At the beginning of each week you should set yourself up for fitness success by packing your gym bag, throwing a few snacks in, and scheduling your workouts for the week. You'll be more likely to meet your fitness commitments if you're ready to do so -- it'll be more difficult to talk yourself out of it that way.
