Dr. Kenneth Scott Tullis, D.C. is a licensed, board-certified chiropractor with over 24 years of experience in delivering patient-centered, holistic care. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Marietta, Georgia, and holds a Master’s in Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport in Bridgeport, Connecticut. He completed his undergraduate studies at Mesa State College in Grand Junction, Colorado.
Dr. Tullis specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of neuromuscular disorders, utilizing manual adjustments to improve function, alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, and support the body’s natural healing processes. His approach is highly personalized, whether addressing acute injuries, chronic conditions, or helping patients optimize their overall wellness and long-term health goals.
His passion for chiropractic care began with his own personal experience—after sustaining injuries, he found healing through chiropractic treatment. This life-changing experience inspired him to dedicate his career to helping others live healthier, fuller lives.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Tullis enjoys hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, and spending quality time with his family.
Dr. Candice Kingsman earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University in Dallas, Texas. Originally from Arizona, she has called Colorado home since 1998.
A dedicated outdoor enthusiast, Dr. Kingsman enjoys camping, hiking, fishing, horseback riding, and tackling DIY projects. She is a proud mother to a wonderful daughter and a devoted pet parent to a border collie.
