He earned his medical degree (MD) from Iran and further pursued his Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from Texas Chiropractic College (TCC). With a career dedicated to holistic, drug-free treatments, Dr. Nik's approach is centered on the belief that the body has the power to heal itself when given the right care.
Originally from Iran, Dr. Niktabe has always been passionate about working closely with his patients, providing relief and improving their overall health with manual therapies. His philosophy is rooted in his hands-on approach to treatment and his dedication to helping others without the reliance on pharmaceuticals.
In his personal life, Dr. Nik enjoys outdoor activities like fishing and hiking, and he’s also a proud pet owner, sharing his life with his beloved dog, Cooper. He draws inspiration from influential figures like Simon Sinek, Denzel Washington, and Martin Luther King Jr., whose messages of leadership, perseverance, and service resonate with him.
Dr. Niktabe is also committed to giving back to his community, specifically by supporting an orphanage in his hometown, offering his time and resources to make a positive impact. His diet is rich in vegetables and fruits, reinforcing his dedication to a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Known affectionately by his patients as Dr. Robert, Dr. Robert Lambeth, D.C., brings passion, experience, and heart to the field of chiropractic care. A proud graduate of San Jacinto College, Dr. Robert studied Health Science before pursuing his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Texas Chiropractic College (TCC).
Originally from Spring, Texas, Dr. Robert has not only practiced in his hometown but also served the greater Spring community throughout his career. His calling to chiropractic began after a horseback riding injury, which sparked his interest in natural healing and set him on a path to help others recover, thrive, and live pain-free lives.
Dr. Robert finds the most fulfilling part of his profession to be helping people achieve their goals, whether that means recovery from injury or optimizing their overall wellness. A close second is his love for teaching—sharing knowledge with both patients and aspiring chiropractors alike.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Robert is an avid fisherman and camper, often enjoying the great outdoors with his wife, three children (two boys and a girl), and their two beloved pets, Charly and Gracie. He is also known for his unique experience hosting a live radio show for nine years on KSEV 700AM – The Voice of Texas, where he educated and engaged listeners on health and wellness topics.
