Meet The Doctors
Dr. Joshua J. Ellis grew up in Southern California and earned his undergraduate degree from Cal State San Bernardino before completing his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Southern California University of Health Sciences (LACC)—the same school his great-grandfather once attended. Inspired since high school to help people heal naturally without drugs or surgery, Dr. Ellis has been practicing since 2015, with a passion for family chiropractic care, preventative health, and teaching how the body functions and recovers. In 2022, he and his wife moved to Utah to build new roots and pursue his career. Outside the office, Dr. Ellis enjoys movies, DIY woodworking, time with loved ones, and adventures with their pyredoodle, Raven. From 2018–2022 they were foster parents, later pursuing adoption and welcoming a newborn son in 2025. Together, they hope to destigmatize infertility and encourage others on similar journeys. The couple also enjoys working out and tackling obstacle course races.
Dr. Alec DeLeeuw graduated from Logan University in 2025. His first experience with chiropractic came at the age of eight, when care for a low back injury opened his eyes to the body’s natural ability to heal. From then on, chiropractic became a steady part of his life.
Growing up, Dr. Alec was heavily involved in sports and developed a passion for training. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Utah Valley University and has worked as a trainer for more than nine years. Through his own injuries and those of his clients, he often turned to chiropractic care to stay active and recover—an experience that ultimately inspired him to pursue chiropractic as a career. Today, he combines his background in exercise science with his chiropractic training to help patients move, perform, and live better.
Outside the office, Dr. Alec enjoys disc golf, golf, weight training, and exploring the mountains. He loves spending time with his wife, their young son, and two dogs. He also speaks German.
