I’ve been a patient for over a year and will probably be one until the day I die. When I first went to The Joint I had a lot of lower back troubles that were paired with a migraine that would bring me to tears. Now I go once a week for a weekly adjustment and haven’t had those painful back troubles nor the migraines. Coming to The Joint has truly been life changing for me. I was super hesitant about joining another membership place where I’d just be another member number, that is so not the case here.

    The person at the front desk should be more kind to the patients. We’ve been coming to this place for a long time because we genuinely like it. However, there’s a problem: they take their lunch break at 2 PM and close the office during that time, which happens to be the only hour I can come in for my chiropractor appointment. I explained this to the lady at the front desk, and her response was incredibly rude. She literally said, “If you don’t like it, just cancel your membership.” With that kind of attitude, she’s going to drive all the customers away. I just want to let the owner know that I’ve decided to cancel my membership due to the poor treatment from this employee. I’m paying for a service, and it’s unacceptable to be treated as if she’s doing me a favor. Sadly, this isn’t the first time she’s behaved this way—she said the same thing to my friend, who also goes there.

    I "accidentally" came here because I happened to be in Boynton Beach. The receptionist (Hope) was very friendly and professional. Oftentimes, first impressions matter, right? The chiropractor (Sam) was also very knowledgeable and careful. He asked questions and ensured I was happy with my adjustment. I have been very happy with the professional approach the staff at The Joint Chiropractic take to ensure their customers feel appreciated and pleased with their service. I have been to four clinics in Palm Beach County, and their price is the best. When you purchase their package, the adjustments are about $25 each. You can’t beat that anywhere. I've tried! Give them a call and try their service. You will be glad you did!

    My wife and I were visiting friends in the Boynton Beach area, and my wife hurt her lower back. I located the Joint Chiropractic office in Boynton, and I am so glad I did. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Dr. Sam is excellent! He took the time to listen to my wife’s issue, diagnosed the problem, and was very thorough in providing her treatment. He suggested some exercises that she can do at home to prevent future problems, as well as reviewing exercises that she is already doing to ensure she is doing them correctly. My wife stated that Dr. Sam is very thorough and, at the same time, gentle. My observation was that he is caring, a good listener, patient, thorough, and, in addition to being an excellent chiropractor, his skills remind me of someone who is also a professional trainer. If we lived in South Florida, Dr. Sam would most definitely be our chiropractor! We HIGHLY recommend him!

    My initial visit was wonderful; I really felt relief. My second visit was horrible. I was in and out in 1 minute. That is not being dramatic. I felt no relief, and when I asked if that was all, he said yes, that is all for today. I was so disappointing. I felt that I wasted a visit and paid so much money to have these appointments.

They explain the procedures and what may be needed afterwards. Personally, I recommend Dr. Edgar or Dr. Shane. They are gentle enough to get you adjusted for your needs. Of course, be sure to be informative of what you need or any pain you have, like your neck, shoulders, back, etc. Don't be shy to ask for adjustments. They are great people!

    Dr. Hernandez and Dr. Shane were incredible. Both are very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong with my husband’s back and helped alleviate his pain immediately.     I recommend this organization to anyone who wants a plan that actually fixes the issue. ALL of the chiropractic offices that I've encountered were always minimalising the amount of lAbor they would put into my issue. I have Sciatica, and it's flared up badly!. I walked in stumbling in pain and walked out feeling like a million bucks. I have never had my Sciatica issue taken care of in one visit. Of course I opted to go 1 day per week for the next 6 weeks to make sure I'm good to go. Dr. Melanie was not only working the office by herself, but she totally educated me on everything there is to know about my issue. She then went on to probe and ask the right questions. She is too notch. Needless to say, I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. Amazing to say the least. Thank you, Dr. Melanie.

    Very professional, kind, and fast and the price is unbeatable - highly recommend - also love that I was able to walk in and can go to multiple locations ? 7/1 update - when I came in I had injured my neck doing a headstand lol - I was in pretty intense pain and could barely turn my head - I couldn’t sit or walk or lay down without pain, after I left and got the adjustment - I felt a bit better but was still sore and tender that evening. However when I woke up the next day I had full range of motion and barely any discomfort. I took a road trip from Florida to Pennsylvania two days later and still feeling great!!! Very highly recommend. Godsend. Chris is amazing!

    My treatment with Chris was good but my experience with the office staff refusing to honor my Groupon and being really nasty about it was awful. I would never use them again. I'm fully aware that this will be deleted because if you notice, there are only five star reviews. They already told me that I had a black check mark against my profile because I didn't give them a five star review before. Where is FREEDOM OF SPEECH? Our first amendment right! Its ok, I've posted all over Facebook, Groupon, Google and I'm filing a complaint with the better business bureau. The fact that management couldn't cope with my phone call and had to hang up on me shows a sheer lack of professionalism.

I was adjusted by Dr. Kasel- my first one in 5years- and let me just say RELIEVED!!! I was stiff as heck when I came in and I'm leaving feeling as light as a cloud!     My first ever experience after long researches in this place goes above and beyond. Didn't know that I will be waiting for my next adjustment with that craziness. I was always watching these videos and getting jealous. But what happened to me - is BEYOND my expectations! I've never beed adjusted and my posture is not the best being a software engineer. And I always wanted to get it to best possible shape. It is to hard to keep posture and back with the neck straight. I also knew my arteries are squeezed and not letting my blood to properly go to my head. After that adjustment I was soooo lightheaded, finally brain got what it wanted and entire day my posture was PERFECT in a RELAXED condition. Now seeing these results I am ready to work and do everything that is needed to make my posture great again :D

    Love my experience here. Woke up with terrible neck and back pain Dr.Kasal adjusted me and I feel almost 100 percent better. The team made me extremely comfortable and happy. Ty the front desk coordinator was very sweet after my visit he gave me an ice pack. The team at the Boynton location is great highly recommend.

    Dr. Casel was very friendly and professional. I used to go to Serena William’s Chiropractor but since the joint offers such a convenient service I won’t go anywhere else. Dr. Casel gives me the same high quality service I would get at my celebrity doctor, but without charging me an arm and a leg!
