Please do not give them the chance to steal your money. They had me fill out paperwork. It’s pretty much their chance to sign you up forever. When paying after visit I noticed they had me sign an agreement that I thought was for the day, not for ever! I verbally told them that this was not what I wanted. “Contract” canceled? No way. Found out today they have been charging me for over a year. Got less than nowhere when discussing the situation with them. Zero refund. Say away!!

OMG! I found my phenomenal chiropractor, Dr. Izadi, in this location. From the moment I walked in ,I greeted with his smile and care. My friend referred me to Dr. Nguyen. I have been having excruciating bad migraines and headaches. I even sometimes have vertigo, which can be a pain because I sit at a desk all day and I have to travel for work so the altitude and ear popping in air planes make it worst. After my first adjustment with Dr. Nguyen, I felt so much relief. I like the Joint Chiropractic Franchise where you can visit other joints, but I have been disappointed lately because no other doctor is as good as Dr. Nguyen. He is very thorough and warms you up first before the adjustments. After each adjustment I feel great and my migraines have not bothered me in months! Shoot! Idk where to begin. I called the clinic because I was having the worst migraine ever. Dr. Nguyen answered the phone and immediately told me to come. I got into a car accident years ago, and since then never received treatment. I do like to pop my own neck, but I realize I was just making it 10x worst.
As I enter the clinic, I could not sit, walk, talk, or fill out the paperwork because I was in so much pain. I was literally crying and groaning because my head hurt so much.
The front desk Margie reached out to Dr. Nguyen and explained how I could not function. Dr. Nguyen insisted he treat me right away before filling out any paperwork. He got me to lay face up, and started massaging my neck, then he pop the top part of my neck where my skull lies. He continue his treatment by stretching my neck muscles, and afterwards had me sit down at the desk.
I was still feeling my migraines, but minutes later I was able to function and fill out their intake forms. Also, he gave me a banana! After I finished the intake process. Dr. Nguyen decided to treat me a second time moments later for the full body treatment. He was very thorough, and got my neck to pop again! Along with my entire body.
I never felt a relieving sensation before in my entire life. My vision became clear, the pressure to my head went away, and I was able to walk and move around. I actually left the clinic with a great smile and tears of joy! I would like to thank Dr. Nguyen for reading my situation and giving me the necessary treatments so I can start my day peacefully. If anyone has headaches or migraines, I’m sure you can relate how bad the pain can be. Go see DR. NGUYEN!

Dr. Nguyen is one of the most caring and passionate doctors I have ever met. I am over 75 years of age, and I never been to a chiropractor before. I was really skeptical about it, but Dr. Nguyen’s knowledge of aligning the spine to help relax the muscles got me to believe it can work.
I’m an old lady, and I injured my back from trying to pick up a heavy item. I have excruciating pain on my low back traveling to left hip. Dr. Nguyen had to improvise my treatment because he knows the basic adjustment will not work. I’m not familiar with the joint chiropractic, but it seems the franchise does simple adjustments and treatment can last 1-3 minutes. That’s not the case with Dr. Nguyen, he assisted I come at 9:45am before the clinic opens so he can have extra time to work on me.
He takes an extra 15 minutes of his time to take care of my primary complaint. Not only with adjustments, but with soft tissue work and stretching as well. I see a lot of improvement so far. I know it may not be the cure to my lower back and hip pain, but Dr. Nguyen’s work has greatly alleviated my symptoms so I can walk better. Thank you Dr. Nguyen for sacrificing your extra time to work on me. Anyone who has Dr. Nguyen as their chiropractor will truly be grateful of his treatment. Highly recommended!

Okay let's start with the fact that I have been in pain for about a year in a half. It would come and go and would just be in my back lower and then next time between my shoulders. I'd cry and would be miserable. Couldn't sleep good, couldn't do regular activities and couldn't play with my son or work properly. I would barely turn in fear of throwing my back out and I'm only 36. I used to work out 5 times a week and that was out the window. I told my PCP and was prescribed medication and physical therapy. After going for a few weeks and of no improvement the last time I went I left and my back went out for 3 days I said no more. I've been to the joint before and I remember after going for a little while that it did improve and I did have relief and life was BETTER. I decided just like before as a last resort to come back to where it started. I saw the reviews for this location and they did not disappoint! Dr Nguyen is knowledgeable, kind and he went to work! ???? Will definitely come back and definitely continue I love the joint! Thank you for giving me back my mobility!

A rude front office and an obnoxious doctor. Called to inquire as a first-time patient ever going to a chiropractor. The person who answered the phone was a moron who asked questions that he obviously couldn't handle the answers given, so, he gets the doctor who was another moron who hung up the phone, and when I called back refused to answer. I was referred to them by one of my vendors and this location happens to be close to home. Now I will have to be inconvenienced by going to another location further away because of two idiots....and that's if I even decide to utilize the services of "The Joint Chiropractic. I should have listened to my mother when she taught me to never argue with STUPID.

We actually started with the joint in Katy and a foot specialist but they denied our service because they said they can’t do anything and that she is still growing.
After researching, I found the Westheimer clinic and decided to try to ask help again.
We love working with Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Tran! The Westheimer clinic provides great soft tissue work for me and my daughter.
My daughter (9 years old) has been having foot and ankle pain. The doctors here took the time to break up the muscles and give the education to me and my daughter.

Dr Nguyen is the most rude unprofessional provider I've ever met. With me being in the medical field there is always a way to talk to patients. I was on a phone call with a family member. I knew they were closing. He yells across the room saying it's 7 o'clock. He didn't need to have a attitude. I was wrapping up my call. I had been suffering from back of my neck and lower head pain for 1-2 month every single day. Last Monday instead of another painkiller, I decided to try the chiropractic treatment. Before my wife talked me into trying The Joint, my upper back was in constant pain from sitting hunched over a computer all the time. I tried massage, but it did nothing. When I first started, I was in my 30's but when I stood from sitting, I'd walk a few steps bent over. My arches and feet were in pain when I walked. The Wellness Coordinators are great at this location! They are very knowledgeable about the different package option and they do a great job of explaining what The Joint is about. Dr. Fazzio is a great chiropractor. His adjustments have helped my workout regimens a great deal. I would recommend The Joint to anyone. :)

1. How has chiropractic improved your life?
I was having a sharp pain running from my lower back over to my hip. After a couple of weeks of treatment, the pain started easing. I eventually tapered down to once a week and the pain began to return. I decided that I needed to go back to twice a week for maintenance. I still have some dull back soreness, but the adjustments have alleviated the sharp pains.
2. What would you say to a friend or family member if they were considering chiropractic?
If it can prevent the need for back surgery, then that should be a good thing.
3. What has pleased you most in your course of treatment at our practice?
The staff are super friendly.
