent. This review is long over due. Dr. Dorion Hari is a Genius! He is not a standard cookie cutter. He patiently listens to problem areas and targets them specifically.     I was experiencing debilitating lower back pain, so I started looking for a chiropractor. I decided to go to the joint chiropractic and saw Dr. Dorian. I’m now significantly better and happy with the results. The clinic is convenient and I really like the new appointment approach. Generally when I arrive, there is less than a five minute wait if at all and the worst experience was a 15 minute wait. Definitely recommend this clinic.

    If you don’t want to end up in the ER with stroke symptoms, don’t go to this place or any place that is willingly adjusting someone’s neck. Went to get “adjusted” and 4 hours later, I had to be rushed to the ER because I couldn’t feel my legs, had blurry vision, and a headache. Turns out the so called “doctors” that work here dissected an artery when they adjusted my neck.

    I came in almost a month ago - full sciatic nerve pain flare up. Usually these flares go down within 48 hours, but it was lasting such an unusual amount of time that I had to be seen by someone immediately. I’m in a physical therapy program that requires me to move and I was barely sitting, standing, lying down - nothing. I started coming to see Dr. Dorian and his professionalism and education about what was happening left me feeling confident I could handle the flare up even past this time. I’ve come consistently and followed his instructions and I’m now back to regular school activities and starting back up with light work in the gym. The staff was so kind and sympathetic to the amount of pain I was in and every time I come in, they remember me and comment on how much better I’m looking. I attribute the majority of my success to them. Care and consistency is so important from a provider and they go above and beyond to do so. I was always apprehensive about chiro - PT nerds tend to be - but I really am so grateful I tried it out. The cost, availability (hours are accommodating to full time schedules) and accessibility to such great services can’t be understated. And they’re super friendly and chill. I literally have never seen someone be rude or mean. Anyway - great place great people greet results. Just make sure you follow advice and do the work!
